Bill's helped me out many times over the years, and I thought it was high time I wrote a review! Bill is the best - the highest quality work, and the nicest guy you could imagine. Everything he's worked in in our house has been perfect, and he's saved us from serious floods at least twice. Thanks, Bill!

We had a little problem with our RV (the grey water tank wouldn’t drain) while we travelled through Banff. Shane came to our rescue and showed up in no time. He solved our problem quickly. Thanks to you again, Shane!

I have been using Bills for several years now and have always been pleased with the quality of the work and ability of their knowledgeable technicians to repair some pretty obscure things. Dustin has done a lot of work for us over the past couple years on our on demand boiler and a conventional furnace and he is great. He has empathy for his customers and trys to repair things before just giving up and saying you need a new furnace. If you walked away from Bills unsatisfied, you never took the time to have a meeting with the manager Jack and hammer it out. I had one rocky experience and the communication mix up was easily solved with a few minutes of my time. Thanks guys.

Installed gas feed for outdoor fire pit and did gas fire annual maintenance. Gas fitter Chris was on time, highly professional, efficient and took the time to explain what had been done and how to keep the systems safe. A great experience.

Chris came out to disconnect and remove our old gas dryer, and reconnect the new one. He re-arranged his whole day on short notice. Great service.

I used Bill’s Plumbing for my renovation which included remove 4 toilets and sinks, then reinstall same with new fixtures. Also for updates to Infloor water heating and install kitchen water purifier.
