Natasha and her staff are absolutely amazing. I went in to pick up a wristlet I saw on their website, Natasha had it ready for my by the time I got in, even showed me how to make it into a crossbody. Customer service was 10/10, the store is always so organized and super clean, it makes browsing such a pleasure. Their amazing selection and amazing customer service were the cherry on top. Went in for 1 purse came out with 2. We will definitely be back!

Had a really amazing experience. The owner made me feel so welcomed and walked me through the consignment process while answering any questions I had. As someone who has never consigned before it was very relieving to have all my concerns heard and answered.

Drove from hours out of town to find out they're not even a functioning store. No where online does it say they are closed or by appointment, and can't even find their social media anymore.

Such a waste of time!

In response to owner: I showed up at 12PM Saturday October 7th and the store is closed. All the lights were off and the gates were shut. Unless you always keep your store like that during store hours, you were closed.

Would've been better to just admit your wrong doing than continuing to gaslight me into thinking you were open. Pathetic.

Edmonton's finest consignment shop! I have already bought three things from Natasha (owner) and I'm sure there will be more buys:) She is very easy to talk to and her communication skills are on point.
I was leaving for a trip and she offered to have a pair of sandals delivered to me! The other two pairs of shoes that I bought were basically in like-new condition.
Her and her colleagues clean and refurbish before selling. She also ensures certificate of authentication and most items come with original boxes, dust bags and receipts!
I never have to worry about "fake" items. Thank you to Natasha and her team for ensuring customers are satisfied 100% of the time! I highly recommend this store.

Found them on Facebook Marketplace and bought an amazingly beautiful pair of Christian Louboutin pumps for such a great price (to replace the ones that were stolen).
