Took my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for service through express lane with Lilian.she made my service smooth and exceptional and explained all the points on the inspection with ease and detail. I had some warranty concerns regarding an oil leak and the main shop advisor Hailee explained the repair and process of the leak. The new facility is outstanding and one of a kind. I was very impressed. Hands down best service I’ve ever experienced and would highly recommend coming to Big 4 for service/sales to anyone!

Big shout-out to Brian (the service manager) and his exceptional team. He not only listened to my complaints and challenges, but also made phone calls and fought for me, helping me get through the past extreme cold weekend. I'm genuinely grateful for their outstanding services.

After shopping for that perfect SUV for about a month, Yesterday I picked up my ‘23 Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve. As fancy as the vehicle is, the service at Big4 definitely matches that. Huge thank you to Tanya, Raenzel & Sarah in the service department for their assistance with my 2020 Wrangler. After only owning my vehicle for just over a month, I heard a whining sound coming from under the hood and booked it in to the dealership that I originally purchased the car from. They did their diagnosis and informed me that it was the snorkel whining and that nothing was wrong with the car.

I picked it up from them and decided to book it in to Big 4 for a second opinion. From the moment I pulled up to Big 4, to when I picked up my vehicle after the servicing/repairs. I can honestly say my experience at Big 4 was hands down the best service I have ever gotten from a dealership. Period.

Turns out it was both alternator pulleys and the tensioner that were failing prematurely causing the whine and all those parts were replaced under warranty with no questions asked. The staff in service here are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thanks again!

I'm not sure where to start. This might have been the most transparent, hassle free, no-nonsense vehicle transaction that I ever had. For this particular purchase I think I went to 10 dealerships (Hyundai and Chrysler) to get a trade estimate and find a vehicle that was in stock, or in transit. Every single one of them was a negative experience in some way or another, my trade was under valued (while they were selling similar vehicles for more than $10k over what they were offering me, wasting time pretending to be negotiating, not calling back, hidden charges, nickel and dime approach, it goes on). BIG 4 MOTORS - NOTHING OF THE SORT! What a pleasant experience. The trade negotiation was fair and reasonable, zero hidden fees - I couldn't believe it. The vehicle arrived in short order after my deposit was down, and I was in and out of the dealership at pickup in under an hour. No surprises. My sales consultant, Johan was pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable of the Jeep products. The negotiations were prompt and fair. Trevor in finance made sure we understood all of the costs and our options for extended warranty/oil change plan, as well as the appearance protection package. We opted into both of those but there was no scare tactics or other sales pressure to buy these things, just clear explanation of what the options were. On delivery of our new Wrangler Rubicon 4xe, the vehicle was spotless, everything was polished and shining. Johan greeted us and after we got the paperwork out of the way showed us around our new vehicle. It was an amazing experience to show up and look at your new vehicle to thing "wow, that is the nicest looking wrangler that I have ever seen". Which were my exact words to Johan. Folks, Hats off to BIG 4, I am impressed and if I am reccomending a Chrysler dealership ever again to anyone, this will be the one. Thanks BIG 4 and Team!

I recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Han Kim! We recently bought 2 vehicles thru Big 4. The experience with sales was great Scott found and had my new vehicle there the next day I love my new Wrangler 4XE. Finance was another experience they were not knowledgeable about trades from other manufacturers being a consumer not knowing that a hyundai lease has to be only paid out thru a hyundai dealership I have now incurred service charges in which I was was told is basically my own problem. Maybe being in the service industry/ automotive you should brush up on all financial protocols of all lenders since it is your job. Update for anyone who wants to trade a hyundai lease it's a 600 dollar service charge.and they said all dealership know this. 1 Month later not even a response from management I see that the sale is the only thing important to this dealership and not to have happy loyal customers.

I was placed in the perfect vehicle, despite being used it feels brand new. Scott was knowledgeable about the vehicles, kind, honest and reasonable. I appreciate the great customer service and driving away happily!

Have been having shifter issues with a 2020 Jeep Compass since October 2021. Have left messages with the Service Manager Matt Ferguson and the General Manager Rob Coleman yet no return phone calls. Poor service, disappointing ability to communicate, questionable ability to resolve mechanical issues (3 shifters) last one installed wrong. Misinformation from service advisor Tanya regarding work that is required to be done being of April had two tires install and an alignment, by the end of April I required a Comprehensive Alignment Check - may require special tools and procedure to align properly. I just want the shifter fixed. When I questioned this work with Darryl the Shop Forman he performed an alignment and confirmed angles are within spec.however no paperwork was provided for this when I picked up my vehicle yesterday.

I can clearly state as a female I haven't I haven't received either.

Time will tell if the issues have been fixed, and I will update how long it will take to have my phone messages returned.

Had a great experience and purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Have to say that Himanshu made the experience and the process of purchasing the vehicle fantastic. Let's be honest, no one enjoys taking their car in when something is wrong but Raenzels customer service always makes it better. Next time you go in ask for Raenzel and I'm positive you'll have a first class experience!

I’m writing this review to tell you about my experience with the customer service in the “Parts” department. The service was so bad it was comical. I have no issues with my jeep but the fob was low in batteries, I was in the neighborhood and stopped in to get the batteries replaced. Ashley did the job. Changing a battery should have been quick and easy, right? But nope, not here. Once I got to my car the fob didn’t work at all. No signal, no way of opening the door automatically. So I had to manually open the door, which sets the alarm off every time.
Jamie, the gentleman working with Ashley, tells me to wait till business starts to close because there was too much interference blah blah blah. Next day, my fob still isn’t working. Went back to the dealer, told Jamie the fob still isn’t working. He laughs and tells me there might be something wrong with the jeep and it’ll be $150 for an hour diagnosis. How convenient, dealerships get a bad rep.for over charging and here’s where it starts, at least that was what I was thinking. Well it turns out Ashley put the batteries upside down so that didn’t help. But even when that was fixed the fob still didn’t work. The next day I went to Walmart and bought batteries and did it myself. The fob works like a charm. So there was nothing wrong with my car, or the fob. It was all the bad batteries you were selling. Keep the $7. But it makes me wonder how much I would have spent had I listened to you guys.

I deal with with Himanshu and Bruce in buying my new vehicle and they were amazing to deal with. Always made sure I had everything I needed and made the process so easy for me and weren't pushy at all. I highly recommend using this dealership!

This is by far the best dealership in Calgary. We bought our brand new Ram 2500 from Himanshu and he was excellent. He kept us informed throughout the whole build process. I would highly recommend him. The manager Rob was also amazing and the Doreen from finance helped us along the way with a smoking deal.

Second vehicle we bought (first was a truck - they actually bought our ford f150 for $2,500 more than Advantage offered us). That's why we came back here for our Jeep. I bring my truck in without worrying because I know I bought it from and is till in good hands.

Very poor service last time I went in. Went in asking for a wheel alignment + oil change. They were advertising free alignment checks. They call me 4 hours after my truck was in the shop saying they didn't find anything wrong with the diagnosis test. I asked why they did that as I only wanted a wheel alignment + oil change. They tried to charge me for the diagnosis test.

I told them to go ahead with the wheel alignment, they told me my truck would be ready by a certain time, when I showed up to pick up my truck they alignment was not done. I had my truck gone for the whole day for a sinple oil change. Lost my trust in this location would NOT go back to this location.

Went looking for my first " I love it" vehicle after many years of driving "it will do for now" SUVs. Scott Schinnour met me in the lot. His knowledge and personality had me feeling very at ease. I bought the Jeep he showed me the next day. His as well as big 4 motor's service was exceptional. I am absolutely loving the new car! Thank you Scott and big 4!

2018 review- We just traded in my wife's jeep for a new Grand Cherokee. Top notch dealership across the board. Feels more like walking into a small town family run business than a big city dealership. The Manager Robert Coleman was amazing to deal with. Our salesman Himanshu was impressively knowledgable on this Jeep. He was all about helping us. It didn't feel like we were talking to a salesman. Darcy and Doreen in Finance were also very helpful. I will be talking to Himanshu when it's time to trade in my Ram.

Update, 2021,2.5 years later. - I have now factory ordered my new Ram Mega Cab Laramie with help from the same salesman. I have never in my life been treated this well at a dealership. Sales, finance, service, and parts departments are all run like a small town business with honesty, and integrity. Exceptional in every way. I recommend anyone needing any of these services to go to Big4.

Both Hamanshu (Sales Guy) and Rob (GM) were both excellent to deal with. I appreciate their efforts in going above and beyond to make a deal happen. The wife and daughter absolutely love the Camaro SS convertible:)

We had an outstanding service at Big 4 Motors. Both Steve and Rob were awesome to work with from beginning to end. After having a very awful and pushy experience with the dealership down the road at Tower Chrysler we headed here just to “check” things out! We knew exactly what we wanted and Tower was condescending in there sales tactics and would not give us straight answers after test driving a Dodge Durango. We did not want the vehicle they had because it had specs we did not need. Was told it was not possible to build it our way due to shortage. We left the place angry and annoyed so did not have great expectations when we walked in through the door of Big 4 Motors! However, as soon as we meet Rob and Steve we knew we were at the right place! Steve sat down with us to hunt down the car we wanted and since there was none available in AB was willing to hunt down whether they could build it for us with the specs we needed. He promised to call if it was possible. We got a call the next day and was told they had a vehicle in production and we had time to customize it. It would be ready in a couple of months! They were straight forward, not pushy and honest! Got our vehicle in 2 mths and love it! Rob Hansen was wonderful showing us the vehicle and even gave us a thoughtful parting gift! I would totally recommend Big 4 Motors than Tower anytime! Although dealership is smaller the customer service is above and beyond the bigger guys!

Horrendous customer service.

After a service visit where they forgot to change the oil my vehicle was diagnosed with a repair covered under warranty. I was told the part was on order but heard nothing for months. When I attempted to follow up I couldn't get a straight answer from the service dept and the service manager doesn't return calls.

Don't waste your time with this store - other dealers will treat you with respect and value your business.

Thor is absolutely one of the most honest and trustworthy salespeople I have worked with! He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every aspect of the new Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in. The way Thor and Steve treated me and walked through the process of trading in my current vehicle was beyond expected and I cannot thank them enough.

We had a great experience, factory ordering a Jeep Gladiator. Aaron Snowie was our sales person and kept us updated all along the way. He was careful with time delays, with the factory order, to set the bar properly and never overstate how long things will take or make promises he couldn't keep. Our vehicle actually came quicker than any expectations he set so it was a nice. We are first time Jeep buyers so we are very ignorant of many of the options, and he was very informative and helped us through this process.

Went to Big 4 Motors Monday July 26,2021 because my dodge journey's engine light kept coming on and the vehicle was miss firing, got a phone call about what the computer said what the problem was and we had to pay for them to take it apart to find out what the real problem was, this whole time we were only told that we were covered up to 100,000 kms, but all of a sudden for the first time we were told that the 60,000km warranty expired in April and now I need to pay over a $1000 to fix the issue. My husband and i went to pick up the vehicle he spoke with the general manager who after somewhat listening to us told them to take the vehicle apart and find out exactly what the problem is. Just got a phone call telling us what the problem is and that if we came before April during Covid we would have had this issue covered with that warranty. Very disappointing, and it make it worst the miss firing happened before and I did tell them about it. Big 4 Motors was very nice when we were looking for a vehicle and now no help I would never visit them again no regard or help. VERY DISAPPOINTING Big 4 Motors

I've been dealing with Big 4 for the past 10 years or so. A great bunch of guys with amazing deals and great service. Fair and honest and only do repairs that are necessary - saving the customer money.
Recently I traded my Wrangler JK in for a JL. SNOWIE gave me an awesome deal. After my daughter took if for a drive, she traded her truck in for a JL a week later. Again, SNOWIE gave her an amazing deal too.
My son, daughter and I have had 7 Wranglers between us, over the past few years but the JL is a major improvement on the JK - a New Generation of Jeep! Well worth it!

We were looking for a used vehicle and were very impressed with the inventory here. Aaron was happy to let us test drive a number of different vehicles and was not a high-pressure salesperson in any way. We are enjoying our van and were very happy to deal with Aaron, Steve and Doreen.

We bought a used (oops, previously owned) caravan. Many places treat that as, “ASIS, you got it now, bye! ” When we got home, we noticed three things missing on the Caravan. We contacted Big 4, and Aaron said come back, and took care of all three things. That’s a triple wow!
