Bettechers is a great place to have your vehicle repaired, I have had them do numerous types of repairs over the years and have always been satisfied. My most recent visit was for my 2019 Ridgeline.

Bettcher's Auto not only was able to quickly and efficiently work on my car the first week of January but also gained a new lifelong customer as well. When the temperature hit real cold, my car completely broke down and would stay that way despite all the efforts myself to get it to start again. I've heard of them from some friends' families but man from the very first phone call Bettcher's was a complete and sincere professional, they were able to get my car in their shop soon after and not only fix the engine but also find other parts that need to be kept an eye on and in order of priority, not for profit but just for the complete concern for the customer and the mission to do good. They also gave me a wonderful set of tires that I badly needed, replaced my broken heater plug all for beyond a reasonable price, setting me up for the winter days that followed. Jim and Dean provide S+ service, bar none with nothing but transparency, care and respect for their customers. I've repeated everything I've said here to my friends and family, the reviews don't lie, they're definitely the #1 place to go to and only place I'll go to in the future.

You need a doctor you can trust. But you also need a mechanic of that calibre as well. I've been taking my vehicles to Marty at Bettchers for.about 15yrs now. This time they needed to fix collateral damage, from a glass shop's failed fix, to my wife's Lincoln MKX liftgate latch. Bettchers quality and care never fails. Doesn't dip, doesn't sag, they all just keep caring about you and your vehicle. Doesn't matter what you drive. Do they walk on water? Well no, but they try harder than any other Shop I've visited to give it a go! You wont get that at a dealership I promise you. Their rates are fair and they always go the extra mile to make sure you feel justified. They know vehicles aren't cheap to own and operate but they also understand they're extremely important to us. Thus, they treat your vehicle, and you, with respect.
I highly recommend these guys, hands down no questions asked.

I have been dealing with Bettcher’s Automotive for 3 years now. The only thing I regret is that I did not find them sooner. MJ and Heather are very friendly, accommodating and professional. If you need a loaner Vehicle there’s always one available. What I have found besides the excellent work on my vehicle is the honesty and that is very important to me. Having that piece of mind knowing that I’m going to get my car fixed properly and pay a fair price is all I can ask for.
