Ii ordered flowers for my moms birthday and this is what arrived. It does not look anything like the pictures on the web site

I ordered flowers in Ontario to be delivered to Quebec. I requested the flowers be delivered right at noon and they were! Right on time! And the flowers were GORGEOUS! They also lasted forever! Very very pleased with my order!

Horrible experience. My flowers and chocolates were a full 24 hours late, left on my front porch for hours without notifying either my boyfriend or me that they were delivered. Chocolates were completely melted, flowers wilted. I called twice and sent pictures, was assured of a refund and then had to email the pictures twice because they found t find them. They also had the completely wrong name of the person who ordered this arrangement, and when I spoke to them after resending pictures I was told I’d get a call back within 24 hours. No such call came. I then called and inquired, the agent I spoke with kept cutting me off and said refunds are not “ something they do”
I was then hung up on by the agent. Will definitely not be ordering again. Terrible service

We ordered flowers and fruit to be delivered on August 19th (order placed August 18) for a colleague who had a death in the family. As of today, we haven't received our order. When I requested a refund, they wanted a picture of the flowers, how can I send a photo of a product I haven't received. They flat out refused to provide a refund and only a store credit, which we obviously don't want at this time because we were forced to order flowers from another florist. They had no cares when I stated it's inappropriate to send flowers for a bereavement so far after the funeral and death - their response? "We can just change out the card for a different message".

Absolutely terrible service. Which is unfortunate because we used their services regularly but now will not be coming back.

Recipients are always pleased with the quality of flowers they receive, that's why I always use Bloomex. Excellent value and selection!

I ordered a dozen roses from their “Friday only Delivery Deal”. I placed the order at the beginning of the week for this Friday. The order was not delivered, though my Bloomex invoice shows it is delivered. I’ve called support and spoken to someone 3 times, each time I was told something different… I check with the courier, Purolator, and they show it’s been sent from Edmonton to Saskatchewan… The order was to be delivered within Alberta… They allegedly sent them a province in the opposite direction, and then Bloomex Invoice tells me they’ve been delivered… Customer Service last told me that they were attempting to reach Purolator to an explanation, after they told me “They will be delivered tonight. ”, which it’s now 9: 30pm, and they have not been…

Also, when you make an order, they brag for you to leave a good review in order to receive $20 Bloomex Bucks… My advice is to spend your money elsewhere. You get what you pay for… Or apparently with Bloomex, you don’t get what you pay for….

Updated Review: Changing review to one star (zero if its possible). I posted five star earlier and followed up thrice, its been nearly 7 months but Bloomex have not sent me $20 gift card for posting the review. Bloomex does not keep their promise.

I will never use this service again. I wanted to send my daughter flowers for her birthday. They were to be delivered on November 26th a day before her birthday. November 30th and they are just being packaged today. I have been given the run around for 3 days. Bloomex should have refunded me.

I'm living in the Netherlands and I bought flowers for my best friend in Canada. I've ordered the flowers on monday and asked if the flowers could be delivered at a pickup point for the next day.

The timing of delivery is too good to be true. The bouquet I ordered was identical to the specifications and pictures on the website. I loved every part of the experience.

Absolute garbage of half dead flowers. Thoroughly disappointed and embarrassed to send those to a close friend. Customer Service saw the pics and said they were lovely…. On what planet! And that was a delux order. Go to a local mom & pop store where you know the people. I gave one star b/c they had no problems at all taking my money - that part worked like a charm.

Overall disappointed with the quality of these flowers (petals are already falling and just received them not even 8 hours ago). I even requested to have the flowers delivered after 430 and they showed up at 10am. (Venti coffee cup for reference)

I ordered the Birthday Designer Combo II package for my sister's milestone birthday online from Vancouver for delivery in Edmonton. It was very easy to order online. It arrived on time and the flowers were of very good quality, fresh and all in beautiful vibrant colours. My sister and I were very impressed. The teddy bear, balloon and card made the package even more impressive and cute. I give Bloomex Edmonton a high five for putting together an impressive package and I would definitely order through Bloomex again!

Delivery was fine but product was very lacking. It was for a teenager so I carefully picked a selection of chocolates with some cookies. Made sure not the one with coffee and wafers etc. She did not get anything close to what I ordered and got coffee and wafers biscuits. For $100. ⁰⁰ I expected better. Wish I could post a picture

We love using Bloomex to send flowers to our family across the country. A little something to brighten their day. The arrangements are always beautiful and better then the pictures and the flowers last along time.

The online chat operator ignored me half through our conversation, leaving me to figure out the problem myself. I also left special instructions to deliver the flowers between a very wide gap in the day (please deliver between 10: 30 am and 6: 00 pm), the flowers were delivered before 10 am ruining the surprise flower delivery.
Just very disappointed.

I ordered flowers from here and my friend took half.a day off work to recieve her birthday gift then go find out that bloomex could not deliver. Then they had to reschedule and gave me a 5 dollar upgrade. Which was not even close to making it right. Then trying to speak with the customer service is a night mare.

Ordering was easy and efficient and delivery was made clear with email notices informing me of its arrival. My suggestion is the Bloomex take pictures of the items when they are delivered for further verification and for the purchaser to actually see the product they paid for.

It arrived a day later than expected, no email telling me it was going to arrive. I was also promised upgrades for the inconvenience again nothing. However it was found outside the day after it was finally delivered and all was well and they did refund me the extra same day delivery charge, so it is what it is good luck

At $90, I am not really sure what I was expecting in all honesty knowing that pictures can be very misleading but given I even asked for the 'deluxe' version and it still didn't come close to the 'basic' image posted I can only suggest to avoid this particular selection like a 17th century plague.

Very poor service. Ordered the flowers to be delivered today because it is my mother in law's 80th birthday today. Just had an email to say, sorry we can't deliver them today. We'll deliver them on Tuesday, when it's not her birthday.

The flowers that I got delivered to my girlfriend were not the ones that I ordered. She loves Calla Lillies but what was delivered was a bouquet of roses and other flowers which were underwhelming (small amount and dried up). Do not order from here.

The order arrived early in the day which was great as we had errands to run. The flowers were gorgeous! My only complaint would be that the bouquet was smaller than I thought they would be but it is hard to tell by a picture. My wife was very pleased!

The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. They delivered on what what was purchased and I recommend them. I have been using them for many months as a gift for a family member and we are always delighted with the great quality and variety fo the flower.

We ordered a bouquet that showed several varieties of flowers but when delivered was only 2 roses and a bunch of carnations. We realize that the bouquet may be different than what is pictured, but it should at least use the same flowers rather than substituting most of them with the cheapest flower in the bin.

I had never ordered flowers before but It was very easy to order from the website and the live chat was able to address my questions and concerns. The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time (around 5pm on a Saturday)! I ordered the Sweet Blossoms II package and upgraded to deluxe. I’m glad the package came with a vase and card! The bouquet advertised on the website does not look like the one that actually gets delivered. I paid to upgrade to a "deluxe" bouquet and what we received was a tiny bouquet about the size of a small hairbrush. There were 2 small roses, which weren't the colour in the photo. I paid $65 for this bouqet for my sister's birthday, and her friend got her a bouquet from Sobey's for $25 and it was twice as big.

We used Bloomex for a basket for one of our contractors to make sure they knew we were thinking about them. Jennifer went above and beyond to help ensure the basket was just what we wanted. Thank you!

Flowers seemed fresh and nicely organized BUT,
the order that was delivered is NOT matching the one purchased!

1- The flowers were NOT blossoms, totally different, not even same color or type or quantity!
2- The vase was NOT sent although purchased; totally unprofessional!
3- The chocolate was NOT the same brand or kind!

So you might be better purchasing what you physically see in-store, not online, if you delicately care about such things.

The flowers we ordered don't look anything like the little handful of flowers that they received. I also paid for a "full size card" but got this little piece of paper taped to the vase. I paid over $85.00 (!) for what amounts to a handful of grocery store check-out flowers worth $10.00, a dollar store vase and no card. This was from the Trenton Ontario Bloomex, my order #3324592 placed and received 04 August 2021. I'm absolutely disgusted with the what I got for my money.

I order for a morning delivery last Saturday and finally turned out that they could not make it to deliver before noon. My friend was in a hurry to leave home. Though they said would re-fund me the extra $5 but my whole half day was hindered and frustrated while working. Finally, it turned out that the order which received was not the Beautiful in Blue supper size which I ordered. It's one with more than half red and pink flowers. Seriously, that's for a Sympathy Flower!

The flower bouquet was nice; however, the delivery service was not. I paid for express delivery to have it delivered in the morning, but it wasn’t delivered until after 2pm. I also received a false email notification at 12pm that it was delivered, but when I called customer service, their end shows it is still in transit and her attitude wasn’t that great and just wanted to hang up.

This is my first time using bloomex. There is huge variety you can choose from and great offers. Loved my experience and highly recommend it.

I would give them 0 stars. I ordered large flowers for my mother’s birthday to be delivered on her exact birthday. It didn’t get delivered that day or the next day despite paying for the same day delivery fee. I called customer service to cancel my order as my mother won’t be home the next couple days but they told me they are unable to. The lady on the phone named Julia had poor customer service, spoke in a monotonous tone, and did not care what I had to say. Very frustrating! If you want good customer service I recommend you not go to bloomex cause if something goes wrong with your order they’re unable to help you at all.

Placed an on-line order. The process was very easy. However, the choice of delivery times was completely ignored, even though they charge extra for the option. Consequently the delivery was made when the business was closed! Not impressed.

They delivered dead and dying flowers to my 80 year old mother for her birthday. They took NO responsibility for their poor service and would not even accurately respond to my emails. They should not be in business!

We ordered flowers specifically because we loved the bouquet and wanted to have Lillies in our house. The bouquet arrived WITHOUT lillies, and without the packet of flower food that the box said would be in there. I was super disappointed by that.

Otherwise, the ordering process was simple, the pricing was good, delivery was good, communication was good.if I had just gotten what I ordered, I would have been super happy.

Placed order for next day delivery - though wasn't delivered in time, and asking HELP DESK they just said "Maybe it will be delievered tomorrow" (Day after the Special Event I was sending surprise for.).

Ordered sympathy arrangement online. So sadly upset and disappointed! Less than pretty and no arrangement at all. No vase. Box of cut flowers that don’t come close to the photo. Looks like I went to the grocery store and grabbed flowers. Never ever ever use this place! To try to make it better they sent me a coupon for 50% off my next order so find me if you want it I sure don’t! They also told me the vase was delivered! What? Why would I lie about that? Don't waste your money. What I ordered and what was delivered was completely different. Yes they may do substitutions but does this look like a substitute to you? The only thing the same was MAYBE the vase. Which was thrown on top of the flowers. They then said they were sending out a new delivery to make up for it. Never showed up. Was never sent. NOT worth the money or effort. Do yourself a favor and use teleflora or growers direct.

Such a poor experience my husband ordered a bouquet of 36 daisies and ended up getting 14 tulips in its place. He spent 50 bucks in it for something he could have bought at the store for 20 bucks. We sent a complaint into customer service and got a coupon to use on their website again, tried to contact through website chat and every time I mentioned that I had a complaint the chat ended then I called and the guy tells me the bouquet is "very nice", yeah if I payed 20 dollars for it so now I have another coupon to spend on a website that I don't think should get my money again. Maybe if you replaced my flowers for something better than the average yard flower I'd be more happy. In fact you can't find tulips on the bloomex website.

Service at a high level - I was contacted and reported that there are no colors that I ordered. I was offered two options: delivery of a larger bouquet at the same time that I chose or wait for the delivery of flowers and make delivery of the bouquet later in the day. I chose the latter. Fresh flowers, very beautiful packaging.

What a great basket of flowers I've bought here for my grandmother. $49.00 for a beautiful mix that smells very-very wonderful.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and paid a higher delivery price to have them delivered on the Sunday. Even though my order was in before their deadline, the flowers weren't delivered until Monday (which should have had a cheaper delivery fee). I tried to follow up on the order, but their live chat is an automated service, so I didn't actually get any answers, and now my order status is "Open Investigation".

I will give them an extra star because my mom liked the flowers.

TERRIBLE! What they delivered vs.what was ordered is nowhere close. What was ordered had gerberas, chrysanthemums, alstromerias and greens.what was delivered was some monotone pink roses and 2 white calla lillies.one of which was squished. Not to mention they were not arranged nicely, just thrown into a wet flower block with the vase purchased thrown in the bag with them.

Edit to add. The company reached out and said they were expediting another delivery the next day. Still nothing. And no responses once they were told that never arrived. Do yourself a favor and order from teleflora or growers direct.

The bouquet was delivered to the right on time. The sister really liked the bouquet, and I was immensely pleased with it.

I almost always buy flowers only from Bloomex, as there is an advantageous combination of price-quality. Female consultants are always friendly and polite, and even know a lot about beautiful flower arrangements. You can order both exclusive and regular bouquets.

My friend had a birthday. I decided to make a magnificent greeting - I ordered a bouquet of roses, big, bright, positive. Flowers delivered right on time. I thank the Bloomex staff for their sensitive and attentive attitude towards customers.

If I could give a 0 I would. They send whatever they feel like. Flowers were crushed and the buds didn't even open on the GREEN lillies that weren't even supposed to be in the arrangement. Do not use Bloomex!

Updated to Bloomex's below response. I did reach out and was told someone reviewed the photos (same photo's I've posted here) and was told that it was in accordance to Bloomex policy and the flowers were on sale. As everyone can see, the flowers are not REMOTELY close to what I purchased. Bloomex has refused to replace or refund. Nice try Bloomex. Not acceptable substitutions. White or pink or purple possibly. Green and red? Really? No. This was not only ugly, they were poor quality. All the lillies died without opening. The red Roses were nice, but I purchased this arrangement because of the mauve/purple color scheme. The recipient is very I'll and it's her favorite color. I even paid extra to supersize.
To top it off, they printed my greeting on the back of an 8-1/2"×11" Bloomex flyer! How tacky is that!?

After fighting with them for 3 weeks and contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge, they finally have delivered my mom the beautiful flowers she should have originally received.

It was a great choice to buy flowers here. I've never seen such a good price in CA, never.
Basket was delievered fastly, flowers smell very good and my mom loved the surprise. I can recommend this place, as discounts are crazy now.

Terrible response rate & customer service. Spent over $70 to send flowers that didn't look even close to the photo on the website. Had to email the "wecare" email address 3 times before I received This response: "Your order was sent above value with minor substitutions. " and a copy of their substitution policy. Posting the photos - you be the judge!

Sent my mother flowers for mother’s day, paid $75 dollars including delivery and they died the next day! My mother tried phoning and even stopping by their location, sent emails and no reply. I usually use Bunches and thought I would give this company a try, truly so very disappointing. I tried to follow up and they said they would give me 15% off my next order, just laughable customer service
