Bikini Village Market Mall

Terrible customer service. Do not recommend unless you want to be treated poorly by rude employees. I have been there multiple times and every single time, the employees talk about customers while they are in the change rooms. Will not be going back!

Put swimsuit in sale section and did not honour the sale when I went to pay. Took time to try on swimsuit. Employees would not do anything to fix their mistake.

They sold me the wrong size item, it was NOT a bathing suit, they refused to refund me less than 24 hours later. They said it was not their fault. Avoid. Dec 4.2022.

The assistant manager Demi was extremely attentive and helpful, she was also very cheerful! I felt very comfortable with her helping me and she found me the perfect bathing suit. Will definitely be coming back again!

I went into the Bikini Village in Market Mall and I was thoroughly impressed with the attentive staff whom were working, the associate helping me out was Cass.

I was searching for specific Bikini tops which would be appropriate for Parent/Toddler swimming lessons. I have a rather larger chest, and I was looking for particular styles with underwire, full support, proper coverage so I would not look like I was spilling out, as well as some fun colour’s outside of my typical black go to!

Cass was absolutely fantastic, she picked out multiple items for me to try on and listened to what my needs were. We discussed the benefits of each item before she recommended another. She has amazing product knowledge and knew all sales in the store, making my time there wonderful experience. I was very happy with her service, but as well as the team energy in the store. I have already recommended this location to all my friends and family for their upcoming vacations.

I ended up leaving, not just for the one I came in looking for but with 4 tops I absolutely adore and got on sale! Amazing job Cass!

Flo was just the most fantastic bathing suit expert. She was able to show me styles that I never would have tried on and help me with fit. I highly recommend this store for anyone who wants a new swimsuit.

I don't think I've ever had a more positive bathing suit shopping experience than I had today at Bikini Village Market Mall. All the sales staff were great, especially Flo. She went over and above to make the experience enjoyable. And that is saying a lot when it comes to trying on bathing suits. I walked out with an assortment of new beach wear that was reasonably priced. I am going to rock Mexico! Thank you Flo for the exceptional customer service.

Best customer service period! I went in to return (exchange) a pair of beach shorts that I'd recently purchased. The stitching had come undone around the waste elastic. The manager, who happens to have a fantastic sense of humour, said they'd gladly exchange them for me. No questions asked. In addition to having an amazing selection of both ladies and men's beachwear, the customer service at Bikini Village Market Mall is first class.

I just had an incredible experience at market mall bikini village! I had the pleasure of Cass the store manager helping me and she was absolutely fabulous! She was super helpful on every level, I left with several pieces that I'm so excited to wear. It was hands down the BEST swimwear shopping experience I've ever had!
