Blossoms On The Trail

Received a beautiful bouquet from Blossoms on the Trail almost two weeks ago and some of the flowers are still stunning! Even as the roses aged I was tempted to pull them and dry them, they were so pretty. Thank you Leah for providing such a stunning gift.

We have been ordering flowers from this location for years, so naturally this year we decided to go with the same place for birthday flowers for a friend. We now know it is a new owner with terrible customer service or professionalism.
The arrangement we ordered online was not at all what was delivered. They also called the recipient to ask if she would pick up the flowers, these were a surprise birthday present with specific instructions to leave at the front door. We had ordered an arrangement with a few orchids, roses, and some other filler flowers. Delivered was ONE giant orchid. Which is nice, but not what we ordered. When we called to have this issue rectified, we were told that they did not have the stock that was listed and improvised (without calling or letting us know or asking us, as the client, if we were okay with the replacement). The owner was extremely rude about the whole situation. Upon correcting THEIR mistake, which was a lot of back and forth with the very snarky owner, we told them the orchid would be left outside close to the new delivery time and to leave the corrected order at the door OUTSIDE as the recipient has a new baby and does not want people in her home. The person who delivered the order came into the home, asked about her breast feeding, commented on her home, and told her we were one of multiple complaints that day.
This has been the most bizarre experience we have ever had sending flowers. It has left the recipient feeling uncomfortable and the senders feeling appalled at the lack of professionalism. We sadly will never use this location again.

Leah did a phenomenal job on my order! Not only were they delivered on time and in pristine condition, but they were absolutely stunning. With only a few things that I wanted for her to build on as a base, she made 13 beautiful bouquets that were well beyond what I expected. Could not recommend this business enough.

Linda's patience and helpfulness never ceases to amaze me! She is kind and helpful when we were choosing flowers for funeral arrangements. We ordered from her 3 years ago and again last week. The arrangements were beautiful. Linda, ordered sweet peas from Holland for us as those were one of my mom's favorite flowers, and put in amazing greens. Thank you Blossoms on the Trail!

Ordered arrangement from Ottawa then found out the hospital does not allow flowers. They kindly refunded the amount!

This place is a nightmare. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they guaranteed it. I paid over 100 dollars plus a 30 dollar delivery fee, for flowers and as of right now still no delivery. I sent them to my mom back east and now it’s almost dinner time. I strongly suggest staying away from this company. I’ve now called 6 times to try and get info on delivery. No one has gotten back to me or advised as to when they would be delivered. Terrible company terrible service. But hey, they will take your money no problem. I’m extremely upset as my mother now gets nothing on her special day.
This company needs to learn how to operate.
