Jason came at very short notice to help us out in an emergency. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We thought the charge was very reasonable for the quality service.

Called to get my hot water tank replaced with a newer Rheem brand (pro g 40) and didn't want to use home depot or lowes because they only sell the cheap models that always have issues, after some research, apparently you have to call an actual plumbing company to get the good models with good parts sold only at the plumbing & heating supply stores (Emco etc). Anyway, they did a pretty amazing job for a really good price. Got a new shut off valve too, where other companies were quoting me an extra $150 for a new shut off, they did it for $40. Also the whole job itself was way cheaper than any other quotes, and done by a Journeyman with experience. Had the tech do my kitchen faucet installation too. Would definitely recommend, thanks so much guys.

Our furnace was only turning on for a few minutes then turning off. The temperature was down to 14 C. We called Jay and he came over the next morning exactly when he said he would. As the problem was intermittent, it was tough to diagnose. Jay was there for almost two hours and performed some maintenance while we waited for the system to fail. Finally it did and rather than selling me a whole new fan he said using the fibreglass filters would work better. Apparently the cloth filters cause so much air blockage an older motor will kick out. That did it! I am so impressed with Jay and how he did everything to help me save money but solve the problem. Pretty sure other companies would have just tried to replace the fan. My hat is off to you Jay. I will definitely be calling him for any issues.

Jay, screwed up my furnace, before identifying the problem of the my furnace he cut off All the wires for A/c, Humidityfire and Ex-fan, problem was the thermatek I compliant to the city of Calgary regarding his license. I asked him to put together the all the wires he cut off, he said he doesn't know to connect and without accepting money he ran way, his heart knows he's wrong and un professional. Good luck with this guy.

Awesome service. They came out immediately when my rental had a plumbing emergency and got the job done effectively and at a very reasonable price. Will be calling them again when I need some more work done.

When they installed my water heater they stripped one of the valves which caused a gas leak. They did not agree to come fix their mistake.

Jason is super! Awesome service, extremely efficient, knowledgeable and super well priced. I have repeatedly called Jason with odd emergencies and he is always super quick to arrive and fix the problem at a great price. Excellent work and prices! Jason was very professional and courteous of are home, he took all precautions taking are old hot water tank out of are house, making sure not to damage are floors and walls. I will be hiring blue planet again! Thanks for the excellent work.
