Bianca Amor's Liquidation Supercentre Calgary North

Visited 29th Street location January 20,2024. I understand food items might be expired, but when the year is 2024 and a food item is selling from 2022, is absolutely ridiculous! Taco Shells stale as hell. Went right into the garbage. As a business owner, you should be ashamed of yourself, selling such products. We are not talking a couple weeks expired. Sick! Won't be back.

Like the store, but the new flyer scroll! Turn it off! Worst flyer I have ever seen, no pause, no fast forward for things your not interested in, or back up if you misted something.

Awesome! Not so sure about the food items. But I love the clothes. So many options to choose from.

Trying to find actual help to figure out information was almost impossibly yesterday. We were wanting to buy an outside rug. Even the label on the rug was wrong. We struggled trying to find the bin the rug was in. Finally got what we thought was the right one, according to the little photo on the rug. Well it was not. Apparently can’t take it back.
The one young man we asked for help at first to even find where the rugs were, actually said, they are in the corner somewhere, over there.
I get that not everyone enjoys their job, how about some kindness, or get out of that job. I thought about complaining about the attitude, no one else was around but the, kind cashier. It’s really sad, when you can’t get help to purchase something at a store. I should have walked out and ordered on Amazon. The rug we got was pretty, just the wrong colour.

It’s awesome all households items you can find here and not expensive, It’s good in your budget.

I have been shopping at Bianca Liquidation since they opened in Calgary and my shopping experience has always been a positive one. Staff are very polite, respectful and helpful. Sometimes you can find some really awesome deals.

The worst customer service, the cashier was very agressive to my toddler when she was trying to pay for her toys.and rushing us, so I had to leave everything, when I asked to see the manager they said they have no manager.

Accidently left a bag behind at the till, only had 4 items it in it totally about $12 but when I called to ask about it, the lady laughed in my face. Sounds like an employee most likely took it home instead of turning it into the manager. Lesson learned. Won't be shopping there again!

Really messy store.first struck but Expired pack of condiments near the front.is it legal to sell these? Bought a few items.but truly groceries not very cheap and many near or over expiry dates. Won't be back.

The slowest and most rude cashiers you would find anywhere. And half the time you can't find stuff that they advertise.

A one stop shopping Center! Those item here are very cheap compared to other store. Employees are very helpful and kind.

Robert and LUI have 0 costumer service because I have to return some stuff, they don’t care off costumer and they talk very rude even thy are not returned my stuff, I’m not happy for costumer service

I get it that this is a liquidation store, however it is STILL a store and customers BUY products. So if you're selling something, the least you can do is put price tags accurately. When your price tag says $3 and it says 12x60grams, customers will think you're selling 12 for $3. It is VERY DECEITFUL when you go and pay to find out you're getting charged $3 each item in the box when it says ON THE PRICE TAG 12x60g.

Also, items on final sale, I asked what if it doesn't work, the staff basically just shrugged their shoulders.

Bottomline is, the store is great for selections and price. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ROTTEN!

What a horrible store. Not one staff member even acknowledged us. When it was time to pay there was no cashier's anywhere. I stood there for 5 mins without anyone coming to take my payment. Staff saw me but did nothing. I dropped my things and walked out. They lost my business. Maybe next time appreciate your customers.

Save yourself the time. I got a flyer from them and found 5 things I wanted. Went to the north location and they didn't have a single one. Told me maybe at the south store. Went to the south store, none there either. I grabbed one of there flyers in the store and found 2 of the over 100 items they had listed in the flyer.

I asked the woman working there why they had so many things in the flyer they don't sell. She said oh it's must be on our next shipment. I said it's a liquidation store. You don't have shipments, whatever the owner buys is what she has. She just said oh I don't know then.

Aside from that it's impossible to deal with anyone there because no one speaks English.

There should be a no star rating for them

Don't buy anything electronic! Also bought counterfeit items from here.if it seems to good it is. If it seems like a good deal its not. Value is within quality more than pricing. Even bought lego that didn't fit together. Ive given this place a plenty chances. (pricing tempts me of course) i went on to believe if I went with items without moving parts I should be fine. But, I just bought a ripped blanket.it was a Christmas present.

Cheap products. Won't recommend it to anyone. You should avoid this store. I had a very bad experience with customer service.

! Buyer Beware! Make sure the items you buy are not FAKE bought pandemic legacy season one and pandemic season 1 and they are counterfeit

Lot of good deals. Especially has a range of amazing carpets ranging from $39 to $200+. PPE equipments, lots to choose from, regular non medical masks 50 for $10. Curtains, clothing, not the greatest styles and many more. I guess it’s a good place to search for things you were looking for.

This place has zero customer service!
I bought 12 packs of mats and some of them are defective. I took it back and Jesus Christ! -Hire employees who can understand and speak English!
I think AliExpress has better customer service then these people.

Everyone nice and especially this time thanks to staff for being friendly keep it up good work ni love your stuff and overall staff is nice if ur nice to them I go here all time and people sometimes takes advantage cuz there liduadation they want less they have good prices everyone likes to complain of the little detail check things where ever u go and buy them ur job customer I love. Everyone there always saying hello and friendly. Thank you pls don’t change
