This place is filthy
We bought a carpet and within 4 days wanted to exchange it but the worker there was so arrogant and extremely rude he started threatening us.
He made it an issue
Beware of this store's cheap stuff and cheap people.
Never gonna buy anything from there
Worst store ever.

Large warehouse type store.very loose style.bins and boxes full of goods everywhere. Organized chaos so to speak.
Really cheap prices on decently made things that are obviously overstock from other companies. So.regular items for good price but limited choice and sizes.
You can buy some foods there as well for much cheaper than regular cost.but again.eclectic variety and very limited choices.
I like sticking up on chocolates and treats for my grandkids.very cheap prices!
We pop by every time we go shopping to see if we can get whatever is on our list cheaper there first!

Today I was showing a friend of mine this store as she had never been here before. She fell in love with the tiny grey stool priced at 9$ when we got to the check out they were telling us it was 19$ not honouring the price on it. I picked up a small cat stand with no price expecting it to be around 10$ it was 14$ and not worth it. They need to be more organized and less rude about their prices when it says one and they say it’s wrong

Employees are always happy to assist you. Very friendly and very decent prices on all the products they sell. Will be back again

Its a great discount store for people who have low income. They have amazing products and reasonable prices. Great customer service. You can breathe an act of kindness because of their simplicity. May God bless this store because it has place for those who cannot afford.

Very rude workers especially a short old lady at the customer service they will not let you return anything at any point they have to post the no returning policy.all in all very rude and disrespectful

Cannot recommend highly enough! Prices are shockingly low and there is a huge selection. It’s amazing. You can buy housewares, pantry items, clothes, toys, some basic furniture, rugs, PPE, and other hard goods.

But first, understand what you’re getting into: Bianca Amor’s is not a place to go if you have your heart set on a specific brand or a particular product. You need to go with an open mind— “maybe I’ll get some decorations” or “I’m curious what snacks they have. ” I would also recommend dedicating at least 60-90 minutes to the hunting process.

With this in mind, you will have a great time! Oh, and they sell swords…

Great deals if you can find them! I been going here for years & I go so often & take family & friends who in turn love them too! The deals are amazing especially the 50% off each dot each month if we are lucky! The amount of stuff in this place is unreal & you will have a hard time finding the same item twice! You can expect to spend the day there as you will not make it thru the place in a few hours so expect to spend days in that place there is so much stuff! I like the south side location better as it is 3X the size! Thanks

The tools and auto stuffs are freaking awesome. Sometimes the storage units are great. 5 stars. Hands down

Good prices and lots of different items. If you dig through the clothes you sometimes find hidden gems. However the reason for the three stars is as follows:
1. Lack of cleanliness.this is not specific to one store. I have been to several of their stores across Canada and they are all extremely dirty. They could hire staff to specifically clean once in awhile and organize their shelves throughout the day as opposed to just people stocking shelves.
2. Clothes often are 'seconds', damaged, misprinted or sized wrong. So be very careful to exam all clothes purchases. I take responsibility for this as I should have been more aware of what I was buying however you shouldn't have to examine clothes with a magnifying glass before you purchase.a) I bought a jacket and it was missing the zip out fur lining in the hood and the pocket was coming apart.b) I bought some pajamas that actually had mice droppings on it.c) I bought a couple pullovers that had runs in the fabric all across the back.d) bought some pants that had one leg longer than the other e) bought some rain gear that was missing the velcro wrist and ankle straps.there are more but you get the drift.
3. Food is often past the stamped best before date. This won't kill you but you should be aware.
4. Products may be missing pieces. I bought 5 cell phone holders that attach to bicycles however upon opening them there were pieces missing in every single box. I understand maybe one box missing a piece.but every single box missing pieces is very strange.
5. Loud staff. Weird complaint I know but I am often in the store and instead of staff members walking up to each other to talk they are practically yelling across aisles LOL
6. When calling to check if a particular store has a certain item they often say they are out of stock. However I go to the store right after the phonecall to check for myself and sure enough the product is sitting on the shelf. This has happened to me three times. And yes I am calling the correct store.
7. Washrooms are filthy. The most run down gas stations have cleaner bathrooms.

This isn't high end shopping or even Walmart level shopping so if you can handle these deficiencies you can sometimes get good deals.

A treasure trove of quality Items without the " quality" price. The last girl i spoke to was named Mica. She was friendly, kind and welcoming and very knowledgeable of the shop items. I really should have waited until today in order to post this review because if I had I would definitely have given the shop five stars. The only reason I gave it four stars was because I did have an item fall from a shelf and hit me quite hard on the shin. It hurt at the time but it's fine now. I don't believe that it was
the fault of Bianca Amor's or their staff, that this item fell on me. I truly believe that it was another customer putting something back in the wrong spot, I: E: on the edge of a shelf where it didn't belong. I say this because I've been to other liquidation stores
where where their products are placed in precariously dangerous " heaps". While the staff stands around chatting, Without naming names. These other places only speak to you if they see a potential sale. I will never shop at any of these other liquidation stores in the Edmonton area as they're unsafe and you are treated like a number not another human being. At Bianca Amour's these people are worker bees! They put 100% of their time into making sure that not only the customers are happy but
also that the aisles are clutter free. In this new world of uncertainty and recession it's very special that you're also getting quality items at unbelievably low prices. Thank you Bianca Amour's.unbelievablyy low prices

I like shopping for deals here, but they don't enforce the covid arrow directions in the very narrow aisles and ppl get mad when asked to go the proper way, makes a person uncomfortable to shop.

I bought a Bear Paw cookie for only $2.00 at the 99th Street location. I usually check the Best Before Date/ Expiration date on it but I thought to myself, most of the workers there are filipinos, which means that they always check their products and remove the ones that are not good. The product that I purchased was dated a “Best Before Date “ on December of 2020. If I were the one to eat the cookie, that’d be totally fine but my kid was going to eat it. It was good that the lady was kind to get me an exchange. But when I went the next couple of days, the same products were still on display and I’ve noticed that some other cracker/cookie products are dated from 2020, some where still from September. I just wish they check on their products at least once a month, for the best before date. For adults, I guess it’s fine for us to eat at least a month after the date, but think about the kids that are eating them.

FRAUD
I returned an item the customer service attendant wrote on receipt and indicated that I can show the receipt when I purchase next time to use this instore credit however next day when I shopped and tried to use the in store credit I was told that this was already done. The same cashier was very disrespectful, extremely disappointed in their customer service. DO NOT TRUST this guys they will not let you use your instore credit so if you plan on returning something make sure you use your instore credit same day or take some authentic receipt.

You are likely to get some of the things you need from this place at a much affordable price as it's a liquidation store. Before you go to the expensive shops to make a purchase i suggest you stop by this place. Some items here might even be cheaper that those at the Thrift store. Beware, however, that not all their products are of good quality. You cannot use tap at the counter, though.

Too slow getting out of there, need an express checkout for people that only have a few things instead of a shopping cart full, plus practically everything, even dollar items are security tagged and the cashier has to spend time removing all those.

I always find things I didn't know I needed in here. Evil place.lol

This is such an amazing place! The prices are crazy in the selection is vast! Got to be prepared to spend some time to find good deals and dig a little bit when you need to! It's like the ultimate dollar store!

It's a great store but if your looking for: good rcs, tech, etc you would be better looking some where else if you want cheap and easy Christmas gifts this is your place

This place like value village but it has new item and more sections and you must have more time to see all the ideas in this store

This store is a superstore!
It's massive, but with it being spread out more; they don't have enough staff on to deal with the public!
Also when you need good luck in finding one!
Who is fluent in English, not language that someone doesn't understand!
You can find camo for hunting or any day use!
To sporting to games for the younger generation!
You can find the off kitchen item to reflective outside gear for work! Or a rug for the bedroom or the living room

Great place to go to kill time and find obscure items. Everything is affordable, unique, and sometimes name brand.

Cheap products, so much selection. Can’t find anything bad about this place. You can find some brand name clothes, lots of home and pet products. Even the boots I bought here are good quality. Happy customer.

Cool story has everything you will ever need n want for good low prices. Always fully stocked best time to go Christmas. One stop shop for Christmas shopping.

You can find great things especially toys, I bought a comfort shell, with 2 shams for only 19 cad and a pillow bambo for 9 cad wich is an excellent price.

You can find a lot of things with affordable price. Specially children toys, home accessories are cheap here.

Can find some deals heres but you have to rummage quite a bit. Most items affordably priced but the building itself is rundown and needs some TLC.

It smells like things your skin shouldn't touch but some items I buy there are super cheap like windshield wipers and floor mats for the car. Some kitchen things are of good quality as well. Lots of knock off toys and clothes. Cheap rugs but I don't know if I trust them. It definitely can be a treasure hunt.

Absolutely LOVE this place.great shopping for kids gifts.lots of clothes sales. Christmas Shopping here I come lol.

Iv been shopping here for a few years now and its good and bad. Some good stuff for good prices but somethings you can get the exact same thing and brand at dollar tree for less. Also just got a pair of rubber gloves and both gloves are right handed and the both gloves have L on them, waste of money.

The store is in horrible shape. And people do not acknowledge you unless you are trying to track someone down for help. It's very dark inside and really needs to be organized better. However the plus side the prices (for most things) are very reasonable.

I used to really like this store BUT they're really screwing up lately with their anti theft device tags.

They put tags on everything in the store. And it's the worst idea ever. Here's why:
1. These stores are BUSY. The staff are rushing already, making them remove 15 tags for each shopper slows them down.
2. Because it takes longer to remove every tag, the lines are LONGER. I've left the store instead of waiting on an unreasonably long line.
3. Because employees are rushing to get customers through they often miss the electronic tag and fail to remove it.
4. The tags often don't alarm when you leave with your purchases.
Let me say that again: they don't even trip an alarm. I have returned home with 3 tags still attached to blankets, pants, and Christmas decor. That means another trip through the long line up to free something you already paid for.
They do not work. Period. This could not be a more colossal waste of time:
~ Employee's time putting them on
~ The employee's and my time.taking them off
~ My time driving back to the store

The Store itself has a wonderful selection of items!
But the STAFF.are rude, especially their woman store greeter!
They could use training on how to treat customers properly.

They were so friendly and over the top, I bought pillows and a foot stool, amazing place with amazing people and awesome products
