Personnel super accommodating. As a Coach for Wheelchair athletes very helpful for our athletes. Restaurant Services and food top notch!

The rooms are very clean, appreciate the free 2 bottles of water in room, it was replenished every time room was cleaned. Our A/C unit was a little loud, but worked well. The bed is super comfortable, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had at a hotel. No free breakfast, but the one takeout breakfast we did from downstairs was good and hearty. I didn’t really like the hours of the restaurant though, it should really be open all day. I found myself wishing for food in the afternoon, and not being able to grab anything. Therefore my money went elsewhere to places nearby. Our stay overall was very pleasant, minus one night we had some very noisy neighbours and I don’t know what exactly was going on… but it sounded like elephants moving furniture around and it created heavy vibrations on the wall. Thankfully it was only one night out of 6.

We returned to this hotel after a very positive stay last year. We wish we hadn't. We were given a room backing on to the stairwell with a lovely view of the garbage bins. That should have been a sign to go elsewhere but our son really enjoyed the last visit so we stayed. Once we checked in we noted that the room wasn't very clean and could tell right away that maintenance upkeep wasn't priority number one. The drywall tape above the shower is peeled, the tub is stained, and wallpaper is peeling etc etc. Minor things. The beds were clean so we decided to tough it out as it was late. The first night was awful. Yelling and stomping from the stairwell, doors slamming in the hall and the people above us stomping around until 4am. My 6 yr old and I maybe slept 3 hrs. In the morning I voiced my concerns to the front desk and asked if there was anything else available. They said they were all booked up and unable to transfer us. No mention about the other concerns.
The second night was much quieter. Until a fight broke out waking us up.
Then around 3am our room filled with the lovely smell of pot for the rest of out stay. Again. Slept maybe 3 hours.
I brought everything up that we had experienced when I was asked how the stay was at check out. Didn't even get an apology from either staff member working. Just a receipt for my payment and a have a nice day.
Horrible experience made worse by the lack of accountability by the staff.

Please see the managers response. I think this response highlights the lack of accountability and lower standards they have set for themselves.
I have received no phone call or anything from them. Just this response saying "we hope you come back"

Nice and clean but the price was over 300 dollars for a double queen room for 1 night unreal prices for hotel rooms.

Once I got in our room it had a funky smell that wont go away. We stayed for 3 nights and the staff was awesome! I just wished that it would come with free breakfast as it is a premier hotel. The free airport shuttle is very convenient. The shuttle driver was very nice and knowledgeable, you have to let him know which gate you’re going and he would know where to drop you off. Fast check out, The lady at the desk signed me up to become a member to get benefits on future bookings.

We literally just got home to Ontario from staying at this Hotel. From start to finish it was a great experience. Easy to get to and clean. Now.to the Chef. BEST BURGER my husband ever had, ever! All the food was amazing here and the restaurant staff can't be beat. Would stay again.

Suresh was an excellent server and Rana the chef delivered an excellent meal of crab cakes, perfectly done broccoli, and the mushroom soup was the best I have ever had. It was an excellent dining experience for my wife and me. Starting with the two charming ladies at the front desk and the two men in maintenance, all the way through our visit everyone has been extremely nice, helpful and attentive

Rooms and pool are amazing.
The “shuttle” is a joke. You need to request it, but no one answers the phone. Whether it’s the front desk or the number for immediate pick up, no one answers. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting (because we didn’t know it was request only initially and thought maybe one would show up while we were on hold), we took a cab. Very annoying. If it truly is request only then make a way for guests to actually request it. How can you claim to have a shuttle but then never answer the phone when they need it? Obviously the system they have in place doesn’t work. The whole reason we chose this hotel was the convenience of a shuttle. Literally the only reason. They gave us a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience but their system is broken.

It's a very good hotel. Comfy beds, clean, free shuttle, excellent food at the restaurant.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast options are quite good to! Typical price gouging but that can be expected anywhere near the airport.

Great food and service at bar. The bartender was having some kind of day but was still talkative and pleasant in spite of a broken glass into the ice and a water leak when trying to clean out the well. The room was top notch and everyone was I. Tune with my having a good stay.

Fantastic staff and great food all for a reasonable price. I stay here frequently for work and I’m never disappointed. The rooms are quiet and comfortable plus there’s a complimentary shuttle service that gets you to the airport in under 10 minutes.

Was quoted 170 for a room upon checking out the billed my credit card for 350 when I called to ask anyone about it the supervisor told me it was on the bill with we never received horrible customer service I will never stay at a best Western ever again

The room was really nice. The king size bed was comfortable. The front desk people were always so nice and happy to answer any questions. I gave 1 star for location. It's way out there for me. I was using cabs at the time and it was pretty pricey to use a cab from this hotel to downtown. I believe I took an airport shuttle when I left and went to the airport to take a bus. It was cheaper than a cab. Nice, nice hotel, will stay again.

Great experience! Got in late on a flight and called the hotel’s front desk to inquire about shuttling over. They said after hours they offer pre-paid cabs, which was wonderful! After a long day of travel, we didn’t have to wait for a hotel specific shuttle, and instead caught a cab immediately.

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Prompt shuttle pickup in the morning.

I would stay here again.

Hotel was easy to access and staff were very helpful. The restaurant is more like a sports bar (in the evening) and not the atmospher I would personally choose for small children - we didn't use it for breakfast so it may be different then?
Although the place was not terribly busy - the only gal waiting on the bar and restaurant tables was a pretty busy lady - yet she was VERY good at her job and did everything to look after us. (borderline under staffed?)
Shout out to the chef who went the extra bit to ensure our allergy concerns were looked after.

Wonderful place to stay in Calgary! Staff provide amazing hospitality and go the extra mile every stay.
