Not a walk in clinic as advertised. Change your advertising rather than just slapping a paper sign on the door saying "no walk ins" aka be professional.

Dr. Mansani was uncaring and arrogant. She scolded me for crying about a serious condition. I felt like I was in her home country treated so badly.

Most of the front desk people are not friendly, kind or warm at all. No wonder why this clinic has a bad rating. When walking into a doctor office it’s very refreshing to be greeted with a kind warm smile, therefore going to the doctors can be very intimidating. But that is not what I experienced when walking into this doctor’s office. Even when communicating, with them on the phone, not friendly at all.

Clinic is good. But I can't say the same about Dr Aiden Smith I have Had him is Mine and my family's doctor for 6 years, but I have not been happy with him for the last 4 years, I have been having stomach problems for 5 years, which I don't think he knows how to help me with that, but he will not Admit it we're going around circles, the same test the same diet but it's not changing anything but he doesn't send me to a specialist, even when i asked him.now this year 2023 I couldn't believe it my 10 year old son has health problems, In now in January his heart started to Give him problems, still haven't been able to see so called DrSmith.so luckily one of his specialists took him under her wing and set up referrals at the children's hospital to help.
So I will look for a new family doctor.

Staff was great! Very friendly but every time I visit which is rare, that place is always packed! Don't you humanoids have anything better to do? I mean, my god!
