BMO Bank of Montreal

Opened a business account here and I was completely lied to about the costs and restrictions on the account. Talked to the manager about it at a later date and he was rude and dismissive and refused to help me. Closed my account and went to RBC, they're much better to deal with as a small business.

The new young girls don’t know what they’re doing and are completely useless. They can’t even deposit my cheque properly and now I have to go to another BMO branch. Please train these girls it’s very frustrating.

I had such a bad experience here with the younger blonde girl, she told me she couldn’t help me raise my daily transaction limit on my debit card, I have a new card as I am new to banking at BMO and the limit is $1000 a day which is ridiculous. She said there’s nothing she can do for me? She was very condescending and just stared at me when I was requesting help. She didn’t give me any other solutions, so must my account just stay at $1000 limit a day? I understand having a small limit for a credit card but a debit card? Seems like a weird scam that I’m only allowed access to $1000 a day of my own money per day.

The most horrible experience in this location, manager is very rude and doesn't help costumers at all.

Mikayla was an absolute joy to deal with at this location. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Do not come here if you are dealing with American funds. Most of the staff want nothing to do with it or help. I would suggest south trail BMO instead. Not ever doing business at this branch again

I am a truck driver came from GTA to calgary and was having alot of trouble with my both personal and business account and i visit this branch. As i talked to employee working here with name OLHA, she handle my account problem in very professional, helpful and polite manner. She sort out my banking problem very friendly way. Overall staff is also very polite and professional. Her talent of handling customers should be appreciated. 10on10 for friendly, professional manner and her talent

Friendly staff but there is a systemic issue as these BMO branches. Everyday banking entails enormous wait times. Some wishful thinking at this branch where there are 8 stations for customer service but maybe 2-4 staff at any given time operating them. Expect 30min to 1ht waits.

Olha is the best and most competent employee of the bank. She solved the problem in a few minutes and explained all the nuances.

Why is my time not valuable to you? Why at lunch do you only have a single employee serving customers?

Olha my teller is one of the most competent banking professionals I have ever dealt with. I hope this branch can hold on to talent like that. 10/10

I would recommend this branch to all my friends especially Athena, she is so helpful and friendly, she answers all my questions in simple words and make me feel confident about my finances. I have been to so many branches in the past years and have never received excellent service/advises like I received from her.

Chris from personal banking is the best banker I have ever dealt with, everything with him is streamlined and efficient I highly recommend dealing with him for personal and buisness needs
