Blaze Pizza

Amazing service especially considering both my husband and I have a gluten allergy and they unfortunately made a mistake that caused both of us to be sick, but they replaced our meal the next day which is more then they needed to do.

But I do suggest that you make sure ALL employees are aware of how bad cross contamination can really hurt someone especially is it's gluten. But other then that this little place is amazing.

First time ordering a custom 11 inch pizza with shredded and fresh mozarella with pepperoni. There was overall 7 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza.basically 1 pepperoni per slice which is super disappointing. Just not really satisfied paying $20 for what is supposed to be a pepperoni pizza.

The red vine pizza was the star of the place. Now the positive for the place is that they are consistent and have a limited menu but they can deliver. What made me reduce a star, was the drab ambience of this particular store. Also they stopped the dough knots!

I LOVE this place and this location specifically. I order for pick up through the app at least once a week and they always know who I am when I walk in, they address me by my first name, and my pizza is always perfect. The ingredients are so fresh and I love that I can customize it. The price is also very reasonable.

Blaze Pizza has the most friendliest staff and are always striving for the best experience for their customers. Fast paced and you can expect your pizza to be cooked around 5 minutes including your toppings. They have a wide range of topping combinations so you can always try some new combinations, it is your pizza that you build.

Overall experience is superb for a pizza place. Customer service is spot on, your wait depends on how many people but they always strive for a quick and high quality pizza. Subway for Pizza, it is your own build and it’s how you like it. Highly recommend dining her for any pizza craving needs.

Ordered pizza on the app, so much sauce the pizza was soggy and watery & way too much cheese. I didn’t ask for extra cheese. Requested garlic no garlic, requested bbq sauce none of that either.

Blaze used to be one of those places that had you coming back. Used to be 13.95 for a BYO. It jped to 15.95 or something and I thought that was crazy but was willing to pay because it was good.

We went tonight to this location. Bad pizza, bad flavours, and again they hiked the price to over $16 a pizza.

Had to ask for double of anything if you actually wanted it on your pizza to get the same amount you used to get. They hardly put anything on and hurry you theough the process so you don’t have time to object, however I’ve been to blaze a lot and don’t rush because I want stuff on my pizza. Nice trick management…. But bad for business.

The pizzas had no flavour. You couldn’t taste the individual toppings at all like you used to. It was just one overwhelming flavour with different textures….

We won’t be back.

Amazing pizza with large portions, well priced and service was friendly. Eating area was also clean and well kept. Definitely recommend.

They have great options for customizing your pizza. And they’re always super fresh and right out of the oven! The crust is always phenomenal too!

Love the make your own pizza, it's a great deal and good pizza. I have converted a few friends and family over to Blaze.

Staff are friendly and fun to chat with, food is ready quickly, and most importantly it's delicious.

I went for the first time on Tuesday Nov 2. I did the build you own pizza thinking it was gonna be great. Well trying to build my pizza they are so cheap on adding the toppings you almost gotta pry the stuff outta there hands. They are too cheap when you ask for more its like crazy what they call more. The 1 plus is the spicy sauce is good but meh wont go back.

Came in late and they were still willing to help even after the closing time they let us sit and eat had a great time here. The staff is really nice and kind, would eat here again.thanks

Not only was the pizza absolutely amazing, delicious and unique the staff were so wonderfully friendly! I love all of the options that you have and the quality! This place is amazing albeit a bit expensive for an individual pizza for what you get and the expirence it is well worth it!

This was the first time we experienced Blaze and it was great! We will definitely be back! If you like modifying your pizza, this is your place!

The team working this afternoon was incredibly efficient and extremely friendly! Everything ran like a well oiled machine - I was so impressed!:) I had the pleasure of being helped by Jaspreet (Sp?) and she was super friendly and very considerate of my dietary preferences. She was patient with me and was awesome at topping off my pizza with their delicious vegan options! She definitely made the visit extremely pleasurable! The pizza was perfectly cooked, the veggies were fresh, and the crust was delicious! Thank you for offering vegan meat and cheese options!:)

Honestly the best fast food chain in Calgary. Probably even the best thin crust pizza in YYC with whatever toppings in whatever quantity you want. I want to support local, but this place is just far superior. They always have some new seasonal toppings too. Blood orange lemonade is good too. The service was awesome.

For anyone with food allergies, vegan, vegatarin ect, Do not trust this place! They have on their website that vegan options include non-meat sausage and a variety of vegetables. But I was in there yesterday and I have never seen cross contamination so bad! (And I've worked in restaurants for 20 plus years)

They dont use any sort of untensil or lids for thier toppings and if they do the use the tongs to put in in thier glove that they then dip into other toppings and the people that make your pizza dip use the same gloves going down the line from cheese to meat to vegetables contaminating everything. There was bacon floating around in the basil water, cheese in vegetables and when I talked to the manager he said the only thing they claim to be vegan is the non meat sausage, The tongs sitting in that were covered with cheese.

On both their website and when I called they claimed to have vegan pizza. This place is disgusting and the manager doesn't seem to care at all. If you care about cross contamination, take your money elsewhere.trust me.

Good service. Good pizza. I've tried a few of their signature pizzas including meat lovers. Red vine. White top.
It's pricey but it's fresh. Store made dough. Not alot of grease etc.

They'll hook you up with a delicious oven baked pizza in 10 mins or less! Tasty, not greasy! Friendly kitchen staff. Clean eating area

The pizza is always great. There are lots of fresh ingredients to choose from and it's nice to be able to pick and choose your toppings. The reason I love this pizza is the thin crust and the fact that it isn't greasy. Knocking 1 star off due to the wait time. There were about 15 people in front of us in the line and we waited at least 45 minutes before we finally got to eat. It always seems to be busy, so you know its good stuff. They have an app where you can place your order online and pick it up, which we will do next time.

You can always eat blaze pizza. Unlimited toppings. The NE location is better on quality control of ingredients. Don't forget to download the blaze app for special coupons and offers.

Friendly, Fresh, Fast, reasonably priced. A great combination when looking for tasty pizza made to order in front of your eyes.

There's no halal options for Muslims at this location. Staff were not friendly when greeting customers. I asked the staff who was preparing my order to change their gloves so as to avoid cross contamination between the meat and non-meat ingredients, and that person started working on something else while another staff member worked on my order without changing their gloves. I will not be returning to this location not would I recommend this place to anyone due to my experience.

I love Blaze pizza, great food for a great price. I've recently moved out of the country where there is no Blaze and I can say that I miss it. Recently tried their mobile ordering and it was delicious. I was late picking it up so it wasn't as crispy as it usually it but completely my fault.

I used to support this pizza joint. No longer. Incompetent staff. Worst staff almost anywhere. In fact low IQ idiots. Typical of NE. And the pizza is no longer what it was. You can find better pizza almost anywhere. Don’t waste your money and time.

Good pizza but i think its a bit pricey. They make pizza in front of you and u can have as many topping as you want.its like Subway for pizza.

Cannot hear the staff behind the counter.
Got the veggie pizza. It came with 2 veggies. Unappealing and not tasty.
Designer pizzas can be skinny looking but still flavorful. Disappointed.

Love blaze. Even for the extra $1 you can make your own with all the toppings you want as you can see from my pic I make it worth my money. Also love the app and gaining points until I can Get free pizzas/drinks etc. A good fresh taste experience.

Our family LOVES Blaze. Of course based on their business model the pizza is VERY fresh but we also love that they use as much fresh, local product as possible. The staff is always friendly and ready to help.

Never a disappointment. My kids love it because they can make their own pizza without fighting over whose getting what toppings. Its our go to play date dinners. Everyone always enjoys it. You pay the price for quality but it's still reasonable and it doesnt leave you feeling ripped off. I always get the green stripe, while the rest of my family make their own and never get the same thing. If you havent tried it's a must go! You will be hooked.

This place is great if you don’t mind waiting 20 mins to have your pizza made in front of you exactly the way you want with unlimited toppings! Baked on the spot and super fresh. I visit this spot on a regular basis.

Friendly workers, fast service and deliciously fresh pizza. Way better and more unique than a lot of pizza chains around the city.

Excellent atmosphere! A great selection of pizza's and even the ability for you to create your own from a large selection of sauces, toppings and cheeses. The pizza is excellent, great as a personal pizza, cooked well and tastes amazing. The drink choices are pretty good with a good selection of soft drinks, and some great lemonade! Overall, a great experience for going with friends for great pizza!

This place is amazing. Great food very healthy. The staff was super friendly i was in early on feb 6 the staff let us come in and sit down even though we were there slightly before 11 which was the opening time. So great will definitely go back again.

I always go with the 'Make your own' option, its a wee bit more expensive, however it has way more value.

The pizza is always perfect and tastes amazing.

Don't forget when they call you up to get end toppings! I always go with Hot sauce and ranch.

Value for money. Did not expect the size to be bigger. Two people can share one pizza. Selection of toppings are excellent. They should look at introducing a desert pizza. A smaller size.

Wasnt quite what I expected. I view it as the Subway of pizza model. Not a fan of flat crust. But if it's yours, then by all means.

I had a chicken bacon pizza with ranch drizzle. The oven cooks put a lot of care into making a great pizza and it really shows. You can pick from loads of toppings, 5 types of cheese (including vegan cheese) and some tasty sauces drizzled on top.

I would suggest this place to anyone looking for an affordabl, tasty pizza without a ton of dry, disappointing dough.

Had lunch with my mom at this establishment was a pleasant experience, only downside it's a bit loud and can't hear the servers due to that fact.
