Chris provided excellent customer service! He was able to help me in a fast and efficient manner. The customers before me were grumpy, complaining, and rude. He handled them professionally and kindly. I'd return to this branch!

Great service and friendly staff. I was really impressed with the professionalism the staff showed when a very obnoxious and rude woman was upset with having to wait in line.

The issue described below has been resolved

Here we go a story of how the bank lost a $100 bill. I make a deposit of 8200. Hand the money to the cashier, she counts, then grabs the bills and goes to the counting machine. Comes back and says "8200, sounds correct? " Then goes to another machine, bigger one and count the money there. Something isn't right, she spends time there. Then, comes back and says "The machine counted 8100, sorry". I ask her didn't she say they were 8200 the first time? "Yes, but I counted half of the money manually and half through the small machine and the big one is more accurate" I ask if there is anyway machine sucked $100 bill. She goes somewhere, may be to ask, comes back says, machines can't. I sit there, don't make drama, but I'm sure bank team got $100 they didn't work for. Her voice starts trembling "Sir, if we find more money at the end of the day we will call you" Yeah, you will.
My advice is always count twice your deposit infront of cashier, ask her to count manually too before handing the bills to the trusted machines. Or who knows what happens after cashier takes your hardly earned money away from the counter.

***Update: After prompt action of the BMO team a $100 credit was issued. The problem was related to technology. The team apologized for the inconvenience.

The staff at this location seem so friendly, engaged in their work, and knowledgeable. One employee definitely went above and beyond to help me.

Branch Manager Tara was very kind in making an impromptu meeting and helped me with questions and gave me great advise and got me accounts that made more sense for my financial goals.

Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Chris who was a great help today. I did not have an appointment and the bank did not have a personal banker available to sort me out but Chris was so very kind to book me an appointment and call me after to let me know what documents I would need for the appointment. Such great customer service is very hard to see these days. Thank you Chris and I hope the BMO managment takes note of the great service you provide to the walk in customers.
