Amazing reliable service, arrived 3 minutes early for our pre-booked 4: 30 AM pickup so that we didn't have to stress for even a minute!

Horrible service. Called at 930pm on a Thursday. Was told the car would be there in 10mins. They called back 22mins later and then told me they had no drivers. I'll never call again.

On time, reliable service. Driver were very friendly. Price also reasonable compare than other services.

Blueline are great for those prebooked early morning runs to the airport but completely unreliable on the pick ups to get you home.
The cars are alway 5-10 minutes away and have you waiting.

Solution: use Blueline to go to the airport and UBER to come home.

Fast pickup and reasonably priced. Driver was friendly and even remembered driving me another time.

They tell you when the taxi will pick you up and are on time. The drivers are friendly and helpful.

To be on time is expected from a cab company but these guys go the extra mile and contact per text or call to let me know that they are here. Sometimes even to tell me they are almost there, in case they may be delayed due to traffic etc. Which so far was only by 2 mins.
Also, I used other companies before and caught myself holding my breath when they were "driving". But so far, all of them have been safe drivers. (Have not used service in winter yet)
And they are all very nice and friendly!

I was told the driver would be 20 minutes, which I was okay with. 30 minutes go by and I called back for an update. Man on the phone said my driver would be another 20-30 minutes and that he's stuck in traffic. I understand rush hour is out of their control but the fact I received no notice with a simple phone call that the driver would be that late was a bit silly. If I didn't call for an update I would have been standing around for an hour.

This man is the king of comfort. He will make your night positive and unforgettable. Smiling and kind! KHAN for mayor.

This is the best taxi service by far. I went through a list of numbers which seemed useless. BlueLine Airdrie taxi cab was the only one to come to our rescue las mn call to lax. Blueline Airdrie Taxi Cab has the best of best quality service. After i called them they were at the pickup station so fast and the amount they took from me for their service was also so reasonable. Their cab was also clean plus the driver was also friendly. I really loved the service.

They are very fast and efficient. I had a very bad experience with diamond taxi and this is a way better alternative. Definitely my go to transport in Airdrie:)

I shave been using blue line taxi cabs for a few years but within this year they have been my goto reliable taxi service always on time and good for calling to notify aswell as being extremely friendly and often available even at busy hours with a short wait. I have used this service for after work daily pickup to return to home and after going out to drink with friends and their always very nice and patient even if some people may test it.

I use BlueLine Airdrie Taxi to go to airport and they charge me flat rate. I prebook my trips and they are always on time and get me to my destination on time.
The drivers are very professional and nice. They don’t take long routes to charge me more for my trips to Calgary.

Terrible customer service. For someone like myself who is a businesswoman working in business for for decades in Canada and U. S, I can say is that these people need to learn that without customers they don’t have a business. Instead of blaming customers for their mistakes, they should be offering an apology trying to retain the customers they have.slowly their customers will dissipate especially after they’ve received excellent customer service from Sofo where they put the customers first - always! If they made a mistake they always apologize. They never, ever put blame on the customer. They make it up to the customer. Good luck to this company! When you’ve experienced Sofo, you will notice a huge difference in how customers are being treated from this company to Sofo. Just saying. Again good luck! My advice to them is to learn proper customer service and that they are not the boss of the customer. The person who pays has control over your company. After all they’ve put you in business and provide you with a pay check. Oh did I mention that they are very argumentative with customers when they don’t get their way. Forcing customers to abide by them.

I take the cab a lot to go to work and back, and i’ve been using a bunch of different cab companies here in Airdrie. Blue line is by far the best cab company in terms of professionalism, customer service. Cabs like Airdrie Diamond and Airdrie Taxi cabs seem to not care when someone else is in the car and will talk loudly on their bluetooth to someone else in their language. Blueline would not do that. Some cabs round up to the nearest dollar, Blueline will not do that. At times they will even round down! So hats off to this Cab company for not being like the others.

I booked Airdrie taxi services to go to the Calgary downtown with Airdrie cabs. The taxi driver was really nice and welcoming.

Took this cab expecting to pay $35 to go to the Calgary airport North Caribou terminal ended up paying $50. Service was good on time pick up but not happy about paying the $50
