Binh's Nails Westmount

First time at this location and I’d go back. Quick service, reasonable price, kind staff, and good location.

My nails started peeling the day after I got them. They also continuously cut into my fingers around my nails with the drimmel.

Van was so nice.she went above and beyond on filling my nails.and she told me that not every time will I have to get a new set, fills are enough (to also not pay $20 more)

My nail lady did amazing she absolutely brought what I wanted to life, they have a very good atmosphere and I would reccomend!

I absolutely love this location. It’s always clean and enjoyable to be in! I’ve had Helen as a nail tech for quite a while now and have absolutely loved her work

This was painful experience, I got nicked and the girl denied it, wasn't paying attention. Won't go back to that location

Kailyn was fabulous. She helped me picked out a colour, we waffled on my manicure, I even picked the same colour on her nails! Was a great mani and pedi. Space is really nice, open and bright.

I don’t like to write negative reviews. If I do have a not-so-great experience, I give the establishment a second chance because we all have bad days now and then.

My first visit to Binh’s in 2022 included removal of my gel nails using the ‘pry off’ approach. It took weeks for my nails to recover.

However I gave them a second chance.

Sadly, my second visit to Binh’s was not relaxing or enjoyable either. The lady who did my shellac pedicure was extremely rough (it was painful!) and hurried through each step. I visited on Wednesday, March 29 and by Tuesday, April 11 four of my nails had already chipped. And no, I didn’t traverse any mountains or climb a tree barefoot in that time period.

Sorely disappointed. For $64 I expect more.

My daughter and I both wanted to get gel nails and with only an hour left until close this wonderful lady Susan took us both and gave us a beautiful set of nail. This was our first time at this nail salon and Susan is by far the best nail technician I have ever had. I will definitely be going back even though it’s pretty far from where I live, I only want to see Susan. Thank you Susan for making our experience wonderful and working overtime so myself and my daughter could have some girl time.

Beautiful salon great atmosphere very clean.but one of the technicians totally botched my toenails I asked her not to cut them she cut them totally ruin them.
Then after cutting them all off tried filing them down more.
Never going for a pedicure here again their excuse was she's new she shouldn't be working if she doesn't know how to do toes 70$ NOT WORTH IT didn't even putting off the toe nailputting off the toe nail paint properly

The workers are always very nice and always do a great job at designs. They are very open and professional about taking criticism and will fix any issue a customer has without a problem. They always do exactly what I want and always check in to make sure i’m happy with the nails.

Worst customer service! One of the lady that did my nails hardly speak English. Really had a hard time communicate with her about what i want. After a week, part of my nails colour were fell off. I told her i would like to get see through nails. I wondered and asked her if she have more pink colour for that. If she doesn't have it that's fine. Of course she didn't understand what i was saying. Suddenly another lady came out and started to raise her voice. She tried to embarrassed me by talking really loud like i was deaf in the room. I tried to explain her what i want in a very soft voice but she will raise her voice even louder. She tried to get every body stare at me which was really embarrassing. Very unprofessional. I'm really dissapointed and will never go back there again!

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the ladies here. I came in late to book an appointment. They beautiful women took me in late at closing, and helped rock my baby to sleep. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these amazing women. Thank you, for such amazing service. Also, they’re incredible with my elderly mother. Giving her grace and respect. They go beyond.

I’ve only had pedicures at this location. I enjoy looking at the live wood on the wall as I enjoy a massage in the massage chair. Great selection of nail colours. The staff are very friendly. I would recommend this business to a Friend.

Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Van took care of me and I was pleased with the service. Will definitely come back.

I never had a problem. It was great.until my usual nail lady commented on my weight. She said to my sister "did she eat all your food? " I'm very hurt and offended by that. I have health issues and not only is it super inappropriate but unprofessional. I should never have to explain myself to anyone. I will be finding a new nail tech: (

Went as a walk-in for a pedicure. From start to finish (including drying time) took all of 35m, cost 42$. Uneven toenails, left paint on skin, hardly any hard skin removal. She only lightly did it on edge of my heels, no where else. Still rough. Left dirt under nails. Didn't introduce herself so don't even know her name. Prices on fb not accurate. Basically paid 42$ to paint my toe nails, poorly. Wouldn't recommend.

They charge $30 for a manicure with regular polish & do the bare minimum, while other Binh’s locations I’ve been to charge $20. Not worth it imo

Sorry (not sorry) worst (most painful) pedi I've ever had.my one daughter also said hers was very painful.other daughter said not painful but the paint job she got (see pic) could've been done better by a 3 year old. Also very rushed.in and out in no time which some people like but not when it means poor job. Will not go back!

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Went with my mom and sister for a pedicure treatment and it was a highly relaxing and enjoyable experience! 6/5 stars. Yes, men can get pedicures too AND have fun doing it

My new favorite place to go for pedicures! I've been searching for a good pedicure in Edmonton and finally found it here with Susan. My pedicure lasted 2 months! She also spends so much time doing a foot and leg massage, it's so relaxing and amazing. The place itself is spacious and clean. Love my experience here and would recommend it!

I was extremely happy to have a full set done here. The nail tech took special care to make sure that everything looked and felt right. I will be returning again, as I have been for a decade! They're located just outside of the mall now and the new salon is very nice and calming. Recommend!

Van is amazing. They are always so accommodating and helpful. Very clean and neat. They care about there clients. I won’t go anywhere else anymore.

Have been using Van as my nail tech for several years. She is very professional and extremely talented. I have never had a problem with nails chipping or lifting. The salon is always immaculate.

I am a repeat customer because it is not only close to my house, but the first place where I can watch good shows like Prison Break while getting a pedicure. Everything is really clean, organized and have implemented safe practices for COVID that make sense without hampering the experience. I already booked my next appointment knowing I won't be left disappointed.

Beautiful, bright and SUPER clean place to get services done. I’ve had such positive experiences when I’ve had my nails done here. I have seen Susan and Van and they were both very friendly and did a great job. They also have a big selection of colours and designs to chose from. I will be going back forsure!

Quick. While the ladies didn't understand why I wanted such short nails, they did an excellent job.

ONLY giving a 3 star for the girl who had to finish my nails. She was amazing, the first girl however made me feel like absolute scum, put nails on, shaped, then I guess her absolute favorite clients came in, and I was nothing her exact words "Oh my clients are here, gotta go, sorry " like wow. Binh HIMSELF used to do my nails in high-school, so I've been coming to binhs forever, never once treated like this. I will never return to this location. Absolute garbage from one human.

I absolutely adore Ly, she is amazing at what she does. I have never been disappointed with the shape, or design. I can show up with any picture and she will make it look even better. I would highly recommend trying this location and ask for Ly.

If your not a regular then you get poor service. I called in to see if they had any openings for a regular pedicure and the lady told me to come in 15 min. Great! When I got there they looked at me as like they were too busy and I didn't have any appointment so I waited. Then the girl who did my pedicure did not speak any english, did not ask me any questions about my pedicure either. When she scraped the bottom of my feet she left a big ridge of callouse on the bottom of my foot and the polish was see through in a bunch of places and she didn't fix it. At the end she charged me for the deluxe pedicure even after I asked them for a regular 2 times. I'm not sure why they treated me this way maybe because, it was my first time there and I will not go back. There are much better places where you don't have to be a regular to get good service.

I went to get pedicures with my two siblings. We had booked appointments. While we were there many people came in asking for pedicures with no appointments, the people doing our pedicures rushed on us to be able to get to the walk ins. They didn’t scrape my feet at all and I walked out with dry fakey skin on them still. One of my siblings was rushed out of the pedicure seat for a walk in and had to have the paraffin wax in a chair at the acrylic nail table where we sat for 20 min as they forgot about us. What’s the point of making appointments when walk ins are put over you. I felt like they were rude and rushing. They want quantity over quality. Very disappointed, not worth the money!

My regular nail lady is Susan and she's been doing my nails for years and truly does such a great job and is such a great lady! She recently relocated to this salon and I love it! The salon is so elegant and impressive when you walk in the doors. So clean and pretty! Everyone is very friendly too. I recommend anyone who wants to have their nails/pedicures done, this is the place to go!

Amazing service, I was able to get an appointment quickly and they Knew exactly what I wanted. We got there early and the whole place was beautiful clean and bright, they greeted my sister and I cheerfully.they had a huge selection of colours and helped us match Pinterest nails perfectly! They were speedy clean and finished with a quick hand massage. It was overwhelming amazing definitely going to recommend to all our friends, we had Helen and van and they were Awesome! Really strait forward pricing too. She have looked for A place for over a year to do our nails consistently cleanly and affordably.you will not be disappointed if you go here. We have been getting our nails done for 10 years and out of all the places we’ve ever gone this is the best!

LOVED the ombre she did! This is my favorite type of nail to get and she did awesome. I also got a pedicure but didn't take a pic of it but she also did an amazing job. A bit on the pricer side but totally worth it. Will be returning! BONUSSSS that the salon is beyond pretty and feels so boujee haha

This is the nicest Bihns in the city. So clean! They are taking really great measures to deal with COVID. I got a mani and pedi. They have Sheilds on every pedicure station, pre-package all of their products into disposable cups to reduce touching squirt bottles etc. Everything is brand new. New massage chairs etc. The lady who did my mani and pedi was very kind and did such a good job on my ombre, and is very quick too! Will definitely be going here more often. Don't forget to call and make an appointment and tip! Places like these are getting hit hard right now.

Very friendly staff and they are up to date on the latest trends and equipment for any style/design you may desire and more.
As for Covid protocol's, I was asked to wash my hands upon arrival as well as departure. Everyone was wearing a mask and regularly sanitizing and they have plexiglass barriers at all stations. I felt very safe and pampered at the same time. Would definitely recommend this location!
