Not rating the company.just rating their stupidity when driving. Was leaving Cochrane, going up the big winding hill, when their white GMC Sierra flew up the hill in the left lane; driver holding his phone up and texting. Driver proceeded to swerve into the right lane and drive between lanes before swerving back into his left lane; this happened the whole way up the hill in prime traffic hours. On the highway he would ride people's tails, change lanes with no signal, and continue to text and swerve into other lanes. I'd suggest you hire guys that positively represent the company both on and off the roads, especially when they are driving a truck covered in your logos.

Love my new townhome with birchwood from The layout to the quality of the home. The whole buying experience went smoothly and everyone i dealt with are there to help me out as a new homebuyer. Service issues were resolved promptly. Overall i am very satisfied with my purchase.

I've rented from Birchwood Properties for about two years. My overall experience has been very positive. Head Office is very responsive to comments, questions and concerns.

There seems to be some problems with the quality of materials used by Birchwood. After only a couple of years the paint on the garage doors started peeling off. The rooftop vents make a horrendous screeching noise when the wind blows.

Called numerous times and left voicemails over the past 4 days in regards to listings they have on Rentfaster. No-one answers or returns calls so that's 1 star customer service.
