Terrible customer service. After purchasing the vehicle you can never get a hold of anyone, especially if they are required to fix something. We will never purchase another vehicle from them.

Polite, enthusiastic and they do not serve you better based on your title. They treat everyone equally and well.

They do not stand behid the extra warranties and packages, that they sell with a new vehicle. They never complete the recals on vehicles that are suposed to be done. It always take mutliple bookings and still they rarely get completed. They are more interested in selling you a vehicle and chasing you out the door, than building strong customer relatioships. Many better dealerships out there, I wont be back.

Big M is a great place to do business. Ford Canada could learn a thing or two from Big M on how to treat customers.

They came out with there best price. It was fair. The process was simple and quick. The sales staff were happy and polite, always willing to work with you.

The service department at Big M Ford went out of their way to rectify the problem with my wife's vehicle with the bottom oil pan protector cover. We were very happy with everything and they kept us informed about the repairs.

Great family owned dealership. Sales is an easy experience. The Service Department is knowledgeable and they always work with my schedule to fit me in. The Parts Department is second to none. I put a full center console in my last truck that didn’t come with one from the factory the parts team spent lots of time with me ordering in a ton of parts that were not easy to find to make it happen.

Excellent customer service and relations! I bought a used car, drove it off the lot and had some initial concerns. I contacted Brandon after hours and he got back to me quickly. We came up with a plan, brought the car in the next morning. Him and his team executed the plan, got back to me quickly and now I'm the happy owner of a 2015 Volkswagon.

I recently just traded in my Jeep for a 2018 Edge Titanium! I was thinking I would be sad to see my Jeep go but the moment I drove off the lot in my new Edge I forgot completely I even owned a Jeep! The Edge is super comfortable, easy to drive and will be perfect for my daily driving needs!
