Best experience ever!
I needed new tires and Max went up and beyond to help. Guys, I recommend this place. They are amazing. Max and Sam, kudos to you. I'm beyond grateful. I will tell everyone I know about trail tire Falconridge

I went there for an oil change, after pick up my oil pan shield underneath my car fell off in a matter of 3 minutes, I come back to get it re-put on. A few days later i hear a scraping noise under my car, I jack up my car and see it hanging half off, missing pins and screws on the cover and they just zip tied it poorly. Now I have to pay my dealership to order the pins and screws again to put it on correctly. Overall really unprofessional service, they were all very nice but unfortunately that is not enough

$184 for an off rim tire change. Super expensive compared to other shops in the neighbourhood.

I had an appointment booked for 11: 00am for a tire change and they didn't even start working on my car until 12: 07.

Poor Mangment I took my van to change the tire on Saturday to on my way back home the van starts shaking left and right I stopped to check what’s going on I found these guys never tides the nuts very good if I’m going fast what happened to me and my family never ever going back to this location they don’t even know what they’re doing

Poor service, poor management skills within. Brought my car here for my winter tire changeover, after the did my changeover and I went to pick my car up, I noticed 5-6 of my lugnuts were severly damaged. I called Max the manager right away and told him, they were to call me back with an appt to replace them, That call did not come in. So I waited, all winter without getting a call, or might i add, not even a retorque, thankfully my car was parked alot.of the winter, because the lugnuts were damaged I didn't want anyone else touching them. I Thought I'd give them another chance and and Finance my summer tires and get them to installed there so they could fix them, then he plain out refused the damage from his team, more specifically Austin, and refused to fix their damages! Ig mistake! Unprofessional at its finest.they will cause damage with their inexperienced "techs" and flat out lie to you about it. I ended up taking my car to another shop with my business.

Max was good to me so far so good been one Day but felt my suv was shaking a bit not usual but it was a tire swap hope the bolts are on tight lol cause it felt like it was gonna fall off but max is good ppl understands the concept
of giving respect and receiving respect so I'll take it out again tomorrow and see how things go and if there's a problem I'll give him a call I just had a sensor fixed and tire swap that's it but otherwise I'm satisfied Tires seem good I just hope the bolts are on tight I've read a few comments and my experience so far was good and if you need to wait I recommend the pho restaurant next door

Excellent service today from the falconridge Trail Tire! Car broke down on the way to work, they had it diagnosed and repaired before the end of my shift at a very fair price!

Had an appointment to get 2 tires on my vehicle, with the plan to put 2 more on on payday.the lovely manager decides this is the time to educate me on tires and AWD.thanks for nothing Matt.you rock don't help just upsell and don't listen.

I needed to have one of my tires checked for a tire repair. They accommodated me with an appointment within an hour on a busy day. Unfortunately the tire couldn't be patched due to where the damage was located. They did, however, advise me that the tire installer/supplier might warranty the tire, as it's brand-new! The cherry on top was that Trail Tire didn't charge me for the tire check or their technician time, even though I'd signed an order for (and expected to pay) about $41! Six stars (and honourary mentions) to Max!

Had an alignment done after I changed my tie rod and they did just that. Runs straight and my wheel is centered.

Amazing service from the whole team, I highly recommend them and will be returning next time I need any work done!

Josh was such a big help and so was his mechanic. I will definitely be back and will be sending anyone who wants an honest garage to fix there car and give them advice. Thanks again for all your advice and help

I had a great experience here from looking for tires and getting help with other issues that needed to be addressed, including getting new brakes and an oil change. They took great care to explain everything to me and made the experience more pleasant than I have had at any other car repair shop. I will be returning moving forward for any other service needs I have and recommending them to anyone who asks. Thank you so much Max for being so kind to me.

They charged me 112 for an oil change for a rav 4. I don't even know who runs this business, but when you do a good job for a fair price you get return customers. I won't be returning.

I decided to give these guys another chance as they are conveniently close to my house but again I’m not very happy and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for even minor issues. I have had a wheel hub assembly done, axel shaft and driveshaft done and those cost less than what they did for me. Which was removable of two stripped lug studs and replace of lug nuts. This cost my nearly $600 dollars.
I don’t think they are experienced here and they are definitely looking to stack costs especially in labour. Which took nearly 12 hours total business hours for my vehicle to be done.
Not impressed and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend going here.
I give two stars because they did show me what was actually wrong instead of just telling me.

I made an appointment today to get a leaky tire repaired. I was super impressed with the service I received from Max and how covid protocols were followed to a T. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in and saw how they had social distancing set up and how sterile they were keeping everything. I watched the technician using gloves and wiping down the inside of my vehicle as well as the keys before they were returned to me. This was super important to me. Bravo gentlemen!

I had a flat tire and went there to repair it, as a new drive didn’t know anything about repairs or stuff. Max helped me through the process and serviced my car tire in very reasonable and timely manner, very good service, good pricing, Max and the staff were very good and did a good job. Totally recommended!

Best experience in long time. Amber in front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. In this times of Covid and slower economy it was very nice to have people like that to help you. We hope to see more of Amber in future. And we would recommend this location to family and friends.

Called today asking about winter tires. AMBER was great! She called to make sure she could get the tires we wanted and had them delivered in the early afternoon. Eugene was great when we went to drop off the car - friendly knowledgeable and honest. Went to pick up the car at 5pm and Amber was as friendly in person as she was on the phone. We recommend the falconridge Larkin and lane to everyone! Great service great people!

We recently came in on a Saturday afternoon to swap our winter tires onto both of our vehicles. Amber was incredibly helpful knowing we had some time constraints that day and had both vehicles done and us on the road within 20 minutes. We were blown away with the service and they will be putting our all seasons back on in spring!

Edit: Lowered from 2 star to 1 star based on reply from Baskin. Sensors were not switched from rim to rim as referenced in Baskin's response. While waiting around for resolution of previous issues it was not uncommon to observe Baskin provide information that was accurate and extensive, but not relevant to the situation.

Previous tire purchase from this Baskin location had a few hickups they struggled to address over multiple visits, but it had been a few years so I figured I'd give them another try.

Blaskin quoted more to mount & ballance snow tires than other places including the dealership. I also requested a quote to replace sensors if needed, and mentioned I had used rims and sensors from same year/make/model but was planning for the worst. After another high quote rep said TPMS sensors get locked to a vehicle and can't be swapped, which is untrue so I left. The sensors worked fine when the other shop mounted the tires.

Fantastic service. Amber was super helpful and helped me get my winter tires fitted in a very short time as I was rushed to get to the bank before closing time. Thanks to her high levels of work ethic and productivity, I will be returning to this specific location each time going forward. I can highly recommend this Blaskin & Lane branch, ask for Amber, she is a life saver!

I am not at all satisfied with the customer relation service provided at this location. When I dropped my car for tire change, the lady in front desk is very rude and asked me to wait in the McDonalds near by what kind of service it is? When I asked why should I wait outside even though u have guest area the answer she gave me am not wearing my mask properly even though am wearing it properly. When some of the white guys came after me who is not even wearing mask she was good with them. I Kind of see Raciest qualities when she didn't say anything to them. My Sincere Suggestion - Pls don't go to this NE Falconridge location.

I really enjoyed working with Amber! They were very responsive, friendly, answered all our questions and got our car taken care of. I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning for my future maintenance.
They also have a nice discount for AMA members.

So dam slow people. My god, I just had a tire patch. It took them an hour. Can't believe what will happen if you really have a mechanical problem with your car. Was my first and last time.

Quality of work has always been great. I needed a TPS repaired due to Kal Tires negligence. Eugene had his mind set on replacing it. Which they did. When nothing was wrong with the OEM one. He claimed they couldn't push the button on the sensor. Least you could have done was balance it. The sensor weighs different, now it vibrates.

I have been going to this location for years. When the dealership told me I needed my brakes done, I went to Blaskin & Lane and they took my vehicle in and called me shortly wondering why i thought the brakes needed work as they were fine. I've never looked back since. Eugene and his team offer great reliable service and back up their work too!

Called these guys to see if they could repair my tire. They told me to come in as soon as possible so I went in at 10: 00 and was out by 10: 30. Made my day. Highly recommended.

First just let me say I have been going to Blaskin and Lane for a few years and they have always provided excellent service and I will continue to go to Blaskin and Lane for my tire needs.

This is the only place I could find to review the winter tires I purchased so here it goes. Purchased a pair of Blizzaks, Dm-V2 and am less than impressed. I have no quantitative way of measuring tread life (don't know when I swapped summers for winters and back again and do not know how many km's I put on these tires) but I got 3 years use out of these winter tires (3 winters) and that is it. I know there is no tread life guarantee on these but 3 years (am guesstimating maybe 20,000KM) seems less than ideal. Been driving 30+ years and this is the first time I've felt like I got a bad set of tires. Grip and handling were good, but treadwear not so much. I know there are many mitigating factors but my gut tells me never to buy these tires again.

I bought my Cooper A/T tires at this location, when I got my truck back it stunk of smoke! They claim they did not smoke in my truck.uh huh.sure! It took a week to get rid of the smell, but whatever. I dont smoke due to a chronic lung disease I was born with, So it came from somewhere. A few weeks later I had a slow bead leak on 2 of the new tires, they said it was not there fault and insisted it was not poor installation practice, seems like they were feeding me a line, but ok.then a few weeks later the other 2 new tires had a slow bead leak. I took my truck to Kal-tire for the repair and they said the bead leak was due to not grinding the wheel clean before installation. Hmmm, "you dont say! " Yea! I kinda was thinking Blaskin & Lane was feeding me a line, And sure enough they were. It seems to me, the only thing these guys are good at is "passing the buck". So in my opinion you are best to find another shop to get your tires done. I know. I will!

Service was fast, all staff I interacted with were very friendly, and they even looked at another issue I was having that had nothing to do with my appointment. Overall very satisfied with my experience and would recommend them

I had a tire swap done here 2 days ago. The staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I called last minute to push my appointment back an hour and they gladly obliged, my car was in and out in no time!

Really good, I took my car in in the morning and had my brakes and rotors and calipers done before 4: 30

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Brought my car in to get the hood release replaced. Picked the car up on Friday and drove it the entire weekend. At noon on Monday I received several frantic voicemails from the manager Eugene, telling me to call him back immediately. I returned the calls and was informed that a mechanic found some lugnuts on his workbench from my vehicle. Sure enough, I had been driving around for three days with only 2/5 nuts (untorqued) on my front left wheel. Brought my car back to have them installed and was offered one (1) free oil change. Not an adequate consolation for driving around all weekend with my wheel ready to fall off. Even the least competent mechanic makes sure to install all lugnuts. A joke of an operation.

Greatest Experience I’ve had servicing my vehicle. They gave me a great price for four tires, oil change & a wheel alignment! Quick an easy I dropped off my car at 9am & two hours later I was driving off definitely recommend this place to anyone asking about. Servicing their vehicle for a great price!

I started coming to Blaskin And Lane when my mechanic closed down his shop. Then I realized that the mechanics in this branch are really good. Whatever my concern is in my car, it is always dealt with. I would recommend this Blaskin and Lane for your car needs.

Eugene and his crew are great! All my maintenance and tire needs have been handled by Blaskin and Lane Falconridge for close to 20 years. Customer service and satisfaction, completing little extras, going above and beyond expectations to mention a few reasons why they earned my trust and respect. I recommend them to everyone.
My only negative is they are now not open Saturdays.
