BMO Bank of Montreal

Bank is empty. Everyone back there is sick. Took 20 minutes to get bus change.

. You wonder why you're all sick.

I come here on a regular basis for work and they are always under staffed and I could be in line for 30 minutes to an hour. They need to hire more people.

1 wicket operator 15 customers in line, will close before I get seen in 2 hours, so I left.

Do not go this branch. Worst bank service ever. I switched my wifes account to bmo during promo with them. Never got promo, asked 4 times their answer was waiti now its almost over a year now nothing happened. Also inquiried mortgage service, no help nothing. Even 1 star is not worth.

Awful service. No one answers the phone to make an appointment which they recommend. And the line to see a teller is always obscenly long. On top of that I've been waiting for a call back now going on 3 weeks.

I just wanted to say I really appreciated Romeo Flores and his help. He was such a genuine person and truly wanted to go above and beyond to make sure I received great service! Big shout out to him!
