I am currently banking with this branch and I must say my experience so far has been amazing, I initially signed up Christmas 2021 with " Sandeep (Sandy) " a financial advisor specialist. HE was respectful, understanding and more than willing to help guide me through the process. Fast forward 2 years later I met with another financial advisor/ Personal Banking Associates by the name of " Erin Tran " and she to exceeded my expectations, she was completely thorough, her services were on point, she answered everyone question I asked, she took her time with me, she carefully explained the whole process with me, and she gave me her card in case I had any more questions. She wasn't originally from that branch (she's originally from the NW branch), but she stepped in to help
And oh man did she, I really am thankful she was there to help guide and advise me properly throughout the whole process and do it effortlessly with grace and patience,

You guys was supposed to call me when I'm able to withdraw my RRSP. OF COURSE Nerver did as i was trusting you. Switching bank today you this BMO branch made my life situation worst so i hope you the same. Glad to changing bank.

Worst customer service ever, so many counters for only two or one person working, everytime I go there for a basic cheque deposit, they made me feel like I have stolen the cheque from somewhere or stealing the bank it self so many unnecessary questions for a simple deposit, especially the woman with hijab (I am a hijabi as well) she seemed to only treat canadian people nicely … I’d recommend going to Marlborough one…

The Bank never has enough tellers to accommodate the amount of people that use this branch. I have been taking Cheques to this branch for the last year, cheques from one of the banks clients and I am also a BMO customer, but for some reason the manager decided to not deposit the cheque. Due to a formality the bank has caused them selfs. Even though 2 weeks ago they deposited the exact same cheque with no problems. I’ve had to stand in line for 30 min each time I am at this bank. Not impressed with BMO

Extreme disregard for the value of customers time. Also after admitting a simple phone call to the bank issuing a cheque would clear it the same day, they decided putting a four day hold on it required much less effort. This was done knowing the funds were needed urgently to start a new job the following day. The teller then proceeded to announce my account balance loud enough that the ten customers in line could hear it. In thirty years of banking i've never seen four tellers accomplish so little in forty five minutes.

They have 8 counters but only 3 are serving customers, prepare to wait for 30 minutes or longer if you decide to go there.

Unfortunately there is no 0 star review because I felt like my experience at the branch on the 4th of Jan was absolutely a disgrace to Bank of Montreal & a complete invasion of privacy. Suzie at the Sunridge branch who may not be fit for the position always treats every transaction like you're stealing from the bank. This branch has been my home branch for 10 years I am a frequent customer at this branch every clerk knows me there and they're absolutely fantastic. I had an altercation with Suzie back in May 2020 and had not dealt with her since then and let others infant of me to not deal with her, I figure after almost 2 years I was sick of letting people go infant of me so I decided to go make a simple deposit of a certified bank draft from my other bank. Susie asked is this from your own bank I replied yes she later asked do I do online banking I replied yes she then asked me to login to my online banking with another bank and show her which I felt was a huge privacy issue. BMO has no right to ask me to show them my bank transactions and balances with TD bank. I refused to have my privacy invaded I provided a receipt from TD and Suzie demanded she wanted to invade my privacy. I asked for a manager and Zeshan came and still insisted to invade my privacy, Zeshan was very unprofessional and still persistent I advised I could deposit the cheque in the ATM as my limit in the ATM deposit is 50k with no hold he started mumbling and said yes you could do that. I later emptied my account went to BMO westwinds and had all my transactions done with no hassle. BMO this was disgraceful as a loyal long time client. Suzie & Zeshan may require not a little but a lot of training and be reminded that the money in peoples accounts are there's. Suzie is very unprofessional and does not fit the true BMO vales.

I’m president of a school club at my uni and we went in to work out banking stuff. We booked an appointment the week prior and showed up the day of the appointment just to see a sign saying “the teller is temporarily closed today. The teller is open at x location and y location”. There was ZERO notice prior to the appointment that this branch would be closed the day of, when we gave a call to the bank teller we were supposed to meet it went to voicemail. I skipped a lecture just to make this appointment and it was a complete waste of my time. If I could rate this bank 0 out of 5 stars I would.

Very disappointed in the service at this branch. There were careless mistakes made that have added a bunch of additional tasks/errands to my already very full list as a full-time university student who is also chronically ill and disabled. Now instead of being able to prioritize my health and finishing school, I am forced to fix the errors that weren't mine to begin with and will likely be missing classes to get this done on time. After a number of frustrating experiences over the years I am very ready to switch banks and will never be going to this branch again.

Worst customer services ever. I strongly believe the branch manager has COVID19, she had a very hard time speaking to customers. All I heard was No, good, yes. I didn’t hear any of the employees say “hi”, “hello”, “ how’s your day going”. I understand there is pandemic going on but doesn’t mean to be super rude with customers. It was the worst service I have received in my life. They treat you like prisoners. I would never recommend anyone to go to this branch.

I've been trying to set up an account with them. The lady Vera has completely forgotten about me for a over week and wont return my calls. When I called the Bank, after going through some robot I finally got transferred to the store and someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. Absolutely outrageous. Your customer support sucks!

Horrible bank will be closing all my accounts, friend staff in side the branch's, but short hours good luck getting in if you work construction or full time hours. Their call center always places you on hold, and you'll be waiting a long time just to speak with someone.
After having an account for three years, I'm glad to say I'll be closing all accounts ASAP

Sunday Feb. 23,2020 at 6: 40pm, I went to go withdraw money from the ATMs. My card got stuck in the machine. I wasn't able to do anything with my account. I tried to call the different numbers, but they all made me listen to the automatic machine, asking me for my card number and passcode. I hope there was just a button for HELP at a branch, but no. I had to wait 30 minutes just to speak to someone, to hear that all that I can do is "wait til the morning. " I needed my money to do things for my family. You took my card, locked my card, told me to wait and come back tomorrow? I have a job just like you guys! Not helpful or considering.

I have never had a positive experience in this branch. I've had to go to other branches for the appropriate services, I'm confused as to why the service is so poor in this branch. The staff is unfriendly, I have called to speak to the manager leaving messages with no return call. To save time and a wrinkle in the day I would not recommend this branch at all, go a bit further for better service and needs to be met.

Worst bank ever they certainly are not professional at all especially jeff the assistant manager and also the general manager is very very unprofessional I have recorded calls of her saying I will go into your account and take money to handle your overdraft with no consent stay tuned as news will

I dealt with Karriann Sather at Calgary Sunridge BMO today to certify the cheque.

I am speechless only thing I’ll say is BMO is lucky to have an employee like her.

Dont even waste your time with this branch, service and all staff are below par. Senior staff seem to go out of there way to incovience you. I visited the branch two times after getting information prepared before each visit and left without what I needed to be completed. We were treated like we were criminals and never will return to this branch. We were going to close our BMO accounts only for our relationship manager in another branch. My strong advice dont go anyway near this branch everyone that works there all the way to branch manager are extreamly unhelpful and judgemental. Totally flabbergasted as this is not BMOs mantra and it must be just this Sunridge branch!

For years I didn’t trust depositing cash into the insta bank. Then I was pleased to see the new system work for cash and Chequers. Last night I went to deposit four fifty dollar bills and six twenty dollar bills. They were flat and still got spit out all except two fifties. It then told my I had not retrieved them so contact the branch. I went over to the machine next to the screwed up one and was able to deposit what the first machine spit back out to me, minus the hundred dollars that the first machine retained. Ahhh, missing one hundred dollars, and no receipt for the missing money. Back to not trusting the insta bank system, have to still stand in line to deal with a person during regular buisness hours.
