Great prices, fast shipping, and beautiful and fresh flowers. I bought roses for my partner as she recovers from a broken arm and she absolutely loves them.

I wrote a message to be put in a card and, to my surprise, they actually re used a flyer, wrote my message on the back and glued it into the card. I have no words. Never seen anything so unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Ordered flowers for my grandmas birthday, expedited the shipping. They never showed up. 3 days later my order is still in "open investigation". Their live chat is absolute garbage as no one responds to you. I've called a spoken with 3 different people, all who say they're going to look into it and call me back but never do. I just want to cancel the order and get my money back now that her birthday was 3 days ago. I'll never order from them again.

Will never use BLOOMEX again for flowers. Orders were not close to what was described in pictures. Didn't get the Bloomex bonus bucks assigned to my account after subscribing with the text promo. Was given the run around several times with chats and emails trying to clarify this matter. Even processed an online order without me completing the transaction! The most evasive and ineffective customer service.so frustrating.

First time user. What an awful experience. Flowers delivered were dead in two days. Tried to cancel another order that had not gone out yet and they wanted $35 cancellation fee. Would not allow a discussion with someone in charge nor would he give me that person's contact information. Run from this company

Easy order on line. The delivery was on the day and time that I was told.
They send emails with the status order.
The bouquet was a little different than the picture but was very pretty as well
