The reason I have contacted support is that my transfer from UNI coin to my Bitvio wallet was not instantaneous. Support took my request seriously and quickly assisted me in a professional manner.but after 2 weeks of use the amount of my wallet does not move? Unlike the other platform bitvio does not have any fluctuations in the amount. I decided to close the account because after making some transactions nothing work without the help of technical support.

Just new in this Crypto game.found Bitvo very easy to navigate but when i had a question, i was responded to in a very sort time.love that this is Canadian and thus makes it more comforting.fingers crossed:)

The people I chatted with were nice but it took too much time to get to the result. The administrator stick to their system, keep asking for obsolete information despite all my efforts to explain I'm not a tech.guy. I now have to call my bank to find a solution and ask my son for technical assistance. For me Bitvo = never ever.

(The good) The bad, and the ugly.

They changed policy after having deposited BTC and originally said they would not return the BTC unless I accepted the altered conditions.

They said all I could do was accept or have my assets liquidated.

Some support did not seem to understand or care about the very shady practice, but some support did and helped me immensely in returning the property.

Eventually Bitvo and some of the really good people who work there resolved the issue in a manner that I think befits good company ethics.

While I disagree with their new policies, it is 100% their choice, and as of writing this they remain a good company with real integrity, and that deserves some praise.

Easy way to buy crypto online in Canada. I have contacted their support a couple of times, and each time they were very prompt, patient, friendly, and provided an amazing customer service experience! The exchange interface makes it easy to buy and move crypto (haven't sold yet). Being completely honest, there are some minor things I would change with the the interface, but Bitvo has been slowly rolling out updates and the exchange keeps getting better.

Had an online chat with Jonathan regarding an issue I had. He was very professional, supportive and efficient in his responses and was able to resolve the issue I had in a timely manner. Thank you!

Bitvo is a great option for buying select crypto and sending to larger exchanges for further trading, staking, etc. The Bitvo customer support have been quick to respond and provided helpful details to inquires. The 1% free is easy to manage for orders of any size.

This has been one of the most straight forward exchanges I've come across. Lowest fees in the game and its Canadian run by Canadians. Deserving of 5 stars but I will have to mention the issues with the app. ALL new users be aware the desktop website log-in is the way to go.until they improve the app issues. Lowest fees, great customer service, good layout and easy to use. More variety of coins would be an improvement but other than that they are second to none.

Great exchange with a straightforward platform. I've been using them for a year without any issues. Account set-up was simple, and so was initially funding my wallet. I had one small issue which was addressed very quickly and professionally. Fees are okay, depending on what you plan to do with the account. I would like to see more pairings offered as I have to use another exchange for crypto not offered on Bitvo and like to limit transferring my $$ around. Would also love to see investment options available rather than having to transfer crypto out. Other than that, I highly recommend this great Canadian option!

This app makes buying and trading crypto very easy, I am having issues of buying when I use the app, it says "new input rejected" been on the app for about a week and still the same message.
The website works where the app doesn't so I'm still having fun but please fix the app.

So far so good! My crypto experience is in its infancy, so I relied heavily on the opinions of some experts in my circle when choosing a platform. Bitvo came highly recommended and since they're Canadian, I felt even better about my choice. So far they're responsive and professional. I would love for the app to have the same "advanced" trading ability as the web based portal (buy/sell limits etc.). Hopefully those upgrades happen in the near future.

I have rarely found an online business to be as easy to contact, professional and trustworthy. Only 1 small misgiving, annual reports are great but monthly or weekly report summaries are not available

I chat with call centre, they answer my question and solved my problem in less 2 min, the only problem is to wait 5 days before using fund i've transfert. Good service anyway.

First hand experience for the responsiveness of the owner - Pam is willing to help out at any and all times during the day. If there is a problem, staff is available and customers will not be passed off to others, within reason. The response on the reviews should speak for itself

Ive been with bitvo for over 2 years now, they have answered to all of my concerns at any time i needed them and even the CEO got in to contact with me to resolve my issue. I really like their professional team and customer support. Only down side is the liquidity but im sure in the future they will have more.

Great trading platform, easy to use and fast.
Would like to see more cryptos eventually.
