The Staff at Bluebird Canmore are so helpful and friendly! I always leave in a better mood than I entered! And that speaks volumes! They have been kind to me and always resolved any issues. I feel like I left with a new friend both times I went in there in the last month! Plus I got a free pen and a free taco at customer appreciation day! That kind of service can't be beat!

I have had a storage unit with Bluebird (through several company name changes) for many years and have always found them helpful, personable, and prompt in all aspects of their service. Iv'e changed size of my storage unit several times and have always found a solution quickly that worked best for me. I may be one of their longest term customers so that says it all.

Only been there 1month so far, it’s storage, seems ok at this time, not liking that the units are not on a fenced yard, but there are cameras. Sometimes the security pad isn’t working but really it comes down to the quality of your lock. Office staff nice.

Our visa was compromised and we had to get another one issued. It took a week. I called and let them know. In that week they put another lock on our unit and removed our access code. Plus once we updated the card they took 2 days to remove the lock. And they closed at 4 even though the updated hours say 6pm. Choose elsewhere.

I believe this company has a very poor way of dealing with moving out. I paid for a full month but gave notice before the beginning of the month that I would be moving out on the 15. They will not refund the balance of the month as they feel that not charging me for future months is a fair deal. WHAT? Really poor communication, none of this was explained to me when I asked to move out. Now they are double dipping as they will rent my unit out to someone else even though I already paid for it. Ripping people off by double dipping seems to be the way they make their profits. Really, really bad service policy. Shame on you!

When I started in my storage here it was great! Clean, organized and helpful. Since becoming Bluebird in March has gone down hill drastically, to a point that I wouldnt give them my business had they been in operation when I started in summer of 2020
Dirty, unfriendly staff, poor communication of change of ownership, changing details of agreement with no communication or no updated contract with the change of ownership. Couldnt pay my invoices online after the change of ownership Requested twice and still got no service.
I have had storage units with other companies in the past without issue. Not sure what Bluebird's problem is. Definitely stay away! I know I will be avoiding this company.

The customer service was excellent! Very friendly staff with a quick response all the time. I am so glad I was able to use this very clean and easy access storage. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a small to a huge storage room in Canmore.

Had a locker here for 1.5 years and everything was secure, no issues at all. Easy access until late night and super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use this location again.

We rented a storage unit for 2 months from StoreSmart in Canmore. The whole process went very smoothly and the service was great. We had to change our check out date multiple times, which they always happily did for us. Well priced units in a range of sizes.

This place is very good. Nice, clean and safety storage. The people there are very kindly and they will help you make a choice for correct size storage. I used that for few months and if I will need again I will return. I really recomendet!

I have had a storage unit there for over 15 years, and have never once felt worried about my belongings stored there. The building itself is immaculate, and secured extremely well.
The team at the Canmore location actually care about the tenants, unlike many storage places I have experienced before. Particularly Kamilla and Andrew, are amazing people who have been so kind in working with me through COVID-19.
As a business owner, things are so uncertain during these extraordinary times. They have been understanding and so supportive through it all.
Kamilla is so organized and such a pleasure to work with. I have had storage units elsewhere before, but I will never go anywhere else, so long as I live in the Bow Valley!

Having just recently moved from a single home dwelling and a 2 bedroom apartment to a furnished condo was quite an accomplishment and it is with the help of Kam at StoreSmart Self Storage that it was made possible! We were able to rent a storage unit at StoreSmart which Kam helped us to determine what size and was also able to accommodate a unit on an upper floor. The unit and the facility is very secure and we were impressed with the cleanliness and accessibility. I was so fortunate to rent storage space for my parents belongings The facility is extremely clean and the staff amazing. I was treated like a family member by all the staff. Kamilla and Fred felt like a member of the family.

So much, when we gave up the locker. I felt bad like I was letting them down. My only downside is that I never was able to say goodbye to Kamilla in person. I will never forget the positiveness I received from staff and would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a clean safe storage facility, from very professional, caring and empathetic staff.

Kam and Fred were fab. I only needed storage for two months but the facility was super clean and I knew my belongings were safe. They even had all the boxes I needed on site and even gave me a full refund on the ones I did not use. Rock on guys
