Fix your phone, why is it when I’m trying to reach your location I get connected to the everyone else but you. I’m calling your location, not the head office, not customer service YOUR BRANCH.
I got the worst banking experience here last month. I queued for more than 15 minutes to issue a bank draft for settling the final payment of my property purchase. But when I presented the bank draft to my law firm, the lawyer told me that it was not the correct copy! Instead the teller who processed my request gave me the branch copy but kept the correct copy in file at the branch! How negligent and unprofessional the staff can be! After filing an official complaint, no one from the bank has yet approached me for an explanation or update!
Too bad experience never open account in bmo. Its my third check and still holding for 7 days. In real its almost 10 days. Never ever recommend moving to scotia bank right away.
I have been calling BMO millwoods branch from 3 days to book an appointment. Nobody is answering my call. They call back ~5pm and when I call them back, the bank is closed. This is the worst experience. I just started banking with BMO but thinking of changing bank already.
My last visit wasn't exactly how id expect it considering i was pressured into getting a card even though i don't have proper funds to pay for one, plus i was lied to by the person that supposedly"helped" me out. If your gonna be a personal banker, u should never lie about the info you give to anyone young or old so i say a big shame on you for that. Not impressed
I came in today with a bit of a frustrating situation. Upon arrival I bumped into Avery, he asked if there was something he could help me with and he took the time to listen to my situation. He understood exactly what I was asking and new what he was doing in order to rectify my issue. Avery was very respectful and professional during the process. He is an asset to BMO! Great job today Avery! I was not expecting to have my issue resolved but he got it done with fast and friendly service.
I emailed Sunny on April 4th and received an email from him saying he is out of the office until February 5th. I copied an email here for the proof. He did not even replied back to my email or bother calling me back. I never dealt with BMO before and I thought I should give them a chance but I guess it did not work out.
Very poor customer service and communication is zero. I hope they get better.

They will not deposit certified bank drafts even with bank stamp and time stamp on receipt. Spoke to Avery assistant manager and Shashi who both wanted to put a hold on a certified draft with receipt from Rbc only minutes before and they told me that its because rbc doesnt verify drafts. I went back to RBC and they just laughed and said they do verify and that's why there's a bank draft receipt with a time stamp. This branch has lost my business and most of my business is done through BMO. Terrible service and they don't know what there doing.
