We were regular and loyal customers as we had been told Sasha was the best person to take our dodge too.
We were having issues with the truck as it wasn't running properly. We talked to Sasha several times and ultimately he did a diagnostic (which he charged for) and said nothing was wrong.
After months of uneasiness we decided to get a second opinion. Within a day the issues were diagnosed and fixed shortly after. The truck drives great now. And we weren't charged for the diagnostic.
Maybe he is a "good"mechanic. But in my experience he is too busy and rushed to provide 5 star service and yet still charges for five star se And he can't do diagnostics. We are having to re-repair the things he has claimed to repair. Save your money.

Cheaper than Edmonton to delete my truck and had it finished in 3 days. Unreal service! It's like a brand new truck!

Great shop and great people running it. Had issues getting an old dodge to run and once sascha was done with it, it’s ran like a top since. I would hazard a guess that these negative reviews come from someone who wasn’t going to be satisfied no matter what. 6 stars if I could
