Nick set up my new IPad and successfully transferred everything from the old IPad to the new. I would have been lost. Return visit a week later after an Apple update and Nick allieviated all concerns. Great service, would highly reccommend.

I had a problem removing the sim card from my iPhone. I called Apple Support and they put my on to Big Rock Communications. I called Nick and he sounded like he knew what the problem could be over the phone so I went in to see if he could get it out. He popped it out in 5 seconds (to my amazement)! Super friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended professional.

Nick is the man! I showed up with an iPhone that suddenly quit working for no apparent reason. Luckily I had a couple months left on my 1 year warranty and Nick was able to get me a replacement very quickly. He kept me in the loop in regards to shipping and provided great service. What an awesome experience!

Nick is the real deal. My wife’s iPad had a problem, Nick figured it out in minutes and sent it off to Apple. And she had a replacement one within a few days. He even reloaded all the things on her iPad and saved us a ton of grief. He is amazing what he does, and a really friendly guy. 10 stars for Nick.

Booked an online appointment to evaluate and potentially replace my Apple Watch battery. Evaluation process was quick and they handled my replacement quickly (needs to be sent in for repair). Repaired Watch was returned quickly as promised. Excellent service

I just had my phone battery redone at Big Rock. Nick was awesome even though the battery was stuck in there and caused no end of issues. He still made it happen the same day which was amazing!

Thanks for fixing my depleted iPhone 8 battery. It sure beats having to buy a new phone. Very good service, the phone was delayed when Apple didn’t send the necessary parts - not BRC’s fault.
