This company has been a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend making the switch if you are considering changing management companies. Our previous management company was set up with the builder and failed to pursue any significant issues with the builder or work on fixing any problems the builder needed to legally rectify. Our board collected numerous cut and dry reports supporting a clear need for action and clear justification of deficiencies and our previous management failed to act attempting to wait until the legal process timeline expired, as they were clearly not acting in our boards interests but trying to preserve their relationship with the builder in hopes to get more contracts on new builds. Hence we switched to Blueprint and it was like night and day, blueprint was fast to act and immediately rectified the situation. They are quick to respond to any issues and very organized. Our board is very happy to have made the change and have been very pleased with their day to day operations. Abe is also fantastic to deal with and quick to respond and resolve concerns, he is quite knowledgeable and able to handle situations as they occur. You won’t go wrong choosing this management company.

We had a previous management company that required a lot of chasing and we’re always left with more questions than answers.

Thankfully, we made the switch to Blueprint last year. It has been a complete 180° and Abe is always prompt to address questions and concerns. Their team is also very organized and we now have functional archives and update pages online. This is how a condo management group should be!

Hard working group of dedicated professionals. I've been living on the property in Fort McMurray Clearwater Court for about 7 years and I am very happy. Things are constantly improving with New OnSite Manager Nina, past two years and that is important. Condo living always has challenges but overall it's been a good experience.

This property management company is a disaster. We had this company for 3 years and they couldn't provide audited financial statements because they failed the audit. When we finally fired them they stole a whole month of condo fees from every unit. They've had our condo fees for almost a month. Stealing $500 out of my account and it's been reversed that was on the second of August. Stay far away from these people they'll steal your money and they won't provide any services.

For years our Edmonton condo was managed by a firm that had a policy of ignoring the owners, raising 'liability issues' to prevent the on-site manager from accepting parcel deliveries, and generally doing as little as possible. The attitude of our new managers, Blueprint, and their on-site manager Francisco Guerrero, is 'how can we help'? I now feel we have a team working with us, rather than against us.

Joseph Dietrich…Worst management and worst property Manager. …. He does not know how to talk with people.he should go to school and needs to learn some manner first.do not give contract to these people….

I live in 111 watt Common Sw, I had a first time visitor last night at 10 o clock just for 10 -15 minutes, they had a 6 month old with them, they read parking registration information, they thought they will register their car once they go inside instead of staying in cold and dark with 6 months old.they came to building and within 10 minutes or so they got ticket on their dashboard for 125$. The best part was all parking spots were empty….

When I called property manager Joseph Dietrich, I got connected with him after 10 th tried, he said every visitor has to register their car immediately at the visitor parking spot doesn’t matter how much cold or dark it is. And does not matter if u r with 6 month old or new born Or with elderly or cancer patient. They can suffer in parking spot but registration is important for them at the spot even if u r dying. This Rude guy said rule doesn’t change for anyone not even for 6 month old…

So for them their rule is important even if u r elderly, sick or with new born.they don’t care …they will come after ur money…. Be careful with this thugs

I do not recommend this business since nobody is available for people they don’t answer and the manager is not even working!

I was parked on no51 my parking spot while a car parked behind me, I lost hood real money that I had to go to work! The management the lady name NICHOLE she was not even listening or do her job to solve this problem!

For me this is criminal cause they call themself the best company while the manager is not even working, and they sit and make money from owners while they don’t even car to manage the building!
Absolute rubbish

Francisco Guerrero is the building manager at the Gainsborough. He goes above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs are met, and he is great at following up aswell.

Our condo board switched to blueprint several months ago and to this point they have been a joy to work with. Jeff and Abe are attentive to detail, very knowledgeable, and very quick to respond to and resolve any issues They have helped us in various aspects of our board duties. Highly recommended.

Great company I had a talk with an amazing guy from Blueprint condo mngmt and really helped inform me on how to make the best decision possible. They were incredibly thorough and kind, all questions were good questions and I was encouraged to always reach out should i have questions.great people
