We love this building! The amenities are amazing—so modern and clean. The events for residents are impressive! We would like to thank the management of the building for creating such a good living space!

I recently moved into BLVD Beltline, and I couldn't be more delighted with my decision. From the moment I first inquired about the apartment to the day I moved in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

The amenities at BLVD Beltline are truly top-notch. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, making it a joy to work out without having to leave the building. The rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views of the city skyline, creating the perfect setting for relaxation or socializing with neighbors. The community spaces, including the lounge and co-working areas, are well-designed and create a welcoming atmosphere.

One of the standout aspects of my experience was the seamless sign-up, onboarding, and move-in process. BLVD Beltline has truly mastered the art of making these typically stressful processes incredibly smooth. The online application process was user-friendly and efficient, and the leasing consultant, Pooja Dewett, played a pivotal role in ensuring everything went seamlessly.

Pooja Dewett deserves a special shout-out for her exceptional assistance throughout the entire journey. From the initial apartment viewing to the selection process and finally, the move-in day, Pooja's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and went above and beyond to address all my concerns and queries. Her friendly demeanor and expertise made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

The sense of community at BLVD Beltline is palpable, thanks in part to the efforts of the dedicated staff and the well-thought-out amenities. It's evident that the management team takes great pride in providing residents with an unparalleled living experience.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend BLVD Beltline to anyone in search of a premium living experience. The combination of outstanding amenities, a smooth onboarding process, and the assistance of professionals like Pooja Dewett make it a standout choice for those looking to call a place home. An approval process devoid of logic.

We had the majority of our cashflow flow through the business as opposed to personal for tax savings. Thus, the qualifying process did not approve us the leasing as it mostly relies upon personal finances. This is a business generating 7 figures monthly, owned by us.

When we suggested paying for the entire lease upfront, they still did not accept it because they want to jack up your lease price mid-term while you are locked into it. No other reason why paying for an entire year upfront does not work. When I asked for reasons why, they could not give me an answer. "It's just what company policy says".

Wow…we lived in BLVD for a little short of two years and I have to be honest this was the best time we had while renting an apartment. Yes, amenities are nice, yes free daily coffee in the common area is good to have, yes the views from the 35th floor are insane, but the best thing about BLVD is the people. The OneProperties team was always polite, responsive, understanding and they genuinely care about the residents. Big shout out to Hannah, Lucia, Steven, Malachy, and David. I’m sure I forgot some other staff names, but for sure every member of the team is just amazing. Thank you for a wonderful time we spent in this building!

Amazing place to live. Great facilities, gym, golf simulator, games rooms. Within walking distance of anything you would need. And super pet friendly and pet encouraged which is a huge bonus!

We toured this gorgeous building with our host, Malachy, whilst apartment hunting in Calgary. The building has an stunning gym, and the common areas were large and beautiful. Malachy was able to show us multiple units, and give us quotes, including parking spots, that were under our budget. He was very professional, and welcoming to new Calgarians-with lots of insightful tips on the local community, restaurants and entertainment. Thank you Malachy!

As a new resident to the building we have been blown away by the support and hospitality of the staff and management here at the BLVD Beltline.

We started our journey to Calgary from another province and was a bit concerned with how we were going to setup our living arrangements while we were out of province. While we looked at several different locations in Calgary the BLVD took the experience to a new level.

During our search the team took us on a complete virtual tour through the entire building, showing us the amenities, the common spaces and the various units we were interested in. The tour was over an hour and a half and the experience was fantastic!

During the leasing phase, the team went above and beyond supporting us with the questions that we had on the lease, the area and various random questions we had around our move. We truly received a 5 start experience.

We are very pleased with our decision to call BLVD Beltline our home as we make the move to Calgary!

We were hunting all over Calgary for a new place to live when we decided to stop in randomly at the Blvd and see if they had any openings. Shauna (yes, we have the same name) from the leasing office was AMAZING! Immediately she warmly invited us in, and made us feel more welcome than any other place we had checked out in just a few minutes. We had no appointment and she took the time to give us MULTIPLE tours of the building and a few show rooms. All the while answering all of our questions with ease and cracking jokes along the way. The Blvd is a beautiful building with amazing amenities, but their staff is what won us over. Shauna specifically had wonderful influence in our decision making and was so SO helpful and kind. We are so excited to be moving into our home at the Blvd and hope to only continue this amazing first impression.

I have been prospecting for a new condo to call my home and had a terrific experience with Lianne Robson today. She cut no corners in showing off all the amazing features this wonderful new Calgary multi condo property has to offer. She is professional, courteous, and has a high attention to detail. Even if I may not end up renting at the BLVD, it was worth coming down and being shown around by Lianne. Thanks for the great experience!)

Both Shauna and Ashley was helpful during the showing, suite selection, to application, and eventually helping me plan my move in. The Amenities are the selling point for this building, so far one of the best in the market at this time. (An indoor pool as well would have been lovely lol) but over all, great place to live, if you like downtown.

Before I begin, very important fact about some of the "5 star" reviews is they are about tours of the building and not the actual resident experience.

Honest review from being a resident for 5 months:

The building itself has excellent amenities which includes a full size gym, lounge pool, sky lounge, concierge, etc. There is a real community of young professionals and people are very friendly here for the most part.

The main reason I give this building a one-star review is the building property management is how horrendously they treat long-term residents of this building. They treat residents like children instead of business professionals. If you speak up against the management, they retaliate by sending you warning notices/amenity bans without proof and call you an "Active Participant" in things you are not involved with. I was issued a warning notice for "failure to shower before pool and vaping in the pool area". However when I asked for proof/reason behind the notice, they simply said that since I was speaking to people who are vaping and they considered me an "Active Participant". I do not smoke/vape and I always shower before the pool. I have never felt more humiliated by these slanderous statements and felt disrespected living in my own home. I was also not the only one issued these warnings/bans. At the moment, most residents in the building are scared to scan their key fob anywhere to ensure they don't get targeted by management for someone else's actions like they have done before. The fear tactics used by the property management are not only unethical but disrespectful to people who pay money to live in their own home.

Just came back from the Thai food cooking class. Daniel was fantastic and the food was wonderful. Great experience all around.

This building is amazing (especially the gym!) and the concierge/staff are super friendly.

I’m just writing this review as I’ve felt very misled. I was told the amenities would be available by April, but it’s been perpetually extended (likely won’t be open this summer from rumors I’ve heard). The management has introduced many restrictions to amenity access since moving in and has left me feeling like a child.

The selling point advertised here was the amenities/events and the building heavily underdelivered. I imagine it’ll be amazing once complete but am sad I signed in January with lots of great options in Calgary

I have been living here for almost a week and couldn't be happier! The beautiful building speaks for itself but what truly sold me on this apartment block over others was the impeccable staff and leasing agents. They are friendly, and go above and beyond to make you feel at home and taken care of. A special shout out goes to Hana for finding me the apartment of my dreams. She was professional, yet still personable, on my tour and listened to my needs to find the best suited apartment for me. I am so appreciative for all her help and caring service. A big thank you, Hana!

Hana, from the leasing team was very outgoing and easy to talk to. She made our moving process very smooth, Answered all the questions we had and helped with the issues that we came across. Since moving into BLVD things have been going very well, staff and the community of people are very friendly as well.

Lived here for just about 2 months, and would say the worst experience ever encountered when it comes to management, security, appliances, and false promises. Do not get fooled by the amenities. Everything here is just for show, but internally, worst experience of my life when it comes to property management. Security guards are on power trips, management cares more about the property then they do residences.

100% do not recommend!

The building management suspended me from the amenities for not taking a shower. I feel so humiliated even though I take a shower everyday.

Lovely compound with a professional leasing team. My manager Malachy helped me to settle all rent preparation within one week of my application.

Great amenities and location.

My issue is with the access (hours of operation) to the amenities that keep getting revoked as if we are children. I don't agree with penalizing all residents based on the actions of a few bad actors.

Hana from the leasing office was amazing! She went above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences. Overall, an excellent experience!

Beautiful building, had everything we where looking for. Decided on a gorgeous townhome style condo that backed on to the pool. Building advertised as pet friendly, and accepted our application and damage deposit. Only when reading the rental agreement (which is provided after giving deposit) did they mention that our one dog had to be neutered. Even though on the application you are given the option to select “not neutered”, it’s not until after that they will reveal that pets must be neutered.

They are giving deposit back (so that’s a positive) but honestly I feel it’s only because we have a screenshot of our application stating that our dog wasn’t neutered and they accepted that. Luckily still have a place otherwise would be out of luck. Building definitely isn’t as pet friendly as they state.

Giving 2 stars as this is an amazing building and for someone that doesn’t have a pet would be an amazing property to rent.

On short notice, I had to find an apartment from abroad (we moved from Europe to Canada). For me was quite important to find an apartment close to the downtown area, where I could stay long-term with my family. Unfortunately, I found out it wasn't easy to do that from abroad - until I found BLVD.

Tom was the first person from the Leasing Team to call me (FaceTime). He showed me the amenities and the apartment that I'm living in right now. Later on, we got to know other members of the Leasing Team and they are all amazing!

The entire rental process was smooth. They helped us a lot by guiding us through the required steps to set up the utilities as well.

The amenities are incredible, this place feels like a resort. Everything is high quality and well cleaned/preserved. Furthermore, the staff is well prepared and friendly.

The neighborhood has lots of good restaurants and bars. There are a good amount of daycares close by, as well as parks.

The rental price is fair for what we are getting, especially if you compare the quality of the apartment and amenities against the other buildings in Calgary.

We love this building:)
