Bluebird Self Storage

As a mover, I have been to my fair share of storage places. This one, however, is the only place where a worker came out in the middle of a windy snow storm and shoveled snow all around us to try and do his best at making our job easier. It was very much appreciated by myself and my 2 fellow movers. Customer service is not always great at storage places but this place for us was and is the very best. We won't forget it, and thank you to that gentleman who was there that morning. I think it was October 24,2023. A+ service all the way.

My first time ever using a storage facility, lots of u loans but the staff there explained every detail and it was an amazing experience!

Tracy was awesome in helping us get setup with our unit! Everything went so smooth, we would definitely recommend them!

Quick and easy to set up, the ladies in the office are very nice and the storage units are clean & well kept.

I was actually in there to buy something so I don't know prices or availability but it seems like a well organized storage place. I would use it if I needed something stored.

Great facility and the rates are reasonable. Really close to the city limits used them when we were moving from calgary to langdon and had to store our belongings for cpl month.
Facility is really secure and clean. Staff are great and easy to talk to.
They were recommend by a friend and I am now recommending them as your storage facility for future needs.

This place has been the best location for storing my things. I like the space and the feeling that my belongings are safe. As well, the staff are professional and friendly. Peace of mind counts a lot during a stressful time.

Bluebird self storage is awesome, their units have heating ventilation and air condition to ensure items are not exposed to environmental elements. The storage is covered by CCTV security that ensures items in storage are secured and access control is excellent.

Bluebird Storage Chestermere location work very well with their clients. They respond quickly to your questions and assist you with your needs.

I absolutely would not go anywhere else to book a storage facility.
The prices, sizes of storage units and the most pleasant personality of Giovanna Sheppard was outstanding. Bluebird is a very clean well organized company. Also the washrooms are very clean and disinfected. Warm coffee on to sit and discuss your needs, plus an abundance of supplies for packing. Thank you Bluebird and Gio.

Been renting a parking spot here since they opened almost 3 years ago. The experience has been absolutely excellent! I’ve used other storage places in the past, and these guys are hands down the best!

Well it was all good, until the trailers I was storing here WERE STOLEN! So much for safety and security.

A very clean and well managed site. Impressive customer service: very friendly, helpful and accomodating! Staff are willing to help hawever I needed for a smooth contract and move in. A location that has ample room to get around and away from the busy city. I highly recommend this new and well appointed facillity. All dealings were professional, easy digital contracts and all questions were answered timely. This location is also VETERAN FRIENDLY. Thank you folks!

I've been storing my RV on site on and off for a couple of years and in some other facilities. This one is under new ownership now but in general, I think this facility is a bit more secure then a couple of the other ones that I have been in. I've had good dealings with the staff and just am comfortable here.

Location is perfect, right off the Trans Canada Highway. Price is very reasonable, parking stalls are big, they have different sizes to meet your need. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Michelle is an absolute gem. She takes care of all your questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Amazing place, amazing staff, highly recommend.

Have been to Bluebird Storage at this location numerous times and facilities are fantastic. Very clean and parking spots are large. The staff is fantastic and great to deal with …. Michelle is a gem.

I’ve used quite a few storage companies in the past. I found these people friendly willing to work with us and didn’t hold her feet to the fire on some BS contract or make it difficult to get out when we’re done using the facility. It is very clean secure and professional. Thank you for letting us use your facility for the time we needed it

Storage units, on the whole, aren't exactly a glamourous or exciting part of life. Keeping that in mind, it should be wholly expected that my review won't be effusive in praise because storage is.boring. What I CAN say is that these folks were super friendly, the storage unit I got was as advertised, and they crew made it painless to get things set up. Coming and going thru the gate was easy. The whole place feels well put together.
I recommend these folks for all your storage needs!

We called to ask for information about storage. The ladies were wonderful. One was brand new and despite that, was very helpful. She explained she was new and needed to verify information with her manager. The manager was just as delightful and between the two of them, my questions were answered. I will definitely be using them for my future storage.

Staff is very friendly, and also very accommodating with our needs. Their rates are very reasonable compared to other storage company's in Calgary. Its worth the drive for the all around service you get!

I came into Calgary I needed a place to store most of my boxes and also my furniture the staff there was amazing one of the beautiful places I ever seen in Canada for storage units gaited security and again staff was amazing very polite very friendly I recommend this unit to anybody who needs a place to store stuff Thanks kindly

Very reasonable prices, great staff and easy to get there from Calgary. Well secured lot. Half the cost of Calgary locations.

My experience with this company has been positive from beginning to end. Their customer service is prompt, polite, and helpful. The units are clean, safe, and easy to access with a truck or Uhaul. It’s super easy to pay your bill online. I would recommend Store N More in Chestermere to family or friends without hesitation or reservation.

Great costumer service, Armila again, was very efficient from start to finish of the process (and still is). The drop off of the van was very easy and straight forward. The location is great as well. Even being away from the country, I feel safe having my van stored in this place.
Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing customer service experience with a lady named Armila. She seems to me very knowledgeable and informative as well as very friendly. She gave me a detailed options which served me the best.

This is a wonderful place to park my RV.
It is safe n best place to store your goods. Staff is so co-operative. The lady at front office Armila is an amazing personality, always smiling. She always helps. Last time I visited, I need some lubricant like WD40 to free my hitch lock latch, she let me borrow from her.
I strongly recommend this place for storage.

Nothing but great feedback for the team at Chestermere Store and More. I have been a customer there for the past 24 months while living overseas. The team has been very accommodating and supportive to me. Was even pleased to have emails on two occasions regarding my truck (once a flat tire and the other time a message asking if I had moved it since they knew I was normally out of the country).
