Brought in my KitchenAid mixer for repair. Very pleasant to deal with and reasonable cost as well. Definitely will bring any repairs to them in the future!

I have used B. J's for many things over 20 years and never had 1 bad experience. We are all human and when errors occur its how you as a business handle it that counts. I had my cub cadet mower in for repairs and it was completed in a timely fashion, it did however still have an issue that was apparent 10 minutes into its next mowing job. B. J's took it back in and repaired it, no charge and quickly- that's really all a customer can ask for and expect.

I do not expect a response from you as the only responses that you post are never in acknowledgment of the feedback people give you. People provide feedback so you can acknowledge what their experience was and possibly ack on it in the future to ensure people have a positive experience with your business. I have had four experiences with you and all have been very negative from my prospective. As soon as you realize that I am looking for information or that there may not be a big dollar item for you, you have walked away from me or have no time to talk to me. Twice you have left me standing at you front desk without saying goodbye and just walked away. Do you not think that sharing information and helping the public may lead to a good repour and future dollars? I take the extra effort to let people know what my experiences have been with you and your business. Shame on you for not listening to people. Overall recommendation to people reading this is go elsewhere.

I heard the owner is quite rude and never apologizes. I read the reviews on here and wow. Was a rude person he is. I wont bring my stuff to him to repair.

They fixed more than I asked for which would have been good if they had mentioned pricing at any point or how long it would take to get to my bike.
They also failed to check if the tube inflates before saying my bike was ready for pick up only to have me leave it another day or two while they replace the tube which they damaged.

I have used the services of BJs Fix-it Shop several times. Each time, I have been more than pleased. The staff are pleasant, very capable and helpful. Today I had the lawnmower in for service. It was picked up yesterday, delivered back to us today - delivery person was great - and the service was excellent. I will always use their services.

BJ does incredible work and is great at communicating. I would choose BJs Fixit over anywhere else. They are very reasonable, if you experience otherwise, just ask to talk to BJ and he’ll get things straightened out. He’s a beauty.

Does not work on electric lawnmowers - if you have a broken electric mower don't waste your time

Helpful, honest and goes the extra mile. We bought a used gas lawn mower from them today. Amazing staff. They even delivered it to us … wow. Reminds us of how service used to be. Shop local, give them a chance to win your business, you will be glad ya did.

This is the only place I know of that offers a reasonable price for a bicycle tune-up. Inexpensive and reasonably quick, excellent service. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.

Who ever I talked with informed me " he has nothing to do with ridgid, they were busy. " and hung up.

Brought in 2 mowers for tune up and a belt repair. Picked up 3 days later and the job was done to perfection. On time and on budget Excellent service!
