Great deals but terrible customer service! I asked where i could find a pair of pants and the sales associate just pointed to a rack of pants and said “maybe its here” and walked away.
I bought pairs of jeans a week ago, they got torn from zipper, I brought them back to exchange the defective ones and they said they can not do anything about it, I left my torn jeans there and now it's my never to go store. Worst customer service.
Great styles and clothing but very poor customer service and ridiculous policies. Website price is cheaper than in store but store refused to honor pricing and advised me to order online instead. No where in the website did it say that the price was an online offer only but the manager literally argued with me and refused to match the price of the items from the same company.
The clothing is nice and reasonably priced; but it seems crazy to me that if you order something into the store, that someone else with the same last name and address as you (as well as the confirmation email) is unable to pick it up. The employee wouldn't even look at my mother's ID or see and instead spoke to her rudely which isn't acceptable. I do understand that there are policies and I don't fault the staff for abiding by them, but I would not have been upset had they even just treated her a bit nicer instead of brushing off her concerns because they weren't their problem.
