I had a recent visit with Dr. Sharma, and it was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Sharma's care and understanding made me feel at ease right away. He patiently listened to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about my well-being. I'm truly thankful for the excellent care I received from Dr. Sharma. My daughter feels extremely comfortable with Dr. Bain. He takes his time, explains things well, and has a very kind manner. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and good to work with. The only drawback at this clinic is if you are smell sensitive, you won't last five minutes in there; there is an extremely strong flowery smell that permeates the whole clinic and that you can still smell on yourself after you leave.

The staff and the doctors, are all first rate. They are well informed and deal with all issues and concerns with care.

Always in good hands when going to see Dr. Sharma and his staff. Taking the time to tell you how to take care of your vision.

Dr. Bain and all of his staff were absolutely incredible. They were friendly, kind and very thorough with all of my concerns and I highly recommend them for any care necessary.

My family of 6 has been coming to Beyond Vision since this location opened. We always find it to be clean and inviting. Wait times are minimal. We can always get an appointment when it's convenient for us. The Front desk staff, technicians and doctors have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. We have all purchased many pairs of glasses and sunglasses over the years. Unfortunately, our insurance coverage has changed so we are not able to purchase from here any longer as the cost is quite high. We still come for our eye exams though. I requested to have my prescription printed at my appointment last week, which was fine but was told in order to receive the pupil measurement, which I need to be able to order glasses that are in my price range, that I'd need to pay $50 to have this measurement taken! I'm extremely disappointed with this business practice.

Great service. Dr. Sharma is very knowledgeable. Friendly service. I would highly recommend this place.

The eye exam I had at Beyond Vision was disappointing. The results were inaccurate, leaving me unsure about my actual vision needs. I would not recommend their services for anyone seeking reliable and precise eye examinations.

Dr. Bain and Dr. Ubhi are so great! They are so patient with the kids and very professional. We always have a great experience at the Millwoods Beyond vision, all the staff are wonderful!

The clinic is so clean, updated and organzied; I flew from Toronto to get new glasses from here. Dr Ubhi did my optical testing. She made the whole process fun, easy, and simple.

Once I was able to choose my frames, the staff helping me were very informed and kind on letting me access a variety of styles before settling with one to suit me.

They had a duo of assistants finalize the measurement before putting my glasses through and the payment which was simple to process with my insurance. I would highly reccomend this clinic to my friends

I came right around my appointment time and one person walked in just before me. There was already another person waiting, so that made 3 of us. So they had booked at least 2 of us (maybe even all 3 of us) for the same appointment time. The other two were taken in ahead of me one at a time, while I was left having to wait. I think this is VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Will go someplace else. I was 2 minutes late because I waited outside for the person who was entering ahead of me, instead of having to wait behind him in line inside, as he checked in. Why did I have to wait for you take both people ahead of me, one at a time over 15-20 minutes. You should have taken me in right away then, if we were all seeing different doctors. Your excuse does not carry any weight. It is because the rooms you use that have the equipment take the eye pressures and pictures etc.were being used for the 2 people you took ahead of me, before they see the Doctor. Nice try. Poor excuse and still disrespectful to make some patients wait more than others for the same appointment time. Fortunately you are not the only optometrist in Edmonton.

My partner and I went here for a few years. Optometrist is good, but the clinic staff are awful. Two years ago, they called to book an appointment. They called back the day of to reschedule the appointment for a later date. W/e, it happens. Two days before that appointment, they called back to reschedule again. I told them that we were unable to reschedule due to the dates of my benefits resetting, so they asked if we could come in earlier. Again, we were not able to due to work.

They very reluctantly agreed to honour the appointment that they set. When we arrived, we were treated poorly, and rushed through by clinic staff.

When I recieved a call this summer to schedule a check up for myself and my partner, I politely informed them that we would not be returning due to our previous experience. The person was understanding, and told me that a note would be left in our files. I have since gotten multiple voicemails from them asking to confirm an appointment for my partner. Leave us alone please.

Dr Sharma was friendly and knowledgable. He took his time to explain everything and was helpful with answering questions.

The staff were happy, friendly, and did a great job of keeping things moving efficiently.

Both the clinic and store were big, bright, modern, and clean. It was a very comfortable atmosphere.

Great experience all around and I would highly recommend.

Just the fact that a I received a reminder from a real person shows me the level of care needed for me to continue with them. Oh and the staff and Dr. Udi were all so kind and accommodating to an older disabled adult. *****

Front staff and their service is really impressive. Dr. Sharma he is doing awesome job, very honest and down to earth person. Cleaning is at next level. I visit them only once I will recommend Beyond Vision to others. Very satisfied with everything.

I called for an emergency exam and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. I was in and out within minutes. The clinic is very clean and the staff are very friendly! Dr. La was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be recommending!

These people just want your money. They Don't care about their final product or the customer.

Love my Dr. She is kind and compassionate. She asks the right questions and always listens to what I have to answer. The staff is pretty good also

Beyond Vision is a really great business! I experienced, kind, friendly customer service, from the receptionists, the support staff, and Dr. Sharma as well. They were all very knowledgable as well.

Dr. Sharma is professional, polite, and has the experience to add to it. The front desk staff make you feel welcome, and treat everyone with as timely service as possible. Fast and quick treatment for an eye injury.
