Bike bros did a repair/service of my very old road-bike. Cost was as per quote and they did an excellent job. It was also completed when the said. Staff is always very knowledgeable and professional. Best bike shop ever.

Just bought a new bike here and they spent the time to answer all my questions from picking out the right bike and setting it up, to maintenance and repair and never felt rushed. Had a quick repair to replace a tire and tube. Everyone was so helpful and understanding and the repair was quick and I'm back on the road. We really appreciate Bike Bros fitting our repair in and saving us a drive back from Calgary later. That's why this is the only place we bring our bikes to!

Called the Bike Bros with an issue and they provided me a rough cost over the phone. Brought my wife's cruiser in with absolutely no appointment and was not expecting a miracle for a completion time. Bike was ready THE SAME DAY & way under quote. New derailer, brake adjustment and tune up. Can't say enough. We'll done!

I previously gave this business a 5 star rating for professional and friendly service but today I am changing it to a 2 star. When I picked up a new Rocky Mountain bike for my grandson the employee explained that we would receive free minor adjustments for 3 months. I explained that it was a birthday gift and he wouldn't be getting the bike until April 13. The employee said he could only extend it to the end of June which is 2.5 months. Not impressed.

Passing through on our way to Calgary during our holidays because we knew they had a bike in stock that we couldn't have a look at in Quebec. Showed us around, took the time to explain everything, even though it was clear we would not be able to buy it there. Super friendly and professional.

We had our bikes serviced at the end of the season, in preparation for the spring season. They were both done the day we brought them in, the staff were very informative about the service expected and also about what was done with the bikes when we came to pick them up. The quality of work done was excellent, the cost was very reasonable and within the quoted amount. We are very happy with Bike Bros and their staff.

I sent an employee here to pick up a part for a bike at work. The person on the phone I talked with didn't really seem to care for the business. Then when the employee that was sent to the store, they ended up leaving with nothing as the person I talked with didn't pull anything or do anything that was requested.in the end I won't be back and will bring my business else where. I would recommend going to one of the other locations in town. They will serve you with a smile and better service then you could hope to get here!

Absolutely love this place and everything they do for the bike community. The staff is the best and always super helpful. True bike people with the knowledge you need to get onto your first bike, or upgrade and service what you have. They'll always have my business and I'll always be stoked everytime I need to go back. Called in for my appointment went in a day early to drop off bikes. Got a quick assessment of the bikes was happy with everything and got a text the next day ready to go. Bing bang boom my family and I are ready for the season thanks to bikebros. Friendly and professional and awesome service.

The reviews don't lie, nothing but great customer service. I went in multiple times to look at the same bike. Staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. Well worth the drive when compared to Calgary bike shops.

Needed some ice spiker tires for my mtn bike to have some more fun on the trails. They were cheaper on line but in stock at bike bros. Wanting to SUPPORT LOCAL, I paid the extra. After spending a few hours messing around, i was still having problems getting them mounted evenly on the rims. I called bike bros to see if they would help. Next day stopped in and at no charge they worked on resolving my mounting problem. Well worth the extra for great service. SHOP LOCAL, EVEN ITS A FEW MORE BUCKS, ITS USUALLY WORTH IT!

Just in Cochrane for the day and called in as my rear wheel seized whilst out riding; despite being extremely busy with servicing and repairs, they were more than happy to take a look at my bike. Identified the problem in less than a minute and even got round to repairing it within two hours of taking it in. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, great price and great service.

Needed replacement tires while riding in Cochrane. Bike bros were able to replace them and get me back on the trail quickly. Thanks! Will be going back next spring to shop for a new bike.

This was my first time at the location and i was very impressed! The staff were nice and responsive, they answered my questions and were very knowledgeable. They gave my bike a great tune up and gave me great advice regarding my tires as well as a new seat that i needed and had installed at the same time when i went to pick up my bike. I would highly recommend this place and i will be coming back for sure on my next tune up!

Very happy with the tune up preformed on my two bikes, technician was very professional.

Unfortunately there was a complete lack of communication from staff on what service was going to be completed and what parts replaced. This ended up with receiving a surprise bill twice the amount expected.

The business may want to think about providing the customer with a work order when dropping off the bike so that both parties can confirm services to be provided and what parts are approved to be replaced.

Edit: I have been able to speak with the service manager about this and we have worked out this misunderstanding. I have changed my rating to reflect this.

What an amazing experience. The store is so beautiful and the people are polite and very helpful. I will definitely be going back to buy another bike here soon. Also I live in Calgary and know there are dozens and dozens of bike shops in the city, but NONE are like Bike Bros. They definitely get all my business when it comes to future purchases of anything bike related. Plus the drive is nice from Calgary, so it's a win win.

These guys are the best - spend tons of time getting me all setup on my first road bike 3 years ago, have since bought a kid bike and just got a big service done after putting a few thousand clicks on my road bike. These guys always go above and beyond and keep you in the loop when servicing to let you know what's going on. Well worth the drive from Calgary, these guys rock. Thanks!

I can't really say enough good about these guys. Growing up working in multiple bike shops, then working closely with others during some racing years the culture is as much of whats kept me riding bikes as the actual riding the bike/fun part.

After spending 8 or so years in Calgary I could never find that connection with a shop that I'd always had all my life so I'd road trip to get bike parts and gear. When I moved to Cochrane 5 or so years ago these guys quickly became my go too, and good friends. Real friendly and knowledgeable bike nerds without an attitude. Spent far too many hours talking bikes, coffee, or other bike nerd things with them.

They've been real helpful when I've needed tech advice or work done on a tight schedule, and Its really cool to see them actually "fixing" stuff and not just replacing it.

I'm really happy to support these guys and call them friends. LASTLY a huge thank you for all you're doing to help get the local Cochrane scene a bike park and trails in the future!

Great experience, staff went out of their way to help me. They shipped and build the bike I wanted in my tight deadline. They were friendly and knowledgeable and didn't push to over sell anything I didn't require.
