Absolutely worst BMO branch in the city, called three times into the Branch on three different days and left VM for a call bank, answering Machine says they will contact you within 24hrs! Liars its been almost a week and no contact, went into branch and was told manager Zhen Wang will be calling me and never did! Absolutely disgusted with this customer service and the manager with absolutely no regard to call! Will be contacting head office as well! And closing all businesses and personal accounts as well! I would give a zero if I could!

Only 1 bank teller and a line of 12 people, more than half were seniors. Waited in line 20 minutes.

It was nice dealing with Nazir Habib. Explain everything, very patient to answer my questions.
1 hour appointment with him and were done within 30 minutes. Thanks for your help Nazir

Worst customer service ever. Every one rude they have no idea what their doing.and over 19 ppl on line 2 guys working so slow 6 guys having chat in back.

Worst customer service experience ever. I waited for 20 minutes in line just to be greeted by Carla. She asked me what I wanted to need it and I could barely get 2 words out when she told me there is no such thing as that kind of help, And that I was told wrong by other staff.
Honestly want to switch banks after dealing with Carla.

No BMO staff has any idea what they are doing-our mortgage almost got delayed because the lady kept procrastinating getting the papers ready, they said they lost our mortgage papers after that, trying to make a mortgage payment but apparently their mortgage team is not available (for over a month) so now I am behind multiple payments because they won't take it out, went into branch to get them to take it out and they didn't do it properly so we are still getting calls/texts/emails that we are overdue but if we call back to make payments they say they can't do anything. DO NOT USE BMO!

I had a wonderful experience at this branch and was given a great deal of assistance with my accounts. Very friendly and kind staff and I was really grateful. Thanks to you all for your help!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a bank. Take your business elsewhere. TD on the otherside of the mall is excellent.

Worst customer service ever. Need to unlock online account and when called they said have to go to nearest location. When I did in minus 40 weather the location books an appointment to be able to help me. I wait 30 min then when they were able to help me their landlines phone service is off Nd there are no way to help me unless they call a third party to be able to unlock me. What kind of a financial institution is this. Man td are so easy to deal with and way ahead of their game. Of there is a review less than zero I would've rated them minus 100

Had been banking with BMO more than 10 years. I'm still not a fan to their work hours and availability of appointment scheduling.

My recent visit to this branch was purly a waste of my time. Poor cusomer service, not recommending visiting this location.

This place is a joke- they lack customer service to the point this place is a joke.

They never pick up their phones for questions or anything. I would avoid this place and BMO in general at all costs.

So much for supporting my local neighbourhood banking am I right?

WASTED OF TIME!
Had an account with them, and tried to open an account for my dad for the family bundle offer. So they set me up with this lady JULIANA Douglas.
Talk about useless. She have no clue what I’m talking about. And told me that she don’t have enough time to set up an account for my dad. That’s right, she doesn’t have the time to open accounts for her clients.
Cancel everything! And I will close my account very soon.

Outside ATM, right side machines screen isn’t responsive to touch. Please fix. Also put posters of social distancing so that there would be one person at a time inside the room.
