Great food - bad customer service - got turned away because they were shutting down in 40 minutes and was unable to make me what I wanted. Felt like I wasted my time

I have driven by this place many times, always thinking it was a different type of business (Big Daddys sign is right below yeg exotic). One of my work colleagues recommended it one day, stating the sandwichs were huge, tasty, and reasonably priced. She was right.

My Calzone was a little burnt and Soggy but the inside tasted. My wife had the Donair one and it was really good

Needed to grab lunch before heading out of town. I wasn't hungry, but my wife found this place. By the time I was done I considered licking the crumbs off of the paper.

First time there today. The Big Daddy Club is the best Clubhouse sandwich I have ever had. Great staff as well. Bravo Big Daddy!

I have eaten here a lot since it's been called Big Daddy's. I've noticed the quality and portion size had gone down significantly. It's too bad it's starting to go downhill. Here is there $14 turkey bacon melt.

This place is in a strip mall and it looks completely non-descript from the outside. It's absolutely PACKED at lunch time and you've gotta get lucky to snag a seat to eat here. But oh my god is it worth it. I walked in thinking I was going to order a BLT but I ended up with the Turkey Bacon Club on whole wheat. Everything about it was perfect. The bread was a feature, not just a vehicle, the turkey was thin sliced and piled high, and they did not skimp on the bacon, which was perfectly crisp and thick cut. Such a simple sandwich, but executed better than I'd even hoped for. So glad I ended up here. It also does not hurt that the dude manning the register (seemed like the owner?) was super attractive, incredibly friendly and down to earth, and dare I say just the right amount of innocently flirtatious? I'm not from Edmonton, but I fully intend to come back here every time I'm town for business.

It is a wonderful sandwich spot the Philly cheesesteak was magnificent so flavourful and my daughter got the Philly cheesesteak and she also said it was magnificent so I really recommend this spot

Certainly nothing super special. And sooooo much bread. Also I asked for crispy bacon but that was simply ignored. Raw, stringy bacon is horrific so then I had to pick it all out. At least the magpies were happy.

Tried them for the first time today and I was not disappointed. Catered in for our staff and everyone had great things to say about the meal. The staff at Big Daddy's helped carry out the food, they were all very friendly and easy to deal with. I will definitely be back again to try other menu items.

10/10 this place is so good, I randomly came across it while visiting another shop in the same parking lot; and I was so pleasantly surprised by big daddy’s. I got the honey mustard turkey sandwich and the honey mustard on it is perfect, not too tangy not too sweet, and it came with half of a HUGE and DELICIOUS pickle. Shout out to big daddy

Asked for no pickles on a sandwich today. Got back to the office to eat and the sandwich had a pickle.

My calzone completely fell apart, dough is raw and uncooked, this place is not what it used to be.

The big daddy’s club house is all you need for lunch. Good old blue collar grub. The GOAT of clubhouses.

Quick and delicious. Got a beef dip, no mushrooms or onions, and not a ton of meat but the meat was tender and delicious with a liberal application of a mild horseradish mayo on a tasty and soft bun. The au jus was good but the sandwich could be eaten without and still be awesome. Felt full without any sides ordered. Will definitely be back and bringing coworkers.

If your in the west side go try it. Food was amazing and big portions. We will be back again.
