First time coming here for a mani and pedi, and I will definitely be back. They were kind and did a wonderful job. My manicure was what really impressed me. The lady gave a little hand massage which I haven’t has before. Normally places just slab the nail polish on so I really appreciate the extra effort. Thank you:) My nails are really short because I have a bad habit, but I find when I get shellac it helps them grow.

Worst experience ever they are rude and over priced! Will never go back to any BINH’s nails!

Best pedicure by far I’ve ever had! They take their time and the best leg/foot massage ever! I highly recommend!

Quick and efficient pedicure! Too many colors to choose from! New store so new massage chairs! Free wifi and parking.

She did exactly what I wanted and took her time… I was impressed and I will definitely be going back.

I appreciated that they accept walk-ins. But I could not understand the lady that did my nails so I was asking her to repeat a lot. She got very upset with me. She did my acrylic nails super thick! Didn't file them properly under and one fell out 2 days after I got it done. I even tried to re-establish some conversation as it was sooooo not my intention to upset her. I honestly could not understand what she was saying. Seriously will never go back. Very bad customer service. And I would have not cared about her rudeness if at least my nails were nice. I paid 20% tip in spite of this. But they were super poorly done.

They were very rough with clippers (sterilized?) on my cuticles. Nail polish application was decent, but… ended up in the doctors office only 3 days later with an infection that required antibiotics! Won’t be back!

I’ve never left a bad review for any biz because I know sometimes people just have an off day. I simply can’t overlook the mismanagement of time on this occasion. I’ve always called ahead and booked a time. I have never been taken on time and the most recent appointment was an hour late because they mis communicated to one another what services I required. It was recorded in the appointment book but somehow fell between the cracks. They were so concerned about not turning away walk ins, that they tied up all the technicians. I read a few reviews prior to penning this and I agree with the gal who commented on focus. Last appt I left with so many nicks that my fingers hurt for days. Timing is consistently an issue and quality is a bit hit and miss. Agreed, they are very friendly - at least I choose to believe the background chatter is not disparaging but I don’t speak the language so what do I know.
What I do know is that people who have had positive experiences are lucky but have no right to challenge the experiences had by others. My only expectation is that I get what I pay for in a professional, skilful and caring manner.

Not at all a pleasant time, i called in advance and made sure they would have time for a walk in and they assured me they would. I went there around 1: 30ish and didn’t leave until almost 4. I had different 2 different technicians working on me cause they were running around because they were so busy. There were times where i would be sitting in the chair while they worked on other people and I had to wait. I went to get a gel fill and after they had filed my other colour off they told me they couldn’t do the set i wanted so i had to pick something else. They were very rough and I had 4 different fingers bleeding nonstop as they use the electric drill on my cuticles even tho i told them it was hurting me and then began to get annoyed after one of my nail beds was covered in blood.i left with a little a pretty set but after less than a week my thumb nail popped off. Still a nice set with a few imperfections but just overall not a fun experience

This is my new fav nail place. Tina and Annie gave my cousin and I the best pedicures with the best massage we have ever had. Went back for our nails and had different ladies that time and was great as well. They took their time, price was very reasonable and nails looked really good at the end. Feel comfortable here. Hate going to a place where you feel like your an inconvenience to the person providing the service and that is definitely not the case here. Highly recommend this location and will be back.

This location does not deserve the 2 stars I am rating it, but I have two positives about this place. First being the salon itself, it is very clean and put together nicely. Very welcoming. Second, the gentleman (whom I think owns this location). He was VERY polite and friendly, compared to his nail technicians. I would have no issues coming back here, if the technicians paid more attention to their customers. My sister and I made an appointment for 1pm, and were not taken in until almost 1: 30pm. I left with SORE, bleeding nail beds after my appointment. I have NEVER been cut this many times, and I have been getting my nails done for 4 years. I kept pulling my hands away because Mia was more concerned about everything else going on. She was using the nail drill to file down the gel, and kept looking around and everywhere but my nail AS SHE WAS FILING WITH AN ELECTRIC NAIL DRILL. She worked WAY too fast, and didn't seem to mind when she continually cut my thumb in the same spot. She was working so fast, the drill slipped off my nail and rolled around my finger a couple of times. Not one apology. It was almost as if she had better places to be.
My thumb was still bleeding when I left the salon.
The overall turn out of my nails were exceptional. I have had very few sets of nails turn out this good. All EXACTLY the same size and shape, and the colors I chose were very nice. Great quality nails. I just can't get past the lack of customer service from the nail technicians, how SORE my nail beds were and how many times I was cut in one session.
Super disappointing. Train your technicians to take their time and focus on NOT cutting the customer.

Always come here to do my pedicure and manicure by Annie she is such a sweet women and you can tell she really cares about you! She always offers me a drink and makes sure I’m comfortable while getting my services done. The few bad reviews on here must be some bitter people because I am a regular here and each time they always prioritize me and make me feel welcomed:) I am always talking to the other customers and they tell me they are satisfied as well. Keep up the great work Annie!
