Honestly had an incredible experience here. It's a nice branch, the tellers were extremely helpful and resolved all of my issues. No complaints!

My recommendations as a client of this bank, do not contact this bank, they have not returned our money for a month, we received insurance against a stolen truck, my husband was left without a car, without a job, and our family without means of subsistence, the specialists do nothing all month, and they don’t credit money to our account, the main office of this bank sees this money, but they don’t credit our account, every time they tell us that we have to wait. I applied already everywhere wrote complaints, even in the government. I hope that someone will help. Don't open an account with this bank if you don't want problems.

They don't deposit checks on the weekend they just told me to go to another branch or come back Monday.

How many people does it take to count to 7? An alarmingly high amount, considering the main business here. Took three people and half an hour to figure out how long a cheque should've been on hold for. It's also getting harder to reach someone for investment and mortgage services. Service quality used to be pretty decent here, but my confidence in the place has been steadily declining.

I'll just say it. Their previous staff was much better.

If you are considering doing your mortgage with this bank, do not. We moved into our house 16 months ago and we are still dealing with problems/mistakes made by BMO. Just got off the phone line with our latest mistake. I cannot count the number of times I have heard, “that was never completed”, over this last year and a half. It was our first and only move in 16 years, and if I could go back in time I would not have gone through this bank.

DO NOT BANK WITH BMO. I opened business account and i was offered pre approved credit card under my business name.they did issue my credit card but under personal name and not under my business account. TRYING TO REACH SETON AND BEDDINGTON BRANCH -to fix credit card issue and make some changes to business account - NO ONE ANSWERS CALL and no call back for left voicemail either! I called customer service - they kept me on hold for 30 mins and just to say to visit branch. SETON HAS NO DATE AVAILABLE TILL DEC? That does not make sense. I am going to part my ways with this bank! I had friends warning me but I had to experience!

They have the door locked and you hwve to wait for someone to come ask you questions. When she does she peeks through a tiny crack in the door to ask the questions as though you're spewing germs at them. Not very welcoming. Especially considering the bank teller didnt even have her ask over her nose.

Awful customer loyalty and experience. Always a long wait- seven people stand around talking while there is one teller and 10 people in line. No customer understanding at all. Lack of compassion for people’s situations, especially in a pandemic. Pretty sure I’ve made multiple payments to my line of credit that have not registered. As a young professional with no kids, I will be taking my money and business elsewhere after my loan is done.

Every single time we want to make changes on our mutual funds, it turns into hassle. You need to take an appointment but their staff is hardly ever available. Same thing happened today, they gave me a phone number instead and told me that i can make the changes over the phone, i left the branch, called the number and it turns out they don’t even work on weekends!

I ended up going to another branch (130th ave) their advisors were fully booked as well but they let us slip in for 5 minutes and get it done.

Seton branch really needs to step up. It is not even a fully developed neighbourhood yet and they are struggling while they hard ever have any clients over there.

The Seton Location is terrible, we have been BMO customers for over 10 years, the staff are rude there, the manager is a good reflection of the staff, it dosn't matter if you have banked with BMO for 10 years or 2 weeks, they treat you all the same, they have no integrity and are all just there for a paycheck. Avoid this location if you can. Ive been to over 15 branches all across Canada, the staff here only care about there image, expensive clothes, and there flashy jewerly, the staff look great wearing all there designer stuff, but have some integrity and look after your customers properly, don't treat us like a number. Great experience with Hao Yang and Eric Dai!

Super kind and professional. Got a meeting set up with short notice, they answered all my questions and helped me with what I needed. This will be my go to branch, highly recommended
