Beverly Medical Clinic

Dr Hilderbrandt had been my doctor for two years and suddenly I’m told that she is not my doctor that she didn’t take me on as a patient and I have to look for a new doctor. This is beyond unprofessional and I am filing a formal complaint with the college of physicians and surgeons.

Dr. Hildebrand is exceptional. I've had a few appointments with her and she truly takes the time to ensure all of my needs are met. I'm happy to have found such a caring and competent physician. I've been telling all of my friends what a great place this is to go. Between the pharmacist who goes out of her way to check up on me, the amazing front staff, and Dr. Hildebrand, I couldn't be any happier. Sometimes there are wait times for appointments, but that's what I expect when there is a good physician providing complete care to their patients. Thanks for always taking care of me!

Since doctor Thomas has left it's been pretty bad. They absolutely refused to tell me where doctor Thomas has moved to even though they are legally obligated. I guess they are just trying to keep all of his patients. I have had this new doctor prescribe me literally a 1/4 of what I was getting before and is well aware of my chronic pain. So be careful because even though they're nice and smile to your face they are not there to help. But rather play god. I shouldn't have to take anymore urine and/or blood tests.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Hildebrand! She is caring and empathetic, and truly seemed like she understood my pain and my medical issues. Looking forward to continuing care with her. The MOAs were also lovely and polite. Thank you!

This place is ridiculous. They’ve canceled appointments on me last minute and I have never had an appointment where I waited less than 45 minutes (that’s a good day). Twice I had late appointments and was told “I’m sorry but the doctor won’t be able to see you today. ” - after waiting over an hour. Not caring both times I had to leave work early to make the appointment. I gave it two stars cause the front people were decent enough.

Honestly do yourself a favor and find a better clinic. If this is all you can find or have to cause of travel limitations - I feel bad for you.

Doctor Elfourtia was a fantastic doctor who took the time to listen and is a compassionate person. I hope to find another doctor like him and I hope he returns soon. The staff are fantastic too.

I was given a new physician by the name of Dr. Hilderbrand. I was impressed that I didn't need to wait too long when I booked an appointment. Dr. Hilderbrand met me with a kind smile and understood my circumstance. I was surprised that I didn't need to further explain my situation as I notified the receptionist before booking for an appointment. I received the care that I requested and got treated with kindness, thanks so much Dr. Hilderbrand.

Both my doctor and pharmacist have been really good to me.so glad I finally found a good medical facility

I have been going to this clinic for several years with no complaints until now. I have been waiting for Xray results on my left foot. The person on the phone says if I want to get the results I need to book an appointment. Unbelievable! This sort of unnecessary billing is just what the health system doesn't need. The lady on the phone had a take it or leave it attitude. I like the DR but the attitude and service @ the front has gone downhill.

You guys deserved this! My whole family are with Dr. Elfourtia for last 10 years and we will not change our family doctor in any conditions!

My so called Dr.fired me as a patient the day after my dad died. Found a doctor that actually cares now. Reception is pure awful, they insult ppl and laugh and whisper.very professional. Pharmacy was always nice. So glad i dont go to this dump anymore!

I have been a patient at this medical clinic for years and I have nothing but faith and trust in my Doctor as well as the girls at the front desk. I would recommend it in a minute to anyone.

Terribly slow no one speaks english doctors are brainless i book appointments for 530 wont be in till 8 good job beverly medical

I have attended this clinic a handful of times now and every time I am there the staff at the front desk are friendly, caring and efficient. They work hard to get you into the room without a long wait and to keep the waiting area clean. The physicians I have seen are knowledgeable and have a good bedside manner. I never feel rushed and my concerns are always taken into careful consideration.

I called multiple times today in hopes to get my xray test comparison results. The phone just rings and rings.nobody is there to answer! Terrible phone service.they say they are open but theres no way to get ahold of anybody.

Ive never been to such an incredible clicic! The staff is so kind and friendly, they make you feel like you’re right at home! The doctors are very fast and helpful. All around, the staff here goes above and beyond my expectations! The environment is very clean and it is a positive atmosphere.

I’ve never been treated like a second class citizen until this place the rudeness and overall lack of interest at front desk is transparent you need some compassion for this job and to smile and genuinely be nice I have to take my husband there and he had stroke it’s so hard getting around in winter with wheelchair nope they still only give meds for 1 week I will be taking this further to complain horrible people there

Just a quick comment about the staff in this clinic. I have had to cover for some colleagues at this clinic from time to time. Any time I have worked here, I have found the staff to be incredibly efficient, professional, and courteous. Everytime I have come here, they have made my job so much easier in terms of following up on referrals status, following up on labs, imaging and patient phone calls. Keep up the good work guys!

I am having doctor.management and the business investigated for DISCRIMINATION. SLANDER AND BEING LIABLE.they made clear racist and false ALLEGATIONS and i will be taking legal action.they also made false ALLEGATIONS when the incidents were filmed and recorded.

Pharmacy staff is absolutely ignorant and not professional. The head pharmacist is great only deal with him if you can. Reception is snotty and rude and childish.

My husband and I found a doctor here that really seems to care about us. Is always a great experience coming here!

Very clean clinic, I did get there first thing when they opened. I only waited a few minutes after I registered and the doctor was in pretty much right away. A good experience.

Unable to reach by phone for over two hours. I am new to the area and was advised I could not book an appointment during a pandemic. I was told I had to use the walk in service. This is very irresponsible given the pandemic that is happening right now.

Would give zero stars if i could.dr is never in, i had an appointment booked and waited for over an hour just to find out there werent even any doctors in yet, rebooked my appointment for another day and just got a call saying the dr wont be in again on the day of my appointment and to book for another day.just needed to get my meds refilled and receptionist kept telling me in a very rude tone to book for the next day available but i will end up running out of my prescription before then, and i told her i am unavailable that day anyway.how the f am i supposed to get my medication? ! Do not come here, worst service i have ever experienced.

My experience at Beverly Medical Clinic has been positive. The doctors and pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable.

Alfegi was my and my childs family doctor for almost two years. He also saw my mother, sister, brother, and cousin. I love this clinic. They were friendly, serious, and professional. Sometimes you had a long wait but honestly it is a much shorter one than other places. I wish the hospital where I live now cared half as much about their patients as this clinic's staff did.

Don't know what half the people hear are talking about i have not had any problems with the doctor's hear. The front desk can have their bad days but overall good most times. Some times they run behind but overall compared to most they are good. Osama is the best family doc i have had in a long time. He didn't laugh at me like my last doctor he listened to my issues and changed my meds to better ones. Now he is strict when it comes to some thing's like drug abuse and he can be pushy if he has to be but that is his job. I think the best part is he dosen't claim to know everything which i think is important for a doctor to know when to seek outside help. If you have some serious concerns you want looked in to he will look in to it but you have to say something and communicate how concerned you are.

Worst dr. Clinic around. Don’t come here. I went here for a long time only because it was so close to my house at the time. Last time I went in the receptionist told me to call there other office I asked for their # she told me to look it up myself I asked if she could do it for me as I didn’t have my phone she said No phone them. I was so mad I told her to get better customer service skills. Went back only for that same receptionist to tell me Dr. Osama didn’t want to see me. I asked for what reason and she said the notes didn’t say. What a joke. The staff and doctors are a big joke! Also another time Dr. Osama jokingly but in a serious tone told me to get the F out as I was the last appointment of the day. He told me he wanted to go home. I did call the board about how unprofessional he was. I honestly don’t even know if these guys are really licensed

Unfortunately I had to give them 1 star. They dont even deserve that. Have an appt for 3: 30 and still not in and it's been an hour now. Still sitting here waiting. Worse time management ever. Do not come here

I'm not even sure if this guys are certified doctors or just money makers dr mohamed is a fraud didn't even want to examine me didn't even let me explain what my problem was he came in check my breathing and i was done i don't advise anyone to go there and i give doctor mohamed 0/100

The worst Clinic and experience I’ve been too in my entire life! Dr. Osama El Nageh deserves 0/5 stars. Pretty much anyone I spoke too was rude, and it’s not just to me, I heard them giving attitude and being rude to every customer who came in while I was waiting 40 min for my scheduled appointment.

The doctors are okay, but their hours are random. They advertise that their hours are 9 am to 9 pm, but the doctor doesn't arrive until 10. They are often closed midday, and I have seen them closed at 2 pm as well.

Receptionists are rude in the evening.

Trying to talk quietly about my medical issue but she wants me to yell out louder and it’s kind of embarrassing.

Waiting is very long and your better off at any other clinic.

Dr. Osama is the Best.
I never feel rushed, and always feel like he is taking care of My health.
The rest of the Staff has always treated me with the same respect I treat them with!

Unfortunately I have to confirm that time management is not the strong suit of this location. Waited patiently 40 min past my appointment to get brought to the treatment room. Waited another 30 min there with no end in sight. And the clinic was not that busy. I recommend to go to the emergency at NECHC on 50 Street.

Dr. Mohamed, Dr. Osama, and RN. Tamara. Are some of the most super accommodating, intelligent, friendly, redeemable people. Have helped my wife and I many times. Much thanks and would definitely recommend.:) Thanks

Love my doctor and the service at this clinic! I've been going since it opened and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

DR. Mohammed Alfegi is the best family doctor hands down, this man takes care of us like we are his own family and his personal interests are all about our well being and ensuring we get the best medical treatments possible to help any and all our needs and concerns, staff is always pleasant and always happy to see us. Appointments are appointments sometimes they are a few minutes early and sometimes a few minutes later but that’s how things go in life not everything is perfect according to timed schedules. This Dr and this place has my up most respect and can’t see how anyplace else could be anymore accommodating!

Today Is November 2 2018. At about 630 PM I went to the Beverly clinic with my daughter who turned 3 on October 22. She was crying cause her ear hurt asking to see a doctor. After trying 3 other clinics who had no doctors available I came to Beverly. I'm still fairly new to Edmonton so I dont know off hand where every medical center is. I was using my phone for gps. When I arrived shortly after 630 there was only one man in the waiting room. I went to the counter told them my 3 year old was crying had an ear infection and needed to see a doctor. The two ladies turned me away saying the doctor was still finishing up with booked appointments. This clinic says they are open till 9pm. Once again only one man in the waiting room. So I explained to the ladies my phone was almost dead and I asked if they could maybe call another clinic to see if they would take us. Her very quick reply was no we dont do that we are not connected. At this point my 3 year old looks up and asked me if she can see a doctor now. I had to tell my baby they will not help her. I know this was only an ear infection so that's why I went to a clinic not the e.r right away. I did go to the hospital on 50th street and after telling them my story even though there was a two hour wait they had us in and out in 20 min after being totally disgusted with the clinics and how we were treated. I know this is pointless posting and it wont change anything I just thi k people should know about the service
