Second time I've used Bestway for my 2500HD Duramax truck. Both times they have explained what I needed and what I did not. They managed to book me in on very short notice completing a lot of work in a very short time frame also at a very reasonable price. Thanks to the Dave at the service counter and awesome team of mechanics. I really appreciate it! 300000 K on my truck and it rides like it's brand new!

Had an unexplained flat. A tire shop took a look and saw it was due to corrosion on the chrome rim that did not allow it to seal tight against the tire. They said I needed a new rim. Called Bestway Tire, they said they could fix it, got me in the next day, and a half hour later (and at literally 5% the cost of a new rim!) it was fixed. Big shout out to Jacob and everyone else there. Awesome service, extremely courteous and attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Took my 18 sierra in for all new tires very great customer service, and had my trucks tires balanced, front end alignment and mounted and etc. In a few hours, also took me back actually let me look at the tires that were gonna go on the truck. Would definitely recommend and I will be doing future business with these guys!

My experience was great at Bestway Tire, all the staff was very helpful and friendly. The prices aren’t crazy expensive as other places I been to. I didn’t have to wait long for my tires to get installed, it was very quick. Specially Tony was absolutely helpful and amazing, they went an extra mile by fixing my door handle too. I will definitely recommend this place and I will be back too.

I drove my motorhome on Alaska Highway from BC to Dawson Creek, and the 'check brake pad' light was on. I visited several auto shops in Dawson Creek, but all of them are busy and don't even want to check for me.
So, I contacted Bestway and talked to Vince. We set appointments for sending my motorhome to Bestway on Monday morning. Bestway removed all tires, carefully checked the brakes, and indicated that the brakes are totally fine and will try to set back the computer. If not, then I can drive back to California to have the dealer do so.
So, I am able to continue my travel without worrying about it.
I will highly recommend Bestway for your next auto service.

These people are like family. Andy, Vince, John, Bob, Tony and many others in the service bays always greet me with a smile and actually know who I am, even though I only see them twice a year for seasonal tire changes. I have purchased many sets of tires from them and they will compete with the big box retailers. What you will get from them is a level of service you will never get purchasing on-line or big box. They store my tires for me and when I do a seasonal tire change, the tires and wheels are cleaned and detailed. I also have had front and rear brake maintenance done there at a competitive cost. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Even if I buy a new car from a dealership, Bestway will always be my tire shop.

I have had work done on vehicles at Bestway Tire for a few years.
This team of employees ALWAYS do a fantastic job on every job they do. This is from vehicle inspections, tire purchase, change and mechanical repairs. Prices are very fair and any job they do is fast and the job is well done. No shortcuts.
I’m a man who hates seeing anyone being taken advantage of. In the past I was picking up my wife’s car at another shop. They didn’t expect a man and I think that’s why the final bill dropped a few hundred $ after I had a chat with them.
I have witnessed female customers walking into Bestway to get a second opinion / price for a repair. Obviously they found out that the other repair shops were quoting lots more $ and telling the potential customers BS stories. The female customer would have been taken advantage of at other shops. We all hate those shops and that’s another reason for this review.
The front counter staff at Bestway Tire treated her with respect and the lady walked out later paying much less than other shops quoted her and the job was done quickly.
Bestway tire is a shop where any customer can feel good walking into, knowing they will NOT be taken advantage of with BS repairs or price gouging.
I will continue to bring my vehicle’s to Bestway for all my maintenance/ repair needs.

I took my car in, when the right front brake caliper seized up, as it happened not far from Bestway Tire. And I have taken my car there before. But 38 days later, the exact same problem happened again! Except this time, there was actual smoke coming from the right front, in addition to the usual burning smell. To make a long story short, Tony took care of the parts and labour, to have it repaired. Without any hassles.
And I just paid for a brake hose (that was missed last time) and labour to have that installed. So far, so good! Thank you so much Tony!
