Sales staff have been great answering all my questions on my latest bike purchase and subsequent aftermarket purchases. They have the line on many of the latest and top quality aftermarket parts that helped me to outfit/trick out my bike. The service department is second to none. They have the knowledge and have gone above and beyond for me several times. Owner/Operator Dean is extremely passionate, knowledgeable and enthusiastic on a multitude of motor sports and employs only the best. Shout out to all those that have gone above and beyond for me.you know who you are. What a stellar crew! Would 100% recommend BFD for any new/used purchases, parts and servicing needs!

Open mondays when no one else is. Excellent selection and knowledge of enduro specific parts and gear. Not afraid to match and even beat online prices. Staff are always friendly.

Found this shop when on the hunt for a talaria and I couldn’t have found a better place. The customer service is amazing and the showroom always looks stunning. Glad I got to talk to Dean and Dougie as they both made my experience top notch. Unreal how well this shop is ran! 10/10.

First time visiting and needed them to install a timecert after I screwed up my oil pan plug. So professional, under budget and half the time they quoted while teaching other things about my bike. Travis is clearly a professional. Thank you!

Suspension: Bought a WP 6500 kit from their online store. Conversation with the owner Dean he stated they only stock Husky kits. Placed order with the spring rate they recommended. They called and wanted me to pay an additional $200 to convert the kit from a KTM to a Husky kit (a ridiculous price to remove and install two spacers on a disassembled kit, maybe 20 minutes for me on the bench). I balked, then they indicated they would make an exception. Kit arrived with no manual, they texted me an operations manual but no spring install information (as you get when you order a MX Tech Lucky kit). The spring rate looks too high, almost no sag with smallest spacer. I called to talk to the tech (Kale) but he would not take my call and they referred me to the owner's wife, Lexi, who the sales guy told me does not know technical details of the kit. In short, order your suspension elsewhere.

Absolutely best crew to deal with in Calgary, need parts or accessories, they will have em. And if they don't I guarantee they will get them. Also for all of you Snowbike guys this is by far the go to place within the city to get your parts and accessories. If you are currently going somewhere else you need to change that up immediately because you won't get better service or prices than @ BFD MOTO

Updated June 2023, bought a new bike this year and BFD delivered as usual with the best service and most all parts in stock, It's been a blast to ride!

Picked up a 2023 fe501s, and the customer service was bang on, Douglas sold me the bike and had a lot to say on options and aftermarket. Prices were as good as I could find, and buying a new bike was made super easy! They have also had any parts I’ve looked for on hand. Would recommend bfd to absolutely anybody.

Best Moto shop customer service I have ever received. Dean, Douglas and the entire crew are amazing. You get treated like family, instead of a number; like other shops. Best price in town on a new Husqvarna TE300i, couldn’t be happier!
