Beverly Towne Medical Clinic and Walk-in

My name is Alex Bagu. Sheila's husband. On thurs. Jan. 11 my wife took me to this clinic after I cut my thumb on a saw and bled quite a bit. The staff, including the Nurses and the Dr were very attentive, courteous and compassionate. As was the pharmacy. The Dr said he could use glue to seal the cut. He suggested glue instead of stitches. My wife and I didnt have to wait long.

The one star is for Dr. Hildebrand. Terrible follow up and Bedside manner. Called the clinic 4 times to speak to her about a biopsy result and after she received the results did not have the courtesy to reach out. Her front end staff apologized for her and said they would personally talk to her and make sure someone would call back. It’s been a month, nothing yet. My pharmacy has tried many times to get my prescription renewed now by fax and no response, a simple fax is all they required. I have now had to go to a different doctor for my cancer biopsy results and prescription renewal. I will never go back.

Had a great experience at the clinic. Appointment was a little late but nothing outside the normal. I expect things to be running a little behind schedule so it was no problem. Dr. Hildebrand was very warm and friendly. She explained everything very clearly and made sure I was comfortable.

NOT a walk in clinic. They have one doctor who sets aside 2 slots per day for walk ins then MAYBE if he has time they'll slip you in between his other appointments. IF he doesn't decide he's just going to go home early. DO NOT go here as a walk in.

Only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because the people at the pharmacy are great. It's just unfortunate they're connected to this fake walk in clinic.
