The prices are reasonable and the product seems to be what was expected. I already placed a second order.

I can usually get everything I need but they were out of 27 gauge 1” needles. I would have given five stars if they had them in stock but I kept checking back and still not in stock.

I went to the store today to get some supplies for my exam and the store has a variety of supplies that are well-kept and organized!

The lady that greeted me was the sweetest person I’ve ever met, even though we just talked briefly. She made me feel so happy. The other lady was super helpful and kind as well! I honestly felt like I was being taken care of.

I’m so glad I went to this store, they really made my day!

This company has gone above and beyond every expectation I ever had. First off, the customer service is fantastic. I had a rather odd request and needed some supplies on a day the store was not even open but I was traveling through the country and knew I wouldn’t make it in time. Now, my expectations were I would send an email just to see and be shut down immediately. Not the case, one of the owners of the store responded to my email immediately and was willing to work with me every way she could for me to come get the supplies I needed. It is so rare now a days that any one goes the extra mile for you and she went several. Second off, the prices for supplies with this company are extremely reasonable, they genuinely care that you have whatever medical supplies you need and not about what they charge for it. Third off, the quality of the products I received are incredible. Go here right now if you need anything medical related at all even band aids haha.

Went shopping there today for a bunch of postpartum supplies we couldn’t find anywhere else. Sue helped us out a great deal. She has a list prepared for new moms. She’s very knowledgeable about all the supplies and uses. We will definitely be going back.

My husband and I went in to get some postpartum supplies and had a great experience! The owner Sue ran through a whole checklist with us and assisted in selecting the best products for postpartum recovery. We learned a lot and very much appreciate the time she took to show and explain everything. We also found out she runs the online prenatal course we’ve been taking online during Covid and it couldn’t have been a better match! Highly recommend this store for mamas to be and we will definitely be back in the future for any needed supplies! Thank you so much!

Drove 30 minutes to return a product we rented. Wanted to purchase some product in store that were in front of me. I was told that I need to buy the products online and pay shipping. The rep wouldn't sell me the product in store.
