I am now completely convinced that this is a very troubled company. June of 2022 my flexplate was found cracked. June 2023
Received recall letter from Ford on the flexplate receiving a one time repair on the plate. I had paid over $3,000 on the repair and after receiving the recall thought I would get a portion of the money back.boy was I wrong! After of month of waiting for response from my dealership.which I did not get, Ford Canada via email told me I was no longer eligible for a refund that the chance of getting one ended March of 2023!
I found over the years that the two dealerships that I dealt with where incompetent and shady, putting myself and love ones at one point in danger due to their sheer stupidity. It was a shady move on Ford and clearly do NOT want me as a ford costumer any longer.
What a shame!

When my truck broke down in Jasper and had to be towed, Big West Ford was the only dealer I called that could look at the truck and diagnose the problem the very next day. Service advisor was very communicative and quoted price for the diagnoses was accurate.

Quick lane has great service. They would do free tire change over with an oil change. I think its a great deal considering how everything is so pricey now a days. Will definitely recommend if you want to winterize your vehicle.

Would highly recommend! Staff are very knowledgeable and extremely willing to work with you to find the right vehicle. Their service department is fantastic as well and very detail oriented for both departments.

Gordy was great to deal with, we traded our Venza for a Highlander Hybrid to fit our growing family. The process was fast and easy! Thank you Gordy and Brett and Big West Ford.

Long post but worth the read.
Went to Big West Ford to purchase a vehicle for my son. First we used the online trade in assessment tool provided by Big West Ford on their website. We got a number we were very satisfied with fully knowing we may not get that exact number. Went to the dealership prepared to buy. After a few back and forth a with the used car sales manager Joe we were lowballed on an extreme level. Like less than half of what their online tool showed. So we left without purchasing. And expressed our displeasure and disappointment at being misled by a tool that Big West provides.

Days later the dealership reached out hoping to make a deal still so we reluctantly went back to hear them out. A price was agreed upon for the trade and we didn’t ask for a dime off of the vehicle we were purchasing. So vehicle purchased.

2 weeks later a check engine light came on and the vehicle started losing power and this happened a few times. We contacted the dealership and asked if they would put it on their rack and see what the engine light was for. They agreed. But thinking that they may not come back with truthful information I took it to a service provider that services that make of vehicle.

The vehicle is in need of over $4700 in repairs that Big West Ford signed off on an inspection and said was in good order. We have reached out to the dealer more than 4 times and have yet to receive a call back.

This vehicle was for my 19 year old son.

Big West should be ashamed of their business practices and that they scammed a 19 year old.

Im embarrassed that I had to write this as I have almost never written a review but I believe this need to be heard by anyone who reads it.

Service pre sale was bad, they asked us to come back, service after has been worse.

Do not buy here. Read the other reviews as well. Should be very concerned.

As a side note, we didn’t purchase a $5k used car. It was near $20k after taxes etc.

Mike went out of his way to pick me up as my vehicle had broken down and showed me a truck on one of the coldest days so far this winter. Debbie was great and helped so much with the finance side of things. If I ever need another vehicle I will be going back to Denny Andrews Ford for sure.

I'm from Saskatchewan and had the misfortune of breaking down in Edmonton in an underground parking lot on Friday around noon with my extended cab 2007 truck near Denny Andrews Ford dealership.
I explained to Kayla that my truck would turn over but not start and all the things my cousins, friends and I had tried. Kayla spoke with several mechanics who were stumped but if I could get it there they may be able to squeeze in it in or, it would have to wait til Monday. CAA oundd a small tooww truck that would fit underground and expertly towed my vehicle across the freeway just before they closed Friday. I dropped my keys off with Eryn who said it was booked in for Monday because they were fully booked from 9-2 on Saturday. At 10 am Saturday Eryn called saying they had diagnosed the problem but needed to get a part from somewhere else so they couldn't promise it to be done by 2. Our week holiday was going to be longer and cost more. At 1215pm Eryn called saying that the truck was fixed! I couldn't believe it. For a short notice emergency fix they went over and above to accommodate me to get back on the road. I also appreciate that my "old" truck has its own quirks but that should be fixed but they didn't try upsell more repairs, they fixed what needed to be fixed.

Great experience with oil change, tire rotation and filter replacement. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Kayla was wonderful to work with! She made sure to check my car’s OEM and saved me a ton of money because my issue was covered! She also gave me a free car wash - which my car desperately needed! I’ve never had that before at any dealership, including Ford locations. And Dennis the shuttle driver was super helpful in getting me where I needed to be and then getting me back once my car was ready. I will definitely come back to Denny Andrews Ford for all my service needs.

My 2nd purchase with Denny Andrews, had a very fast and painless buying experience with Brett as my salesman. I bought a 2022 F-150 Lariat from him middle of December and has been a dream to work with if and when I have any questions. Brought my truck back in to get an accessory put on and he’s always willing to go above and beyond what’s recommended of him. Joe & Sam (GMs) have also been great to deal with through a bump in the road I had. Highly recommend Denny Andrews & Brett!

Came through in a major time of need. From out of town, service dept.was shut down and they were still able to go the extra mile n grab me a part in order for us to get home back to BC.

Scam artist will try to force your arm into selling a car to them at the lowest price. Do not deal with them If you want a fair trade for your car.

Very helpful dealer, fair price on trade in and purchase, I stop in just to look what they have for sale and with in 2hrs drove away in new 2022 F150.
