What an amazing experience.
Our 2 night trip got extended to 3 nights over new years.
The lodge was amazing.the staff were fantastic and accomodating with our families and crazy requests.
Forgot to mention the Outdoor BBQ's, blue ray movies in the room, heated parking with car wash, heated pools and hottubs in December.

We had a terrible experience on a Friday night with lots of Christmas parties, drunk people in the hallways and yelling such obnoxious and hateful things from their balconies that I will not write it here. I called the front desk many times and there was no answer. I called the next morning and was told that they have security but the person on duty must have been too busy to respond. My advice, avoid weekends in December unless you like to hear the musings of very very drunk people.

This place is amazing! The rooms are spacious. Very clean. I stayed in a one bedroom premium suite and it's like an apartment. Came with a washer and dryer, a shower and a large tub. Views are amazing. Loved the pool and hot tubs too!

Great units. Spacious, comfortable and full with all the essentials plus, an amazing location to walk to everything.

Good location, only a 5 min drive from downtown. Great value for our room, and we had an excellent view of The Three Sisters. Clean and well kept hottub/pool area!

Found broken glass all over area of kitchen, didn't know how that could have been missed by cleaning crew? Manager did come up right away and apologize in person and sent cleaner up and also gave us a bottle of wine and gift for little child with us

The suite was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having a washer and dryer. My brothers and I enjoyed relaxing in the living room space, and I was able to set up my "office" at the dining table. Perfect!

We were upgraded to a suite upon our arrival- staff was friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and well kept. Free underground parking. The location makes it easy to get to Banff (15-20 minutes) and there is a lot to do in Canmore itself. Free robes and slippers were a nice touch. Washer/ dryer and a full kitchen were available for us. Only downside is the property is close to the highway, so bring earplugs if you are a lite sleeper- we would stay here again!

The Blackstone Mountain Lodge was a unique experience for our firms annual corporate planning session. The Blackstone team (Kristina and Zach) truly were on point and extremely organized with all details for our seminar and stay. Highly recommend the Blackstone!

In addition to a nice clean suite and friendly welcome, we appreciate the underground parking, the suite stocked with necessities, the prompt and friendly housekeeping requests, and the Bear Spray for us to use during our stay. We would highly recommend the Blackstone Mountain Lodge for a Canmore and Banff visit!

Blackstone Lodge provided a luxury experience at a fair price. The spacious suite was immaculate and nicely decorated. The view was amazing from both of the balconies.

Ok this is the second time we are staying here. I’m in one of the rooms as I write this, and this place is... Fantastic! Blackstone is the place we will stay now, on one of our many trips to the mountains. The staff are top shelf, the best service and the vibe here is very relaxed! This is just our spot now. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

You could seriously live in the 2 bedroom unit. Comfy king size beds, 2 ensuites, loads of storage, your own washer and dryer, verandahs, and while we were here in summer, I’m sure the fireplace is great in winter. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an issue and Ryan from maintenance helped and was such a great help with resolution. Thanks Ryan! From Check-in to the moment we left, excellent service levels in the entire hotel. Efficient, classy, and clean. A high recommendation from someone who can be critical. Front desk is informative and you feel relaxed with a personal warm feeling, housekeeping is friendly and values time over anything because they were efficient, and the room was modern and had nice mountain touches throughout.

The slippers and rodes are NOT one size fits all. The place is clean and very well maintained. Rooms are enormous. Definitely stay again, although I would prefer something a little closer to walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

Worst experience ever! The staff are fake friendly until you need something or have a problem. We rented multiple rooms for multiple days for a wedding. Whole place was terrible. Elevator slow and actually broke twice. Most guests severely over charged for rooms and some got downgraded rooms. None of the rooms were even close to what they charged. Parking is tight, not even usable, we had to climb out through windows and sunroof in underground parking. The cleaners showed up at 8am every morning even with the do not disturb tag on the doors really annoying. Lack of towels, lack of dishes honestly ive stayed in $55 motels that were better with less bugs than Blackstone's bug infested $400 basic rooms. Trust me. Do not book there. You're welcome.

Great place to stay within walking distance to most things you want to see or do. Just a little noisy on the north side but great views of the mountains

Great stay and close to everything. We stayed in and did dinner and was even better to have the suite with full amenities to do so.
