Binh's Nails

Dirty, unorganized and angry staff. Nails were misshapen and bumpy. When I attempted to have the young lady correct them, she looked at me exasperated. Extremely rough during the brow wax, like she was rubbing a stain out of a carpet.

Very rude and horrible customer service. I had gel polish applied and my nails turned out very lumpy. She took no care in what she was doing and was extremely rude. I will never go there again!

Love Binh's! The girls are all so friendly and all do such beautiful work, Jenny does a stunning job on my nails every time and they last me even through my hectic life of missing fill appointments! The salon is always busy and full of happy staff and customers!

Went as a walk in as thats the only time I had to get my nails done, I was referred by a few people so I thought I’d try it out. And as a certified nail tech my self I can tell that the services for gel nails was not up to par, the gel is laid on too thin therefore my nails ripped off 5 hours after getting them done, I went back the next day to get them fixed which they did fix for free but the nails that were fixed were then too bulky at the tip which I think they thought adding more product to the length part of my nail would make it stronger but I’m reality it just made them start to curve and lose shape making them appear wide and bulky and these are supposed to be square shaped. The ladies are nice but they need to work on their technique a bit more. Don’t know if I’d go back especially after paying $80.

After several visits I am so happy with my experiences. I can’t say enough about Jenny and this Bihns location.

Everyone is friendly and it always seems to have a happy energy to it.

Jenny is an artist! She loves what she does and it shows. She takes so much care and pride that my nails are always a topic of conversation when I’m out. Whether I want fun or demure she has a million ideas.
And if I’m not thrilled when she’s done I know she’ll fix them.

I’m very particular about the shape of my nails and I only had to describe it once to Jenny- she listened to what I wanted and actually cares enough to be sure they’re right.

Her pedicures are also wonderful - again, because she cares. The product for pedicures is typical to Bihns so I have to be sure to rinse and moisturize when I get home but that’s pretty standard. Jenny’s work is still excellent.

Treated like a princess while one of the staff; Selina (hope I am remembering that right) geve me a pedicure and another staff member prepared my nails to be filled and painted.
Herbal Spa Pedicure! Wow! The massage chair! Wow!
The humor and staff was my favorite part. These ladies are talented and fun to just have around you as you get pampered.
Thank you all for fitting me in last minute and for making me feel so prepared abd pretty for my trip out of town.

Got my Acrylic Nails done here. Nice place, soothing BGM, friendly staff. What else you need to get pampered
