I called and she answered, " hello". Unprofessional, plus outdated system to lend money. Go to Cash Money or Money Mart. Better service.

They will provide you an email with the documents you need to provide. You compile these documents, take public transit for an hour to get to their single location, and then find out that the documents they’ve told you to bring weren’t correct and there would be no point in completing an application.

It’s a waste of time and they treat clients like they are degenerate thieves.

Don’t bother filling out an application.

Blue copper capital your company has been nothing more than kind and understanding! Our family needed a bit of help and you made sure that we got the help we needed.from total politeness, understanding and of course funny lol tous made this easier for me and I'm a man that wears his pride on his sleeve and was kinda embarrassed that I had to do what I needed to do in order to help my family when we got into a bit of a struggle!
Yous are the only ones that understood and made it easier on me.not only affordable but such great customer service that I'm proud to remain in business with yous. Tanya's made is easy on me and is easy going and saves a really nice guy.

I have been a Blue Copper customer for over 3 years and they always go above and beyond to help me get what I need.
I recently moved to a new house and fell short on my moving expenses.
Jen and her team were there for me not only once but twice in the same month to help me get back on track.
Awesome company and awesome staff.they will always get my business.

Very unprofessional attitudes, Worst experience ever. Dragged it out for 4 days and din't bother explaining anything. Declined for having a shared account with my husband (he has some loans). They have very combative attitude. Asked me to prove that loan's weren't mine. This was all for a payday loan. I has met all the other requirements. Never again

An absolute waste of time. Waited over an hour for them to review my application (for a measly $100) only to be turned down because I haven't had my job long enough. How the hell does that matter when they verified I am still employed and getting paid in 3 days? Then they have the nerve to say "We'd be more than happy to review an application again once you've been working there for 3 months. " Right, like I'm going back there. Go to Money Mart - way less fuss.

Michelle and Tanya at Forest Lawn location went above and beyond to assist during a very difficult time. Will recommend to others they use this location for courteous & efficient service

I have had the privilege of working with her on a few different loans over the past three years, every time I get the same excellent customer service and she always makes me feel like my business matters.

Tanya and Brodie are amazing. Always helpful and listen to my needs, instead of being cut and dry like most lending companies. I recommend people here all the time. My very first loan, I was still at work when I got approved, and would not be done my shift until 2 hours after they closed. They came to me! I will never forget that. I was greeted by friendly and professional staff; it was actually just about closing time when I walked in, but the young woman that looked after me never mentioned it, which I thought was out of the ordinary and very professional and courteous. She took care of me as though we had all the time in the world and didn't rush one aspect of the process. I found it refreshing to say the very least. I received a call on the day my first payment was due, just to remind me; the person that called was considerate of the fact that i'd misplaced the email address I was to send money to and suggested that he email me right then so I would have the information at hand whenever I need it in order to send my payments efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a little extra cash, as I'm sure I'll use their services again in the future. I'd like to thank staff and management for the professional, respectful and courteous service that I received.

From the moment I walked into the doors, Tanya greeted me with a smile! The process was very quick and easy, and Tanya explained everything in detail before just telling me to sign and initial "here and here"! She made me feel very comfortable, and not ashamed that I needed a little help.

I truly love the split payment option because it truly makes it easier and sets this company apart from all the other money lenders who require it all on your next pay period.

The staff is so pleasant you don’t even feel like your asking for financing. Eleana in Edmonton was amazing she had my first loan done and finalized in such a short time. The big banks you have to wait days, not at Blue Copper Capital, hours or less. Eleana seeing me for the first time was incredibly respectful and understanding knowing that not such great things can happen everyday to good people. She smiled, laughed and made me feel like I was a life long client. This company and Eleana is a credit to the financial district. Please go talk to one of the staff in any of the locations and you will see this Company goes beyond their means to assist their clients. I highly recommend to phone or go in person to this Company before you get a rejection from the big banks they will surprise you, no is not their first words. I reloaded in ease. Now I’m letting everyone I know to call them. Great service great people and they almost always say yes, credit score is not all that matters, life happens, and they take that in to account. The best service I’ve ever received. 10 out of 10.
