Used the Touchless car wash lane 1 this afternoon. Did not fully clean the back of my muddy 4Runner or fully the front windshield. Only the one righthand side of the 2 sprayers were working. So exited with a dirty film on my truck. Attendant directed me to wait in the hand wash line. He met me in there when it was my turn. Sprayed the back of my truck with water only. Left with my truck still dirty. Disappointed.
First strike for me was when they took away the less expensive option on the drive through and forced the clear coating for more money. I used this car wash less often after experiencing that. They do a good wash, so used it when I really needed an upgrade from the gas station car washes. Second strike was pulling in and not realizing that one bay was shut down until actually pulling up to the bays. No notice before entering, and now you're stuck in line. Third strike was the constant malfunctioning on the one bay that is still open. The car wash broke down on every car ahead of me. Once I was in, I was stuck in there for 15 minutes as it kept breaking down and restarting the wash from scratch. I was there almost an hour with only three cars ahead of me. Equipment needs to be maintained. I won't be back.
I have been coming to this car wash for years. Today I had a lady that works there, that I’ve never seen before tell me that the meter had to be running while I was getting the inside of my van ready for vacuuming. This is absolutely ridiculous. I usually spend about $30 every time I go clean my van, because I always do a vacuum, full wash and rinse. It’s very disappointing. I’m don’t think I’ll be going to big bucket car wash again.
I only use the self serve bays. My go to place to wash my entrance mats I like using my credit card so I don’t have to worry about coins. I didn’t realize until today that the system automatically shuts off once you hit your $31 limit which is a great feature if you forgetful like me and I worried about not hitting the red button
I visited Sunday, January 28 about 10 AM. Shout out to the attendant - he was excellent, working hard keeping the place clean, I had a brief conversation with him and I found him helpful
Wand wash bays are good, always clean and fully operational. Easy to use, price is on par with others. Never used the drive-thru. One of the better facilities in the N. W.
Pathetic time for the money paid and now they went cashless to make it easier to hide the short time you get. Going cashless is just a WEF ploy. I will never go back
2 out of the last 3 times I have had issues with the touch less stall not working. This time, the wash started then stopped just after the initial rinse was half done. The machine was totally off, and then the bay door opened. I pulled through and went to look for someone, but doors were locked. I've had it with place as I can go any one of multiple locations and get better service without having to chase someone down. 14 bucks down the drain,
One of the worst car washes in Calgary. Firstly they charge $3.25 to start - other washes are $2. Then the high pressure is not high - barely removes the soap. Hot wax is cold. Stalls are cramped. Do yourself a favour and pick another car wash. Update: my son stopped here to wash his truck $44! The sign says max charge is $26. Crooks. Beware.
Once a good place but recently they seem to have doubled their rates. A car wash here not long ago costed me $10 and now it's costing me $20. Likely won't be coming back I'm afraid.
. Hmmm.more expensive than my usual and no coin machines. I have loads of coins. I won't be back.even though I love the high pressure soap and all.but as a regular person that washes my car as therapy.na.but nice and neat place.
Don’t trust this place. I’ve been going there for years but today will be my last visit. After a rinse and wash (maybe 8-10 minutes) their clock on their meter showed 21 minutes of use and the total already at $26. When I asked the attendant about it he just said the meter doesn’t lie. A typical visit in the past would be 15 minutes (wash, soap, wax, rinse) and a total of $18. Be careful, because their time meters are scamming you.
I love this place, the queue moves really quick and you get access to a wash bay in the same order as you arrive (as opposed to places that have you pibe up in front of the individual bays and hope for the best). Highly recommended!
Terrible customer service! Called at 8: 30 asking if they were open in 10mins, they said yes there’s plenty of time, showed up at 8: 35 and EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED. Called 4 times no answer, went to the door, locked and no answer, gates all locked and pylons blocking everything. Why tell people your open just for them to drive to you and be closed.
