I have used these guys 6 times so far and never disappointed, I'm a hard critic and never leave reviews, but these guys deserve credit keep it up and hope u guys the best. Eddybrook

Can recommend! We called in Big Al’s to redo the knock down ceiling in our main floor kitchen and family, and tape/mud some walls as part of a renovation. We had moved several light fixtures and patched electrical. It’s quite involved in terms of the prep they do and the number of guys who come and go over a period of several days to achieve the finished result, which is excellent. They were able to match existing finishes and the work is better than the original builder. The workers are experienced, friendly and polite as well.

I called Big Al’s for a quote to fix some water damage on my knockdown ceiling thanks to an upstairs bathtub drain leak. I was ready to have them come and perform a costly repair but before they did they suggested I try an at home solution to help with the discoloration myself. They even called to
Follow up to see how I got on by myself. Any company willing to be that honest with a potential customer even when it costs them money deserves my business. Will 100% be in touch for any future needs and will tell all of my friends about them too. Thanks for the amazing service Big Al’s you’ve gained a customer for life.

They guy came to ‘skim the ceiling’ in bathroom and hallway and did only part of it. He hung plastic all through the bathroom and no-showed for three days! A family lives here… so not impressed!

Big Al's was hired to repair and refinish our ceiling. They did a horrible job. We could see lumps and bumps in the ceiling which meant they had to start over, delaying our overall renovation schedule and causing double the detrimental health effects to us with all the dust and spraying. They then came back later in the renovation to touch up walls affected by the ceiling job and made a huge mess of all the walls, which the painter complained about so Big Al's had to also redo this, which delayed our project further and again caused us more health issues from all the dust etc.
I definitely do not recommend Big Al's.

Big Al's Texturing was retained to patch up the holes I had cut in the walls and ceilings after the plumbers had replaced all the poly-B materials with a new Pex-A system. Big Al's are not the lowest priced drywall contractor, nor are they the fastest, but the finish and quality of their workmanship is excellent. Their work complemented and matched the superior plumbing installation. The final finish was seamless and I couldn't tell where they had resprayed the popcorn ceilings or where the repairs on the walls were after I had repainted them.

Their personnel are very experienced and qualified and they protected and cleaned up the affected areas the best they could. Recognize that drywall dust is insidious and it will get into every area despite whatever covering and tenting protection put in place. All in all, a very satisfactory experience and my house looks and feels like new! I highly recommend Big Al's to do the drywall and ceiling repairs for any poly-B remediation projects.

I am so happy with this company! They helped us out in a pinch and gave us a solution that 100% fixed our ceiling problem. I am so glad I reached out to them. Thank you again. ;)
